Driver abandoned truck under a load in North Carolina, issues with him towards the end of his career with us. Would not recommend hiring.

Caught with Marijuana in the truck by DOT. Terminated immediately.

Stupid, lazy, very irresponsible

He went home for Thanksgiving and now he's finding different reasons not to go back on the road. We called him with a video and saw he was already working for another company. Don't want to give us the location of the truck and trailer. He abandoned our equipment.

Travis has heavy Bipolar condition. He losses it a few times a day and than calls back crying and apologizing. Terminated at week two for swearing at everybody at shipper of our biggest customer.

Anthony drove so so for a couple of months beeing late for 50% of his loads. Abandoned a loaded truck without a notice in Southern GA which resulted in a claim.

Very bad experience with this driver. He abandoned the truck with a loaded trailer and when we went to the tuck we couldn't believe how dirty it was. Beside the truck was disgusting dirty, his dog did a lot of damages to the truck(pee and scratches everywhere).

He drove 633 miles empty home, without approval. He told his dispatcher that he has an appointment next day, and he went home. After that he said that he's not gonna be back to work. He didn't give us any proofs that he has surgery. UPDATES: driver who recovered the truck let us know that Mose collected a lot of garbage in the truck. see the attached.

Horrible experience with this driver was with us for two months. Late to every load, we got hit with many fees for late delivery. Used our truck to drive for personal use 600 miles. Kept equipment hostage for 1 week. Blackmailed us if he couldn't get things his way. Texted all of our drivers that we are a bad company. We gave him his last check after he returned our truck and trailer. He went to walmart and they wouldn't cash it for him even though we told him he can only cash this at a bank. So now he says we didn't pay him to people on facebook. DO NOT HIRE! BEWARE!!!!

STAY AWAY !! ABANDON LOADED TRUCK AND TRAILER AT HIS HOME AND SAID IM QUITTING COME AND GET THE TRUCK IF YOU WANT IT

We decided to give him a chance to work with us despite the bad review we found here and it was the biggest mistake. He has anger issues . Waste of time.

Paid ticket and drug test and he never show up, wasted money and time on this driver, not worth trusting

Abandoned the equipment somewhere in MD, didn't tell anything or called. We found truck heavily damaged, expensive recovery. She drivers with her daughter that's homeschooling and she is driving only when she wants. Very bad driver!

ABANDONED TRUCK AND TRAILER. First load 300 miles delivered one hour and a half late. Second load alright because sent back home to Orlando to pick up his stuff, third load showed late and missed the appointment. Next day instead of picking it up, sad that truck had issues and decided not to drive it anymore. John Left the truck and trailer in Orlando, days after being hired.. His excuse was that truck not driving faster than 50mph, but the other driver who returned from vacation, happened to be from Orlando as well, got in the truck and returned the truck under the load to Chicago without any issue. Truck could do 70mph of course. During hiring process sounded really good over the phone but when showed up for orientation felt like completely different person. Do not waste your time.

This guy is a thief. Stole loaded trailer and held it as hostage. After a long week we managed to retrieve the equipment but it was all damaged. DO NOT HIRE THIS INSANE GUY

Driver brought our truck back with $3000 worth of damage to the tractor. Never once notified anyone of said damage, would be weary of hiring a driver like this.

THis is a special type of breed. Came worked for us, constantly getting into negatives, we as a company tried helping him out as much as possible and then he took a truck hostage to continue on going into depth further. Decided to use equipment for personal use. Now driving empty from Connucticut to Iowa because he found another job. Current negative is around 9k and will grow until the equipment is turned in. Oh he lied about an accident that he created, but said the other party is at fault. Do not hire him he is a liar. We got a video from another trucker who was parked in the area where the accident occurred and clearly shows that Malachi is at fault. He is a lazy driver, and his mommy controls the situation, so if she does not see him on gps, he will return 500 miles until she can see him. This actually occured in UT, driver drove back to AZ to make sure mommy can see him on the gps. Then he decides to avoid a straight shot from UT to AZ and decides to go around through CA, in which case he was not prepared to go through there load wise and got put out of service. The guy has 0 common sense, he just tries to talk nice and that's all. Do not hire him, WASTE OF TIME. If you want a major negative left feel free to take him.

If you have a truck, that you want to write down, this is your guy. We do maintenance every 2 months, so truck and trailer comes back with damages every time (worked for us for 2 years). Last 3 months - 2 accidents, multiple damages to the truck and trailer. out of service for HOS (very bad with ELD monitoring, need a person to look over everyday), found empty beer packs in the truck...

After 2 weeks of working with us the driver abandoned the truck on private property with no reason and stopped answering our calls

Romelio Smith was a lease purchase driver and while being at his home time, he parked the truck and the trailer in a zone not designated for that kind of equipment. The equipment was towed away, but even though we paid for the towing he never returned our calls to pick up the truck and the trailer and continue driving. Therefore we had to send a recovery driver to take over the truck and the trailer that were abandoned by Romelio.
