Multiple issues with driver while employed with us. Company went above and beyond to try and accommodate driver. He continued to show bad performance, communication and regard for company equipment or business. Emil decided that it be ok just to leave loaded trailer and disappear without any notice. Refusing to answer calls, and provide update on the shipment, load and truck have to be recovered. Once truck was recovered, we found out that Emil had taken tires off the truck, removed mattress from truck, took keys, also day before had taken out cash advance. I warn anyone thinking of employing this individual to be prepared to deal with issues consistant because driver lives in his own world and does not care about your load, your truck or your company. We gave him all the chances in the world and treated him with respect and we were treated and thanked by Emil this way.

Do not hire this driver , he abonded our truck and trailer far away from our office and never returned.

Driver is SAP we thought to give him a chance. He abandoned our truck while he was on a load (truck was loaded)

driver blackmailed us to twice for money in order for him to return the equipment he did not return it whatsoever even tho he got the money

Quit per dispatch Did not want to work which is company policy violation Abandoned truck and trl in the middle of the street with keys in the ignition and locked in the truck. Truck was in a mess after his dog

Scam Artist! Changed stories a few times! Wasted a lot of time and money! Used the free plane ticket we provided and disappeared!

TIME WASTER. Keep promising to show up for orientation and never does. Keeps on Disappearing.

Johnnie Roberts worked for us for few weeks and in this short time he has managed to ruin 2023 truck and 2019 trailer. Trailer damage is reported as total loss and we are still figuring out how did he manage to do this as he never reported it. He drove loaded truck with 3 blown out tires with 40k load in his trailer and didn't even see or hear they are completely torn to shreds and keep in mind this was 2023 truck with brand new tires not recaps. Plus damaged whole side of the truck and corner bumper and center bumper. Attached pictures to show damages. We believe this driver should not be driving trucks anymore as it seems that he can't drive or see where he is driving anymore. Stay away from him if you want your equipment safe and sound!

Driver is waste of time, Applied for Dry Van position, even though driver has moved some jobs we were willing to work with driver and help him out, also he asked for a ticket to our terminal and we usually dont pay for tickets but wanted to give driver a shot, day of orientation driver stopped answering, and did not show up.. could at least said was not coming so ticket can be reimbursed but no he thought its best to ghost the company that gave him a chance. DONT HIRE !

He is a TERRIBLE diver; he did not pick up the phone while driving or give any updates to the dispatcher. He had an accident in September. Right after, on October 2023, he stole our truck and trailer and holding it till now (January 18). Sometimes, he answers our texts and requires money to return our equipment.

Decent driver.

Nightmare driver. Refused to be fired and took our truck to the truckstop. Demanded that we pay her 2,000 so she vacates the truck. After refusing her demands we got the Police involved who didn't do anything. They told us we have to evict her from the truck. After a day she took scissors and started cutting the harness under the hood and anything that she could find to cut. She sprayed WD-40 into the trucks fuel tanks and an unknown substance into the engine through the oil compartment. Still Police would not do anything. She destroyed our 150k truck out of spite. After 3 days we caught her leaving the truck to go to a truckstop which is when he came and towed it out of the lot very quickly to avoid confrontations. Never had a driver before cause this much damage on purpose. Any company considering to hire this driver beware.

This is our friendly recommendation to STAY AWAY from this bad person! He was extremely nice at the start, but when we covered his travel expenses he blocked our numbers and didn't respond. He asked if he could give him money before he started driving because he was broke, but that was a huge lie. As soon as we discovered that, we took our money back and locked our cards. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this kind of person! THIS IS A DRIVER FOR THE BLACK LIST!

Suddenly disappeared on the orientation day. Unreliable and untrustworthy. Do not waste your resources on this guy.

Where to start, this driver is untrustable and left an insane amount of credit it the company. In the end abandoned equipment. he is manipulating everyone. don't hire him don't waste your time don't do mistake I did
