  1. Driver abandoned truck and trailer at Walmart. Did not want to pick up the phone and when he finally did he said "stop calling me I'm busy"
  2. Driver was with us for about three weeks. He got into an accident at night by running a red light and slammed into another vehicle, and never reported it. When bringing him to the yard to question it, the driver acted like he did nothing wrong. Would not recommend this driver
  3. Very unreliable and careless, constantly late, always tired, fails to preplan his trips, sleeps more than he works, complains. Travels with his 12 year old son who is not homeschooled and is a distraction and Chris refuses to work as he is dispatched. The most recent 1 of MANY examples: recently had a pickup friday for delivery monday. He was late for the delivery and we rescheduled to Tuesday. Tuesday new load for Thursday delivery, missed that appointment again and pushed delivery to Friday. Then after delivery Friday refused a pickup and drove our truck and trailer back to Bowling Green from Ohio empty then refused to return it over the weekend through Monday. Total miles expected per week: 700. Prior to that: late for walmart delivery and lost a day due to not being at the pick up on time and staying at the truck stop for longer than was needed, then he remembered to fix a tire when he needed to start driving, but didn't remember to tell the company before that. Literally will give you every reason not to work and has only bad things to say about all the previous carriers he worked for. Oh and heads up: he plans to move to the Philippines Aug 1, 2023 to marry a woman he met online, so if you hire him, it wont be for too long. Dont trust his sad stories, he's full of s***.
  4. Late to every delivery. Used the truck like his personal vehicle. Communication issues. Would never hire again.
  5. TRASH! Avoid this white trash! At first, he didn't tell about his " illnesses ". When hired suddenly needs to go home for some "medicine" every second week! Constantly keeps asking for cash advances to pay bills and so. Finally after working a few weeks asked for another advance and when told no - DROPPED TRUCK and blocked our ph# !!! Lazy ass person
  6. On the second day of his employment managed to stuck in ditch, he was doing U-TURN in middle of the road... We paid the towing company almost $1k to get him out. After talking with fleet manager he apologized for his mistake and agreed to pay for that into 5 weekly increments... The following week when got charged for the first one he called and asked to be charged just $100 and they did that for him. Next day he called and said that if charge is not removed he will walk out from the truck (he was at dock getting loaded) we did managed to calm him down he got loaded and brought us the truck with loaded trailer and walked away. Just to add that he do not know how to slide tandems and was asking to call him a road service to help him with that..
  7. Didn't even started, insulted company representative without any reason. Not really normal person. Do not waste time with them. They are only trouble maker. What would happen if he is not happy with earnings or load? Don't want to even think about that. Avoid them if you can, not worth of cooperation. Will brag how he purchased his truck for cash and how he don't need carrier. So why applying for a job if you don't need it? Problematic person, might have mental issues.
  8. Reckless driver with a very bad attitude. He had an accident with our truck on his very first day. Unreliable - he was even late with a delivery by 12 hours for no reason at all, and is now trying to cause problems to the company instead of taking responsibility for his mistakes.
  9. We give him a chance with flatbed 3 days and done when we ask friday if can deliver the load he start you guys pushing me we ask for split he start you brake the law , so drive first day after got loaded like 90 miles and fast to sleep on the end he just abadoned the truck close to his home and good to go we did the recovery, i also think he is tired of job and not tight what he want to do so like if you are asking him to do his job its count you are pressing him ! If you have the guys who will go in SC to recover the truck why not
  10. Driver applied with us and went through the entire process, application, drug test, plane ticket, etc. The company paid for all of it, and he got to the office so we can finalize everything. As soon as he got here he started requesting a hotel for the night, and was told he's got a truck ready and will have a load soon after he puts his stuff in it, to which he said he doesn't want to sleep in a dirty truck. When asked why would he think he would be put in a dirty truck, especially since he didn't even see it yet, he ignored the question and switched his answer to say he doesn't have a pillow and a blanket. Our recruiter offered several options to him, like taking him to purchase stuff he needs, or sending him home on his first load to pick it up from his house, to which he started being agitated and kept insisting on a hotel. He said he doesn't want to work for us at that point, and when he was told he would be expected to give back the money invested to get him to the office, he said he will work for us then. Then changed his mind again to say he won't work for us nor will he pay us back for anything. His attitude showed us this guy will be very problematic to work with, so we decided to eat up the cost incurred to get him to the office and not to proceed with hiring process. His response to that was to cuss us out via several messages, threaten and linger around the office until asked to leave again. Save yourself the trouble and money and avoid this guy
  11. He want to do double brokerage. Stay away from this driver. You will only have problems with him. Police was involved to get our trailer back.
