dropped and left truck

He worked for a week, went home and he quit without 2 weeks notice. We had to send another driver to pick up our truck. Wasting of time and money.

You can not depend on this driver. He will have a million excuses not to show up and disappear for days not answering the phone

The first time she was here as a team with her boyfriend Keyon Jeter, they left over a maintenance issue that had they taken care of it when they started like they said they would it would have been a non issue three months later. Signed a 6 month lease rental agreement knowing it was not a walk away lease and left when Keyon left. About a month later she wanted to come back as a solo driver, we had no issues with her so we rehired her as a lease driver once again. She did very well for the few weeks she was here. Keyon joined us again, and when he quit he made her quit too. We honestly liked her, but can not hire her nor recommend her to another carrier as she walked away from 2 6 month lease rental agreements without completion of either without notice.

For the sake of your company DO NOT HIRE. This guy crashed into a UPS truck in front of DOT in his first couple of weeks. He was charged by the company and did not understand why he was being charged. He threatened to abandon the truck and trailer. Overall it was a bad from the get go

Driver is just beyond confused on rates and is living in the past. No respect for dispatch, threatened to abandon the truck but in the end did return it to the yard. Would not hire driver again.

He was late on every load and a banner alive load

flake, not serious about starting to work, his wife answered and all of a sudden , he's gonna pass and not ready to work, wasnt serious about scheduling the drug test either

Jonathan is a crook/con man. He worked for us for a little under 2 months and within the first week he defrauded us by stating his tv broke in the truck, when he was told to send a picture, he sent one from google. He would also tamper with the tires and sell removed tires while lying and stating they are in his storage..he stole 3 used tires total. Most importantly, Jonathan will provide a incorrect social to avoid child support, please attempt to reach out to his previous employers before hiring this guy. Was going to press charges but decided against it because something does seem off with him mentally. Also included 2 pics of a CB he sent a pic of while at the store, sent him funds to get it and once we asked for a picture of the CB purchased, he provided this old used box. Do not hire & if you do and he starts saying the truck needs this and that fixed? Do not send him any money directly to pay for repairs as it will turn out he made it up. Be careful!

He damaged the trailer and held the equipment hostage.

Worked two weeks and took a time off for family issues, but she could not keep up with the payments of the lease agreement. She canceled the agreement 2 days ago and was supposed to bring the truck today, but She still did not return the truck back to the yard. Got stuck in a mud and left us with $2k damage she could not pay. Not reliable person, refuses loads after they are booked, did not input data in the logbook correctly. Not reccomended!

He is trying to be smartest man ever, learning dispatchers their job.Asking some crazy rates and if you don't find him "extra plus bonus amazing" load he will abandon your equipment. Abandoned my trailer and previous company reported abandoning their trailer as well. He just turns his phone off to dispatchers. Short tempered, street gangs in youth, went to prison 10 years. Beware

Unreliable.

Never answering the phone/ text messages. Going home(WI) disappearing for a week. Got loaded and took the truck to the truck stop. Left the truck and loaded trailer at a truck stop without giving any notices. At the moment of recovery - truck was running for hours with no stuff in it( -10F outside). Worked for 2 months.

After working for 1 week started threatening to abandon the truck if he don't get paid right now by EFS check. AVOID!!!! Even if your truck is sitting in the yard don't even try try hire if don't want to loose your time and money.

Refuses to take loads from the dispatchers, he wants special destinations. Lack of communication with the dispatchers, he doesn't answer the phone and most of the time he oversleeps.

He is very unprofessional...swearing at dispatch and always complaining about everything....just a bad character

Even if you need a driver asap, please do not hire him because he is a red flag driver, a very very bad attitude! Just wanted to let everyone know - stay away! He cost our company SOOO many problems only in one week. Also, he is changing companies constantly. HE WAS TERMINATED WITH NO SORRY AND NO WAY HE WILL BE BACK WITH US.

Avoid at any cost. Was booking loads on his own, driving without logs, Ignore the rules, policies, stolen equipment, plates after quit the company as owner op. Later threats the company with DOT, FMCSA, lawyers on everything that's possible because he thinks that we "owe" him money. Beware!

Basically, he came to the office did all paperwork asked for the load to go home to pick up his stuff for the truck, used our truck as his personal vehicle in Laredo TX for like 3 weeks, never got back on the road so we had to send another driver to get our truck and trailer back.

To many demands , not driving more than 4 days , every Monday excuses , doesn't wear seat belt , turn off log book , English language is very low , take vacations without any notice

Do not hire, not professional. Wastes time. He is interested first and he wants to start and he will suddenly get lost and not answer on the phone nor replay the messages.

Driver applied at our company. Post has pay and benefits listed. Driver stated he had no money and no way of coming in. Tried to work with him and offer more pay. Driver did not attempt to be a part of the conversation. Threw a few F bombs my way and hung up. ****UNPROFESSIONAL**** ******DO NOT HIRE*********
