He took loaded trailer to the truck stop after loading in Tennesse directly to Florida, even though the load is supposed to be delivered in Utah. He blocked the truck with a car of his friend, locked himself in it and asked for a pay off in order to get the truck back, we agreed and it all was a trick. He assaulted the driver who was sent to pick up with the crowbar. DO NOT HIRE, THIS GUY IS LOOKING FOR THE HOTEL, NOT FOR THE JOB.

Abandoned truck and trailer. This driver was doing a delivery in Nashville TN, after she got empty she did not want a load, she stopped answering our phone calls and went straight home in Lafayette IN, abandoning the truck and trailer over there.

He abandoned the truck and the trailer in SC, and our yard is in Illinois.

This driver probably has a multiple personalities disorder or some other kind of mental issue. During the orientation process she was extremely weird. She kept her phone off all the time because she was convinced someone was listening to us and was arguing about every little detail, she just won't let you speak. She refused to give her personal information , we had to literary beg her for it. She quit right after she was given her first load, just started yelling and cursing showing her disrespect to everyone who works in our company, then turned around and left FOR NO REASON AT ALL. Don' be fooled by her knowledge about trucking, think twice before hiring such weirdo!

Lucious drug test result came back positive, and proceeded to drive with the truck. He drove all the way home, police was chasing him. He left the trailer away from the truck (so we had to recover both of them). Fridge was gone from the truck as well. And we got fined for his mistakes. I highly DO NOT recommend this driver!!!!

Huge Headache !!! Stay away . This driver has no patient, bad communication, cursing a lot. He quit after 5 days and didn't drop off the truck where he spose to. He drove 1000 miles away and didn't want to give the truck back. We had to call the police.

Went through the whole process without any problems, hired, took a truck, and planned to start in the morning. When morning came, he disappeared, no answers to our calls, messages, nothing. Not a clue what happened.

If you want to know what it feels to have the worst experience in the trucking industry then hire this driver. He abandoned the trucks in all last companies where he was working at.

Driver started lease program, first he was assigned to 2020 Volvo did not like it spent all weekend in hotel on our dime then transferred to another unit did 2 loads said its not for him and returned the truck, but while doing that he fueled over 3500$. Do not hire.

Has the dr license from tx that was suspended while he worked as otr for our company. we offered him fleet manager position so that he can support his family of 3. Turned out very irresponsible and lazy. Had a few trailers towed where he had to arrange paid parking. over 5K in losses due to his irresponsible behavior. Does use illegal substances. Could not pass a drug test even the driver's license was reinstated. Very confused every time you ask him to do anything. After we terminated him, started contacting other drivers and talk bad about us, forgetting that we have supported him and his family when there were no means for him . Be cautious!

Looking for job again

Thomas decided to deadhead from PA- NC when he quit without notice. He had been on hometime Fri- Mon for his pay period and came off hometime and worked 3 days and expected a full weeks paycheck. He ran less than 1500 miles through that week and his check was around .65cpm for the miles he did run. He stated that was not enough- although prior to this he was making around .55-.56cpm and was ok with that. He didn't seem to understand he was home 4 days of his work week and could not receive a full weeks pay for working less than half the week. He was then pulled over at a weigh station in Mt Airy NC and put OOS for log violations. He had a ride come get him and left the truck and empty trailer at the weigh station. He already had been put oos a few weeks prior for log book violations as well. Prior to this incident of deadheading home and abandoning the truck, he had been a good driver and always on time. Just expect that if he goes home and comes back out and has a short check due to him being home you will probably have to retrieve your equipment as well

Driver ditched the first drug test and we had to order a 2nd one. He ditched 2 uber drivers when he was supposed to be picked up towards the terminal and stopped answering his phone after that.

called me, when told that there is some comments about him put the phone down and that's it. Did not even try to explain himself, tells me that these comments are true

Completely lied during the interview, said he had a clean driving record, he did not. Pull his MVR granted it isn't all current but there is a pattern of unsafe and reckless driving, and 2 suspensions one recently. Glad it was caught, before we brought him in. Just wanted to warn anyone else looking at him, its not worth your time or money to even go farther then here to check him out.

Stay away from this driver! He started working as an Owner Operator. He is constantly late for his loads unreasonably, doesn't announce it to the dispatch and doesn't send the necessary paperwork. He argues with the dispatch 24/7. He drives recklessly and did a lot of damages to the truck. Strongly do not recommend.
