After telling this guy why i cant hire him (based on previous reviews here and his driving record) he started treating to hurt me and to do some evil things to me. I recommend do not hire..

Experienced driver, but always late. Every other load is late. Had to recover the truck first time, given second chance and had to recover it again. Does whatever he wants, not listening to instructions. Avoid this driver. Do not recommend to hire.

DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER! We bought him a bus ticket and paid hotel for him, after the orientation we booked him a load he never picked up the load and went straight towards home and blocked our numbers. He abandoned the truck on the side of the road.

Don't waste your time with this driver. He is bad at communication and when he is about to start with you either lies that he has a family emergency or just stops answering your calls/messages.

Terminated, didn't like that we follow the HOS rules, refused loads, threatened to abandon the truck.

Please stay away from this driver and do NOT deal with his aggressive behavior and disrespect. Got into an accident of 5000$ damage to other motorists' OTR and never reported the accident to the company. We had to find out from our insurance that we have a recent claim opened on our policy. Inspections with multiple violations for stupid reasons. Driving without bobtail insurance. Stole our company trailer and did not respond on the phone to answer our question on where is our equipment and what is the load status (delivered/undelivered). Delays on reefer loads with penalties from customers/brokers. Asked for multiple advances and we issued him a lot of money and then eventually, somehow directly after he got into the accident he stopped answering our phone calls and used our company fuel card and we ended up having a negative balance in our company and we had to send the balance to a collection agency.

DON'T HIRE HIM , VERY BAD ATTITUDE , HE STARTED SCREAMING AT THE OFFICE , WE HAD TO CALL POLICE

Ok driver if you allow him to drive without logbook only. Otherwise he will dump you quickly. Problem with lies after lies. Especially going vacations and off time. If its 2 days - consider he will be out for a week or 10 days. If he says going out for couple of weeks - consider that will be 2 months. Never truck him on leaving his stuff in the truck and waiting for him to come back soon. You will loose money. No English as well - only communication through translators.

This driver will waste your time and money, brought him in for orientation, paid for his hotel and everything, that the day he is to go out on the road he decides he does not want to drive a reefer trailer he wants dry van, he also has very bad knowledge about anything trucking related would not recommend to anyone

He is very disrespectful and stubborn. So hard to establish smooth communication and mutual understanding. We have lost a few brokers because of his attitude. You will never be able to make him happy whatever load you offer. Rude, insulting vocabulary use.

Abandoned the Truck in Crossville TN, and stole all the equipment.

From the very beginning of orientation, Ovidiu complained. He does not know how to use a log book and how to count hours. He was a lot in violation, he never wanted to listen to the dispatcher or safety. When we decided, after countless opportunities, to fire him, he did not want to come with the truck and return it for days. He didn't answer, he lied, so we had to call the police. Avoid this driver.

Hired this driver upon speaking about the past reports here on CDL scan between him and his twin brother Rodney Gldersleeve, they each swore they had changed and would not abandoned trucks or just stop communicating. He was supposed to stop in the office (in the Chicago area) on his way from Green Bay to the Atlanta, to change from a lease driver to a company driver, all he had to do was sign a release form, passed by the office and went home to Alabama, dropped off the face of the planet wont answer the phone, abandoned truck trailer and a reefer load in a residential area. He was a good safe driver good with logs and maintenance. The bottom line is DO NOT TRUST this guy, his brother OR EVEN GIVE THEM A CHANCE, they will just screw you over.

Jason went to Las Vegas, home, saying that his uncle passed away. After that he stopped answering his phone and abandoned truck over there.

Abandoned loaded trailer in towing zone in NC. Cost us a lot of money. Stay away.

Him and Josh More asked me to bring truck to FT Mayer and because they don't fly and ask for sign on bonus before they start so they can get stuff for their truck and start driving and they didn't and 7 days latter they said they need rest of the sign on bonus because they spend all money and they still need to equip truck with stuff and 3 weeks latter they didnt start driving. After telling them ill report truck stolen and to report them to driver reporting web sites they said they know all FTMayer Police Department. Do your self a favor do not mess with them.

Always late to deliveries, always complaining, lazy, always saying he has doctor appointments. Really bad experience at the end he dropped the truck at Gilbert, SC truck stop. Rejecting loads, driving home empty not authorized, abounded truck in GA, terrible driver.

He was working as a company driver. Very sloppy driver ! Bad attitude, arguing and complaining about everything. Late to deliveries, reports for irresponsible driving. Damage the truck and left it very dirty. Do not recommend at all ! Stay away from this guy.