  12. O/O showed up to our warehouse and was given a load. He waited the whole weekend to tell us that he didn't want to do the load and then he quit. This was all after we spent the money for his plates.
  13. He started with us lease to buy, after about 2 months he switched to company driver. He made several minor damages to the truck as a lease oprator. As a company driveer he drove for about 1.5 year. He went home because of family stuff. Two months after he called us to by him a plane ticket to come back to work, we bought ticket and after that no answer from him. For that 1.5 year he went of the road once(1000$ towing) 2 times after home time he couldn't start truck because he would left everything on. we had to call road side service to put new battterys. Both times around 1100$. Trailer had many damages after him. No clue about maintenance, he will ignore every chek light on the truck, no clue what means Pre Trip Inspection. Many other things, but at the end Jose is absolutely unreliable, safety hazzard and dishonest...
  14. Received numerous unsafe driving warnings and violations. Damaged company reputation. Very unstable company. If he doesn't like smth he doesn't talk just say "I quite"
  15. The driver abandoned the loaded truck near his hometown area and stop answering.
  16. First and most importantly ABANDONED TRUCK. Then lying everything since day 1, arquining with everyone. Required home time for reset and stopped answering our calls and text. Recovery was needed
  17. Abandoned truck in Mississippi. Of course he waited till he got money from previous week then he said a lot of bad words. We found damaged interior
  18. Driver work for us for 10 days, He abandoned the equipment, left the truck without fuel and after few days called to say that quitting without giving two-week notice.
  19. ABANDONED OUR TRAILER 150 MILES AWAY, FLATBED EQUIPMENT WAS ALL TORN UP. DID NOT RETURN PLATE, IPASS AND ELD.
  20. Where do I start? Eric refuses to go to 70% of the country. He is late all the time. He drives as if he is owner operator and not company driver. After 3 weeks with the company – he ends up abandoning loaded truck. Would never rehire him.
  21. ABANDONED LOADED TRUCK!!!, with meat, and left the reefer without fuel.
  22. Abandoned truck. He drove for us for 3 weeks, as per conversations with him he liked it here, he had no issues and all was great. We didn't have any issues with him either. But when he went home he stayed there 1 week, and when we asked why doesn't he come out as we agreed on 4 days home, he said that he needs more time and if we don't like it he can bring the truck. After this he disappeared and abandoned the truck near his house, we had to send another driver to bring his truck back.
  23. This guy is a scammer. He was using his CDL to pretend that he was looking for job, did the drug test in Florida, we bought him a ticket for $400 plus 2 luggage another $70, and he never showed up. The airline company confirmed that he was on the plane, but once he landed he blocked our phone number. Be aware, don't waste your money.
  24. Worst communication I ever experienced, never answers the phone, only text messages. Always driving home off route, not listening to dispatcher. In the end he decided to drop the truck and loaded trailer in California.
  25. Abandoned the truck 650 miles from the terminal! We had him working on another unit prior to this event, it was a 2023 KW, you can see the pictures of the condition it was when we retrieved it from him and put him on a 2019 Pete. He worked with a brand new Conestoga (Quick Draw System), a few months ago he hit and damaged it. We allowed him to pay back the repair cost in installments to help him out. Last week he goes and damages it again, even worse than the first time. So, when he was made aware that he has to pay for the deducible for the new repairs, he turned off his phone and abandoned the truck, simple as that. Side note: He rides with a dog he claims is trained. If you don't care at all about the interior of your units, go ahead and hire him, but if you do, don't make the same mistake we did,
