  1. We had everything booked for this guy including transportation to get the truck. Didn't show up, didn't inform anyone that he wasn't coming and failed to answer calls and texts. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, do not hire him. Not reliable.
  2. This driver was supposed to work for us, and we paid him for a drug test and a flight ticket. Everything was all right but when he was supposed to land he never called us back. He then send us an e-mail explaining that his phone was stolen and that he didn't catch a flight because of that. He probably used us to get to Chicago. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GUY.
  3. Stolen and abandoned truck!. Driver told us that he would like to quit after only 5 days driving and that we need to send him flight confirmation for back home to return the truck. We did that but he did not returned the truck. He disconnected the Samsara GPS and at the same time Trailer GPS was not working and we couldn't locate the truck and trailer. He left the truck in the middle of nowhere near the airport from where he was flying that is how we found it thanks to the police
  4. After 1 week working for us, driver hit our trailer and made a serious damage. After we gave him the 2nd chance, he abandoned the loaded trailer, fueled his truck and left without informing anyone.
  5. Not sure where to start with this one…guy is very difficult to communicate with. He has the worst attitude ever, asks the question and doesn’t listen for an answer, constantly needs to be repeated the same thing over and over again, refusing loads, so finally we had to remind him that he came to drive not to live in the truck for free. Very rude and talking down to every team member and cussing the entire crew, we couldn’t find anyone that he could get along with. So, we finally served him a termination notice and he refused to leave the truck. We had to involve the police, then we had to listen for an hour while he kept barking and insulting our fleet manager that tried to reason with him and a recruiter that just stood there as a witness. Needless to say, this went on and on as the police stood there waiting for him and his wife (that was riding illegally as he never reported a passenger), they kept trying to start a conflict pulling any trick they had up their sleeve: from approaching too close to swearing at us, trying to pull a racial card when nothing else worked, to giving us a twerking show on top of the truck asking to pay them $100 for not so eye pleasing performance. To make things even more fun as they had no other choice but to pickup their stuff and leave he urinated all over the mattress as he was leaving the vehicle. Again, reminding you that this all went on in front of the police, can only imagine what would happen if we didn’t call for help. And to finish off, even though the police officer explicitly stated that all company belongings need to be left behind they took the tablet, keys, BOLs and the fuel card stating that it belongs to them and that they will be suing the company for as he stated: “They’re illegally kicking us out of their own truck”. So if you ever come across this guy, please read this before creating a problem for your company, he is not an asset, but rather a huge liability and a headache. Wish I could include the twerking video of the performance with this review.
  6. He started the job and he didn't showed up. Totally unreliable and untrustworthy! Do not waste your time on him. Do not recommend!
  7. Abandoned truck by his house
  8. DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER. HE BROKE OUR TRUCK KEY AND LEFT HALF OF IT IN THE LOCK, HE BROKE OUR TABLET LIKE A TABLE AND SCRATCHED THE TRUCK EVERYWHERE.. AFTER SOME TIME THE TRUCK CRASHED AND HE DIDN'T REPORT BUT WE SAW WHEN HE ARRIVED IN CHICAGO
  9. Abandoned truck in Oklahoma. Pushed us for extra cash advance and then blocked all our numbers
  10. Guy did the drug test, got him a plane ticket he never showed up. Seemed nice at first. Hard pass.
  11. This driver claimed he was coming to our company, had me spend money on a drug test. I was about to buy the flight, then he said he will not come the day he said he would come, asked for another week, then I ask if he is ready, now he is not coming. Waste of time and waste of money.
  12. Driver went home and abandoned equipment, no response from driver. We have been trying to reach him for at least 8 days without any luck, he is ignoring our calls and texts.
  13. The driver is irresponsible can't drive miles and did a lot of damage to the truck left unreported damage for the truck and for the trailer. don't hire him if you don't want to get a problem OTR
  14. Cameron is a driver that is going to cost you a lot of problems. If he won't like the load it's a problem for him to call the police to help him to get rid of the load. he is not taking loads. requesting for RC wants to speak directly with brokers. 300 miles trip took him 2 days.
  15. Derek was driving for us for two and half months. He was driving straight all the loads meaning, once he was loaded he went directly to the receivers and was always on time, however he was ALWAYS speeding over 15-20mph. Also he was never cooperative with the safety team and rarely picked up the phone, he never sent the proof of delivery on time and once we had an issue because he did not get a signed copy from the receiver. In general, apart from the fact he drove everything on time he was a risk for our safety policies and impossible for the dispatch in terms of communicating with him. He was very impulsive and never accepted constructive criticism. We do not recommend this driver.
  16. Didn't terminate the driver, driver quit leaving company with $6000 in dept. Driver didn't care about driving by FMCSA rules, won't hire this driver ever again, would suggest to you do the same thing.
  17. He abandoned the equipment, ripped off the GPS, LOG book, tried to hide and drive who knows where, luckily he was connected to the trailer and we managed to locate him. We called State Police to check on him when we saw he stoped at a truck stop 200 miles away, and he got scared and run away at that moment. Leaving everything like it was. His garbage, his piss in a huge cup in sleeper, chicken wings all over the bed, and much much more. He damaged the trailer and a corner bumper of the truck…not a big deal but a lot in 8k miles he drove a brand new truck. Horrible person. Not to mention he can only drive 200-250 miles a day. So 1000 miles minimum of 4 day’s driving. What a shame if he can still find a job as a truck driver!
  18. 20 + years driver a NIGHTMARE, cheating logs , driving 400-500 miles extra on 2000 miles trip , have problems to understand simple things, abandoned equipment, left trash , hard to deal person
  19. Abandoned loaded equipment
  20. Went through the hiring processes and was agreed for orientation. In the day of orientation he called us and said that he is not gonna be here with no explanation. Wasting of time and money!
  21. Driver probably addicted on drugs. Zero communication. Tried to abandon our equipment, but we had conversation and he start driving again. During this period went off the road twice. After second time we send him to the yard "for trailer change" put a boot on and fire him. I will add pictures what he did for our truck when he got fired. Not stable person. Be aware. Broke the key in the ignition. Damaged dashboard.
  22. ALWAYS COMPLAINED ABOUT MILLAGE, BUT WAS ALWAYS LATE, AGGRAVATING, ALWAYS CONFLICTING WITH DISPATCHERS, REFUSED TO PICK UP 2 LOADS AND DISCONNECT GPS TRACKER ON THE TRUCK AND DROVE EMPTY TO MIAMI, FL WHERE HE LIVES, PARKED THE TRUCK ON HIS DRIVEWAY, AND EXTORTED MONEY FROM US IN EXCHANGE TO RETURN OUR TRUCK! STAY AWAY!!!
  23. AVOID at any cost, highly argumentative and doesn't take any direction. Has been keeping our truck in NC for the past 3 weeks and he is giving us the run around on when is he bringing it back.
