Unreliable driver, irresponsible, bad communication skills. Abandoned the truck and trailer on the road.

He completed drug test but never showed up. Waste of time and money..

Very rude to all team, very unsafe driver got pulled over for speeding 2x in a construction zone in one month. Always hiding inspections from company. He had bad inspections and never aware us. He decided that's not important. Never answer the phone very tough to get in touch with him. He drove for us 3 months and finally fired him. If you looking for headache this driver is for you otherwise stay away.

Constantly late, always broke down, violations, terrible driver.

Was waste of time with this driver. Hard to get him on the phone or to get something done.

We had hard time getting hold of the driver so we send the police to the truck, they had to break the window to get in to see if driver is okay just to find out open bottles of beer and tequila in the truck!!! We called his daughter and she told us that this guy have done that many time before. Driver home city is Princeton, TX.

Hijacked load , threatened to dump it . Abandoned equipment and load . Very unprofessional driver . DO NOT HIRE

Mr. Linderman is not a bad guy, he is polite and respectful, but he just is not cut out for this job... he has hard time understanding basic concepts and he is not really hard working. He was late for at least 60% of his appointments. We simply had to let him go.

50 % of the loads were late, we started giving him sort runs but he still could not make them. Sometimes disappears and drives the truck around in shady neighborhoods without answering his phone. Also abandoned truck in SC and owner had to recover. Stole appliances and tv from the truck.

Dont reccomend this driver! First 2 weeks was ok then started behave very agreesive, manipulated, didnt want follow rules. Be careful with him, seems he is using some drugs

The first week on the job he did an illegal U-turn and damaged private property load starting a claim against the company. He tried to do U-turn on narrow street hahahaha He got two unsafe driving violations on DOT Inspections in 2 days. In the end he abandoned the truck and trailer in TX after going home and emailing the company that he was “wrongfully” arrested and that he needs to go in front of the judge for the bail hearing. Afterward he wasn’t answering the phone, rejecting calls and his wife informed us that they have no contact anymore. We had to recover the truck from TX and bring it back to Chicago. Do not hire and waist time with this guy.

Needs experience. Worked for a couple of weeks and things didn't worked out.

Michael is not someone who understand what mean when you move from the dock with no reason after 30min of wait time , reason he didn't like the load. Unprofessional way to show yourself.

Driver applied on truckdriver position, called him and explained him everything about job, answer all his questions about dispatch hometime etc, he agreed, then after couple hours i sent him info that hes approved, he told that he needs 2weeks to start rollin, so we need to setup drug test for him after 1 week, next day he called me, start asking the same questions as before, gave him the same once again, 20 minutes conversation, then he said that he ll be able to start asap i asked him "but youre ready in two weeks", he said "no its impossible i never told it" and starts to be agressive speaker, after that he just hang up the phone. So its up to you to hire him or not, but he looks like just loosing of money for checking and your personal time

Abandoned our truck and trailer with a load irresponsible driver demanded $200 from us to bring the keys back to the truck hire at your own risk.

Wasting of time! Came to the office signed some paperwork and gone. Never showed up again.

The driver went home and abandoned our truck in OK where he lives. He stopped responding. We had to fly over there to recover the truck!!! We would never rehire this driver!!!

Said that his truck burned down with all of his information, then sent me updated CDL when I followed up and out of nowhere asked me, "Did your company monitor cameras in the cabs of the trucks around young trucker wives, marries couples, and the rest?". And reiterated "I meant that. Aborted right away, proceed at your own risk. I attached image he sent with question.

Huge waste of time. Very respectful and responsive during the hiring process. As soon as he was issued the truck the problems began. Wants to book his own loads as a lease operator because dispatchers will work with the broker to steal money from his loads. Doesn't want to communicate with dispatch, only wants to talk to the broker. Worked for 2 weeks, with two different dispatchers and picked his own loads but MISSED EVERY SINGLE LOADING AND DELIVERY APPOINTMENT. Never drove more than two hours without stopping and always had some excuse about how him being late was dispatch's fault. 800 miles Saturday to Monday, drove 3 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday then showed up 5 hours late to delivery with no hours on his clock.... Dispatch's fault. He will screw you over while calling you sir. Friday 8pm he calls and says that he wants someone to book him a load that he found on the board loading Saturday. I told him that it was afterhours and that dispatch will work with him the next morning so he said that he quits and that he's going to bring the truck empty from WV back to Chicago to turn it in. He keeps saying, dispatchers are home and in offices and I'm out here busting my butt and making comments like that. Any time he's asked about being late he just repeats the same nonsense about how the dispatchers are just looking at a screen and are clueless about transit times. Abandoned the truck in Dayton, OH blocking a business' entrance on a one-way dead end street without telling anyone. Business called the police, police called the tow truck, tow truck called to collect payment for two wreckers since it was too tight to turn around or back-up......

The driver dropped the truck, rejected the lease contract and had really bad attitude.

Worked for a few months during 2022. Ended up stealing a truck and abandoned it in Pilot,Jackson MS on a fire line. Unplugged and threw the ELD device out in a truckstop in, so he wouldn't be tracked. Stole Tablet, Spare tire and Fuel card. Multiple times threatened to pour sugar in the fuel tanks and leave the truck running somewhere in the middle of the street.Beware.This guy is dangerous and unsafe.Got us a couple of bad inspections with OOS.

Terrible driver. Was working for us as a company driver until we saw how he is treating the equipment we gave him. Not only that, he is also a reckless driver, always upset about everything, constantly complaining and always arguing with everybody. Do not hire this guy, no way!
