  1. Lazy driver, canceling loads, sleeping and then late for pick ups or deliveries. No one get get inn touch with him and wake him up. Then complaining and asking for more miles.... Dropped truck ( left with bunch off trash, leftovers and ec.)
  2. left the truck in a nowhere brand new truck, always lying that his wife is sick.
  3. Looked good on paper; however, red flags went up when he arrived for orientation. During orientation, he kept interrupting, and was playing games on his phone. While waiting for management to get everything in order to give him a truck, he wondered around disturbing staff and was acting very erratic and anxious. He disappeared before management was done getting him set up. He came into the office again the next morning, with the same odd behaviors and it was decided that he is a safety risk. He was told to go home and we'd call him as soon as a truck became available for him, that it would be a couple of weeks. He was later informed that we had decided to proceed with another candidate after he would not leave. He was harassing other company drivers, new hires mainly, about equipment they were getting or had. He even interrupted a meeting between safety and another new hire. Several hours after he was asked to leave he was still driving around the truck lot in his personal vehicle. An office managers had to go out and tell him he had to leave. Writer can not comment on his driving; however, something seems to be really off with Charles, hire at your own risk.
  4. Bought plane ticket cancelled on us once....talked to once again said he had an emergency and asked us to re-book. We paid an additional $50 to re-book. Driver never showed-up. He seems unreliable and kind-of a slight liar. Hire at own discretion.
  5. First Lease 8/21-12/21: O/O Truck broke down and driver stopped communicating. He had close to a 10k debt to our company- we reduced the overall amount to a new total of 2k and split that into 5 weekly payments when his truck was repaired, and we took him back to recover the remaining balance Second Lease 04/08/2022 to 04/26/2022: O/O abandoned loaded trailer because dispatcher didn’t answer his call over the weekend and that made him angry. He bobtailed from TX to KS. We recovered the load with a second O/O who delivered the freight and returned the trailer where Avery left it in TX. Avery came back to TX to grab the trailer because we switched dispatchers for him, and after 2 loads he abandoned the trailer AGAIN after he vandalized it with permanent marker because he had to wait 2 hours at the shipper and was angry for having to wait. THIS PERSON IS UNSTABLE. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  6. The driver seemed very knowledgeable, respectful, police upon hiring. As soon as she got in the truck everything changed. Extreme reactions if you don't pick up her phone in the first 2 rings, threatens to drop the truck and trailer every time she does not like what she hears. Done major damages to the truck by clipping the tree (provided information herself) and then stated its not her fault. Threated and cursed everyone for not giving her $1600 cash advance. Extremely unprofessional, unsafe driver. Called the police on us because she was leaving, kept on saying that we were threatening her because she was leaving. There was so much crazy in a short time she contracted for the company.
  7. Does not answer phone, had load for 4 days missed window. Reached out after 5 days claiming that phone died. It is 2022, there are handful of ways to get in contact with someone. Hire at own risk, but I will definitely not be bringing him back ever again.
  8. Very rude behavior , refusing to provide original BOLs to company . Aggressive towards employees ,would not recommend .
  9. wasted time and effort to recruit ,purchased flight for $350... then disappeared and 2 days after the flight texted that she changed her mind
  10. He asked when he was on orientation about company policy for stolen trucks. After one month the truck was stolen in Florida, and also he didn't want to report that to the police.
  11. Truck abandonment in TX
  12. Switching jobs every month
  13. Driver abandoned truck and trailer on unauthorized location.
  14. He had a feeling that he was getting fired due to the safety issues, (passing cars on shoulders with our semi -truck. I have video proof )so he abandoned the truck in Cleveland OH area. We hired a company to recover a truck. Truck was a mess. 2 tires were damaged and had to be replaced immediately(have proof). after all charges ,he still owe us $$$. After a while he will call the entire office and threatened to kill, f... etc. Will contact secretary of state with video we have on file to cancel his CDL
  15. He in cooperation with some towing company out of OKC doing truck "disappearing" on home time. Our truck GPS once he has driven to some abandoned place and GPS suddenly cut off. Once we called towing company another day there was nothing. He is doing these deals with his friend Ahmad Duriel Maximilian Johnson. Beware if you don't want to lose the truck.
  16. Very Good and safe driver!!! BUT has bad attitude and talks back to much
  17. He came onboard as a team. Both drivers went though orientation okay. They got their first load and that’s where the problems began. Called the company claiming they got over loaded. We asked for a scale ticket, one was never provided. They drove in circles for 6 hours. Dropped out loaded truck and trailer at the yard and left in the middle of the night. When we tried to reach out the following morning the answer we got was “We never wanted to start working.” Definitely stay away, don’t let the experience fool you! They are both very unpredictable, hard to communicate with, do not listen to dispatch and argue. Waste of time and resources!!
  18. Driver was all set to come to orientation and we confirmed it with him that everything was good to go. After booking and paying for the rental car and hotel stay he didn't take the car and stopped replying.
  19. Abandoned Truck and quit under dispatch
  20. Did 2 loads and abandoned truck. Driver was smoking weed
  21. Late for everything, doesn’t drive more than 300 miles a day, stole money, left loaded reefer in middle of nowhere.
  22. ABANDONED TRUCK UNDER A LOAD STAY AWAY HAS 10COMPANIES AS WELL FOR THE PAST 3YEARS
  23. We made so many attempts to schedule him for orientation, each time he had some kind of excuse. Assured us he was not playing games. In the end never came. Just gave us the run around and blamed us for "miscommunication" even though every text and phone call proved communication was not the problem. Not reliable.
  24. Talks slowly, nobody understands, acts like a madman Took a truck, but we can't take it because towing is not allowed to get on his property. Disconnected GPS, threatened to hide in friend's house. Demanded money ahead of time seems like a pain to every company. Jumper 2 month of fighting Stay far away
