The process went well, driver came to orientation and left home the same night with an explanation that he didn't like the truck.

DRIVER COMPLETED HIS FULL PROCESS FOR COMMING ON BOARD WITHIN 2 DAYS. VERY MOTIVATED ONCE WE SET UP APPT DRIVER DISAPPEARED WITH NO UPDATES AND WONT ANSWER HIS PHONE.

Unprofessional and unreliable driver, will waste your time, recommend to stay away, since the driver damaged company equipment, started harassing our staff

Came to work as a company driver, refused most of the loads, wanted to go home every week even tho we agreed to stay at least 2 weeks. At the end he abandoned the truck, and the truck was towed. Not recommended for hire.

Unstable guy, have mental illness , some kind of level of Schizophrenia . Sometimes talking normal , sometimes can't understand it. Started to work , first load didn't delivered because he got arrested in some truck stop in Rapid City. Stay away

We had to constantly monitor her, especially when it came to logbooks. Hardly answered her phone, it would take 5 phone calls and texts messages just to get the BOLs from her. She was late to deliveries and pickups. She was very unreliable driver.

Not reliable, lies a lot. Once he gets to home, he comes up with several issues to excuse for not starting his work. You will end up losing money. He abandoned our truck and trailer at a truck stop and we had to pay a driver premium to recover it before it got towed.

Be careful with this driver. Doesn't follow instructions and we caught him driving without a book.

Noah started working for our company, finished 2 loads and then decided it’s time to go home, then just disappeared. No one could get him on the phone, he was not responding, then just texted 2 days later, truck is at this location, I went home, send someone to recover. P.S. this is not a kindergarten where you just can turn around and go home whenever you miss your mommy.

Abiondend truck in CO. He blew 2 engines, you need to babysit him 24/7. Late for deliveries, in special on Mondays, he will never be on time on Monday for delivery. Very poor comunication. Log book doesn't exist for him. Lot of babysiting with this guy.

ABANDONED TRUCK - driver looked for an excuse not to bring the truck back to IL , and came with a lie that his CDL got suspended, which was not !!!

The driver did not mention this during the hiring process, but he has 10 accidents over the course of 4 months with his previous company.

He seems like very nice person on the begining, but then he start asking all the time to go home like on weekly bases, we didn't agree on that. He left our truck in New Jersey in terrible condition. He didn't give us 2 week notice or anuthing like that..

Alandis watched too many action movies where bad guys win. He decided to steal truck and trailer under a high value load and just keep it hostage and either blackmail the company or sell the load. When dispatch and management team tried to negotiate he just simply said: Do you even realize how many companies I’ve f#€ed over, you are not my first, and you’ll see! So we got the police involved and got him arrested and kicked out.

We bought him a flight ticket and he came. We gave him the truck. The next day he disappeared and didn't answer for messages or calls. He texted message after 4 days and said that he went back home and texted the location where he had left the truck. Be aware, scam guy

Waste of money and time. Applied to work with us. Asked for a flight ticket to get to Chicago ($400) and never arrived. Do not recommend this driver. Not reliable at all.

Complete psycho. Stay far away. She seems like a nice lady but I would not recommend anybody to hire her. She kept complaining that there was something wrong with the trucks and brakes, kept taking the truck from shop to shop, constantly kept finding excuses not to drive. When we tried to fire her she started crying and begging for another chance, which we gave her. In the end she abandoned truck in Houston.

Wasted our time and money, came to IL to do a drug test using a fake pee and then refusing to do an observed test.

Time waster, recommend not to hire. Keeps missing appointments, said has family issues which were an usual occurrence. Did not show up for additional appointments.

We read the review but decided to disregard it cause it's been almost 2 years and we needed a driver he talked very nice and put confidence that he is gonna come and work hard, he ended up taking cash advance and missing flight on purpose, never answered again, con artist, stay away!
