  1. Driver started working with us and one week in said he got sick and had to go home. Leaving our equipment in VA. Ok, everyone can get sick, we did spent money getting him trough our hiring process but ok. After several weeks he called back asking to be rehired, we said OK. Then he kept dragging it on for a while until finally showing up. After we have rehired him, on his very FIRST load, he HITS LOW BRIDGE totaling our trailer and then abandoning our equipment completely. DO NOT HIRE! Photos attached ..
  2. Lazy bum. Came to work for our company as a lease driver, talked the talk but did not produce whatsoever. Just full of excuses. Last load he did was from Laredo,tx to Bensenville,il around 1500 miles and took him almost 4 days to drive it
  3. took cash adv and drop loaded trcuk
  4. Another one of the amazing drivers who was eager to start working for a company and then disappear without a heads up or anything, we purchased a flight ticket, and he was in the know of the time and date of the flight. So, we lost out on cancelling the ticket because he did not let us know in advance
  5. NO show for a DRUG TEST . BIG LIAR, don't waist your time Do not hire this clown .
  6. WENT THROUGH SAP PROGRAM. RTD TESTED NEGATIVE. WHEN IT CAME TO THE POINT TO FLY TO START WORK, STARTED EXCUSES. NO RIDE FOR PRETTY MUCH ANYTIME OF THE DAY. NO MONEY FOR UBER. FINALLY, WHEN HE CONFIRMED THAT HE HAS A RIDE, HE TEXTED AN HOUR AFTER THE PLANE TOOK OFF, THAT SOME ISSUES WITH THE PLANE TICKET AND THAT HE IS HOME AGAIN. NO CALL OR TEXT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. FYI, NO PROBLEM, HE NEVER WENT TO THE AIRPORT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HIS ISSUE IS. WASTED THE TIME AND MONEY ON HIM.
  7. This driver does nothing but lie! He will abandon your truck and never ever answer your phone again. We had to take the truck back with police presence! AVOID HIM!!!
  8. Unprofessional driver doesn't know how to manage hours, doesn't answer calls, especially to brokers because he doesn't answer unknown numbers, late for pick up and delivery.
  9. Disobeyed safety rules, drove on PC till limit reached. Then he disconnected the ELD from OBD and kept driving, disobeying warnings from our safety dept. When called back to home terminal to return the truck, he rejected the load and drove 400 miles (without company's approval) to his house. He took the truck hostage and threatened us not to come to his property to recover the truck. He had a gun in a truck, without company's approval or even informing us. We found out when he sent a picture of it.
  10. We bought him flight ticket, came to the office, completed orientation, checked the truck asked for another, then he said will sleep in a hotel and asked for an advance and disappeared. Dont waist your time with him.
  11. Mentally Unstable. Bipolar. Alcoholic. Very unreliable because you never know what’s going on in his head. One day fine, next day will disappear. Had to call police to find him drunk in the truck. 100% not worth it.
  12. DRIVER IS A LIAR! SAYING THAT HE CAN DO A LOT OF MILES, BUT HE IS JUST SLOW, BEING VERY RUDE WITH DISPATCHERS AND AT THE END OF THE DAY ABANDONED THE TRUCK
  13. Stay away this driver looks for jobs every week gets approved and then never follows through plays games weekly and has a million excuses
  14. We were hiring her for lease to rent. She did the drug test and was going to fly on Monday. On Friday she had couple of more questions. I got back to her with answers that she apparently didn't like. She started yelling that it is a rip off and how it's not fair. I explained her that it is a company policy and I can't do anything with it. She wasn't rude or anything but I already got a feeling that even if she starts with us, we might have a problem with her character. So while she was yelling I said that I'd like to end this conversations, "thank you for your interest and good bye". That's when she started cursing me out. In my personal opinion you might have problem with her if any type of dispute occurs while working. To prove my words, I have a call recording with her.
  15. After 10 days in the company, after missing a delivery appointment in Walmart, by his fault, just left the truck and trailer under load at companies yard.
  16. Absolute idiot. Wants crazy prices, drives home 900 miles empty for no reason, refuses loads. Don't hire unless you want a big headache.
  17. DRIVER JUMPING COMPANY TO COMPANY EVERY MONTH, QUIT WITHOUT 2 WEEKS NOTES. DONT WAST YOUR TIME.
  18. Waste of time. Did the whole hiring process and decided not to start with our company.
  19. Craig Goodman worked with us for 4days, No response from driver dropped LOADED TRUCK AND TRAILER on his first load, We do not recommend to hire this driver, poor communication and bad attitude!
  20. Irresponsible driver. Damaged the equipment and dropped in other state. Do not hire!
  21. Speeding all the time, never following the rules, he thinks that he knows everything, doesn't keep the truck in good condition, equipment all over in the truck trailer left without any notice, always need home every 2-3 day.
  22. He was very responsive during the hiring process. We scheduled the orientation and purchased him a ticket. He did not boarded the plane because as he said the airline would not accept him with the temporary CDL - they needed the actual hard copy. Told us that he is renting a car and is on his way. Spoke to him the morning said he will rest a bit and will arrive around noon. He never showed up
  23. After first load driven, driver started demanding to be paid next following week, even if we agreed that there is one week hold for paychecks which is company rule for all drivers, and accused me that i am one of those scamming companies on the very beginning of driving. I gave him a chance, started paying him first following week (no one is paid like that in the trucking industry), was adding bonuses on almost every check, didn't charge him escrow or anything, his every check was clean without any deductions for full two months. On Labor weekend there was no loads and it was impossible to move the truck or to book anything so he started demanding to be paid in advance for the load he hauled or he won't deliver it. He ended up abandoning the equipment in Indianapolis, IN - fully loaded truck. I wouldn't hire him again and would advice everyone who wants to avoid headaches, constant complains and equipment abandoned not to do it.
  24. When home, he just disappears with all the excuses possible. Not reliable.
  25. She came for orientation, left on the last day claiming family emergency. Then she came back following week, got her first load and called us to say she got another job, returned the truck and left over $1000 in expenses. She doesn't know what she want...save yourself a trouble and money.
