  1. Signed a 6 month lease, quit half way into it. Complained about everything, made demands and threatened to quit if we did not comply. Did not want to work for the money but complained he wasn't making any money. Other then his constant complaining he was good at taking care of his equipment.
  2. This guy is mentally ill. He called, we talked, seemed a little edgy, but after checking him out and reading the negative reviews, I texted him sorry can not hire you. He calls right after all heated threatening, yelling, asking why I am discriminating. Last thing he said before hanging up was "f**k you you Russian bi**h" Just imagine if this guy was in your truck and you said the wrong thing... Be Aware!
  3. Liar and a scammer, he's been lying to us for 2 months now, asked for a numerous plane tickets and never showed up, complete waste of time and money.
  4. After one week abandoned the truck. Also had an answer from previous employer on employment verification about same issue ''nothing good to say about this driver. Abandoned the truck". Company contract number just blocked.
  5. My problem with this person is not job related. I'm not talking about his performance but about his qualities as a human being. So if you like people who are ill-mannered, primitive and dumb. Don't respect anyone and will sell his own mother for a buck or two, hire this person.
  6. Driver abandoned truck and has a history. Also was very belligerent with brokers. Only worked for me for 2 weeks and caused so many issues in such a short time. Found out driver has his own authority - Should not be hired as a company driver
  7. Even reading the previous comments I decided to give it another chance, big mistake. Waste of time and money
  8. Usually I am very polite and professional person but will tell that this guy is the most stupid driver I ever had. Doesn't understand basic trucking. Doesn't understand how to drive where to drive which route to choose. Asking crazy rates but doesn't even have a load board to check the market conditions. But the worst thing happened when he started to think that his check was too little despite seeing his statement with all details provided. Took the truck and the trailer hostages' and started to blackmail the company for the big money without any reason. This happened in the second week of his work. Awful person to work with. Dangerous to your equipment, to your customers and to you. Also damaged equipment. Advise - run from this guy as far as possible.
  9. She called us regarding a lease-purchase program and was approved by our side. Did the drug test and we agreed on her coming to our yard on Monday. Bought her a plane ticket for a Monday flight to Chicago. Never arrived, doesn't answer our phone calls. Stay away from this driver.
  10. We contacted this driver and hade no problem and all of the sudden he started threatening us with FBI saying random staff so once you do come across this guy take care he misses few boards in his head
  11. Can`t comment on his driving performance as he never actualy worked for us but what he is really good at is applying. Missed 3 drug tests and a flight pretending he is on the way to airport, then he is at the airport and finally turned his phone off. Just bear that in mind and don`t fall for his lies
  12. Compulsive liar and absolute bum, faked his own heart attack and 30 minutes later, after we got police involved showed up. Ended up dropping our truck in El Paso, TX. Last company described as him as one of the best actors, his career ended within a week. Absolute piece of shit!
  13. Wasting of time and company money. We made him appointment for pre imployment test and after that he stopped answering our calls.
  14. Just texted me. Same story. $50 advance.
  15. Guy is 22 y old and spend 2-3 y in the jail already. Went on Pick up with out ppe after 2 m on flat bad and they didn't wanna load him and he said broker to suck his dick and broker was treating as with freight guard and I ask him to pick up the load and make delivery and so we don't have issue with the broker and he pick up load Chicago-Buffalo and he disconnected eld in OH and he ABANDONED LOADED TRUCK in Massachusetts saying he quit and we have $250 per day late fee charge and no one to deliver this load. And plus damage on the sleeper never reported.
  16. NOT SERIOUS DRIVER, ONLY SPEND MONEY FOR HOTEL AND NEVER SHOW UP AFTER THAT
  17. PLEASE READ IT AND BEWARE!!! We have hired this driver in November of 2020. First couple of months he seemed as a good driver. Every week he took $200 cash advance even thought his paychecks were over $2k a week. After running for couple months he stopped in OKC and told us a story that his father has passed away and asked for a $500. We offered him to fly him home which he declined. Next day he asked additional $400 which we approved. After receiving $900 on top of his regular $200 advance he disappeared for 3 days while under the load. After that he was ok for another couple of months until once again he went thru OKC and once again came up with a emergency that he needed $500 additional dollars on top of his $200 weekly advance. Since it was an "emergency" we have approved it once again. And to our surprise he disappeared for 3 days again while being under load. After that, couple more months passed by when he was scheduled to go home but after his delivery close by home he demanded $500 on top of his another $200 advance which this time we refused to give him. So he told us that he will park the truck at the truck stop and we can come and get it because he will quit if we don give him more money. After couple of hours we came into mutual agreement that he will stay and start driving in a couple of days. And to our shock next morning we have noticed he used our fuel card to pump out over 800 gallons of fuel in the matter of 6 hours in the middle of the night. That's when we blocked his fuel card and started to try to reach him with no luck. At that point we coordinated another driver to go to Atlanta and recover our truck. We had police assist since he was parked in a shady area. When our recovery driver got there he was shocked. Melvin was so high on drugs that he didn't even know what was happening and our truck was stripped like never seen before. In just 2 days Melvin removed and sold X-Guard deer guard with brackets, all of the mud flaps with brackets, over 800 gallons of fuel, original Volvo refrigerator, microwave, memory foam mattress, power inverter, power distributor box that distributes power throughout the truck , all of the power outlets, 4 sets of brand new snow chains, fuel caps and privacy curtains. Total estimated cost of stolen things was over $9k. Police report was made and investigation was started. So if you do decide to hire this drug addict and thief please beware of the possible outcome.
  18. Waist of time ! two times took a flight ticket for him , he did not showed up !
  19. Abandoned truck and trailer on the side of the road, no notice, no message no phone call. Would let his wife answer the phone, won't give the bills back. Complete nutjob. Psycho
  20. Constant logbook problems along with severe tempering with it, not to mention the attitude issues
  21. Truck was stolen 2 weeks ago because Justin parked it on the street (not truck stop) then took 4 days home time. We recovered that unit and are in for $12k worth repairs. Justin is MIA. Supposedly with COVID and unsure when and if he will be returning to work. Non-rehirable.
  22. This driver was speaking with us for like a month and on the day that he should come to our company we called him and he said 'On my way' ...NEVER SHOWED UP.
  23. Abandoned truck, he begged to came back and pay off his towing bill, we gave him an 2nd opportunity, and he drove for a while after that he left a truck at the yard, no notice, no anything.
  24. Beware. total skip. No shows at work and being late daily bases. Not relaiable at all. He did not work completed week yet. He will always find excuse for no show or being late. Beware.
  25. Driver started with us three and a half months ago. Everything was ok, but once he did a damage to the trailer, he just gone. We thought he got arrested, even his family members were calling us to see if we know something about it. But he just changed his number, left the truck with damaged trailer and went with another company.
