Was hired as an RGN driver, purchased him a flight ticket, never showed up. Ticket was at 7AM from Norfolk VA, I texted him at 9:30AM to check in and he said "I was about to call you, my friends car broke down, can you rebook the flight?'' NO. Like, there is no UBER or TAXI??? I had a load for him and we loaded the truck just to make it on time for delivery before 4th of July, he caused a big mess to us.

Always complaining about every load, will refuse 2-3 loads per day for all kinds of reasons, will even accept the load and tell to cancel a few minutes later, highly unpredictable and very slow

Went through background check, did his drug test and disappeared.

was very polite and good sounding on the phone however when he started driving asked for the maximum amount he can get in advance, took the first load drove it home, and abandoned the truck in the middle of the road (loaded) saying the advance was too small... no longer responding to any calls

Abandoned truck in Kingman, AZ. We sent another driver to pick up the truck from there and that driver said that the truck was a mess and that matrass was urinated on. I do advise not to hire

The driver came to our office, we pay for a flight and drug test. He started complaining about the truck, we showed him 5-6 different models and years ( which were fine ), and when he finally choose and said that everything is good, just left our yard.

He came to our company, took our eld and never started working. Always making excuses so he can not take loads and never returned our equipment .

Driver did the drug test, got the plane ticket from the company and than started complaining about the basic company's policy regarding charges for unsafe driving with claims that it is not his job to check the company's equipment and do PTI. Sounded like under the influence during the last call. Unreliable.

Driver left the truck while still under a load. He never showed up nor he called.

Bought him ticket twice ,first time lied about leak in his house second time he said he is on the airport and turned the phone off .Made us to waste 380 us .Guy is huge liar .Do not hire him.

Low performance, out of reach! Got loaded and took the opposite direction (unauthorized route) to get as far as possible from the company's home terminal to manipulate, held the load over a week on his trailer until the equipment was recovered with Police involved!

Every week he is threatening that will not deliver the load or he will abandon the truck if he dont get paid for miles that he never did, we was forced to over pay him couple of time so he can do his job. Some how we got a rid of him, he is terrible personality and he believes that is "mastermind" in this industry. Save yourself trouble and do not hire him!

Vincent had a great idea: He will get a job at a trucking company, then he will use the truck and the fuel card to drive loads for his brothers company. This sounds like a great Hollywood script for an action movie, but this actually happened to us. It started getting suspicious two days after he took the truck, as he refused to pickup any loads (why would you get a job as a driver if you don't want to drive?!). After 2 days of negotiation, he finally accepted a load, but started driving in the opposite direction. It was strange that the fuel charge on his assigned card was way higher than the miles he drove, yet he refueled the second time even though he moved less than 100 mi. This is when we realized that he is stealing fuel. Anyhow, he was finally off to pick up, but driving in the wrong direction when he finally reported that he is at the pickup spot. GPS system picked up a wrong location, we knew that something is up, so we gave the pickup facility a call only to find out that our new hire is about to pickup a load for a different company which after further investigation revealed that it happens to be his brother's. After being told that they're busted, Vincent refused to return truck to the base. We had to threaten that we will inform the police about this incident and illegal actions, which left him without a choice but to bring the truck back. Vincent and his brother are legit scammers running illegal activities that can get you and your company in trouble, be careful crossing paths with them.

Went 1000 milles empty home without permision lied that grandmother passed away then abandonate the truck and trailer always lies about something never on time damaged the eqiupment I will never ever hire this driver again.. stay away !!!

WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!! We got her a plane ticket to our terminal and she didn't get on the plane. She seems to be very professional in the beginning but time really told us otherwise. She called us a week later claiming to have bought her own plane ticket here. However she was never showed and stopped communicating. Glad we dodged a bullet as she seems to be mentally unstable. HIRE AT YOUR RISK AS SHE SEEMS TO BE NOTHING BUT SORRY EXCUSES AND LIES!!!

Don't hire this guy, worst experience, cost us a ton of money.

This guy is a piece of sh*t. Always full of lies and excuses and on top of that, he stole our truck. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, you will get burned. He might be mentally disabled, cause his actions are inexplainable.

The driver stole the truck and trailer. He was chased by the police. They rejected him on the collection site, because he was drugged. He stole my tablet from the truck and blackmailed me into giving him money. In the end he left a dirty truck from which a huge stench could be felt.

This driver drove for us for a month, after which he quit without notice. He stole new tires on our new trailer and put old ones with rusty rims

We hired this driver before checking him on this website and he did the same thing as the previous review. This is the worst driver! We will face a claim because of him.

In the beginning, he was very excited to start with us. Finish the hiring process really quickly and come to the office. The next day in the morning he just decide not to start without giving us any understandable reason. WASTE OF TIME!

Leased a truck as an owner op. Did not do any maintenance. Did not like working at all. Damaged most of the plastics on the truck. Was pulled over with suspended license. After he returned the truck to the terminal we found illegals drugs in the truck while cleaning the truck out.

Driver ran the truck out of fuel on week #1, driver misses appointments, driver stole truck and a loaded trailer of liquor and then abandoned equipment. Never called, shut off his phone lines, wouldn't respond to emails.
