He's a great clock watcher. Never does any work unprompted, if he was instructed to go to the terminal, he will be there and sit quietly without letting anyone know he's there so that nobody sends him follow-up work.
He is never on time for deliveries - If an appointment is set for 8, he'll be there at 8:30 and complain about traffic every morning. If he is asked to be in the terminal at 7, he'll be there around 7:45 and say that he hit bad traffic in the morning. If he's asked to do a delivery or drop off at the end of the day, he'll ask to move it to next morning and will promise to be there at 7 AM, yet he'll only arrive at the terminal at 8 AM, again saying he hit traffic on the way to work.
He does not watch his equipment, he was sitting in the terminal after an oil change and did not notice that the engine was spewing oil out on the ground for +30 solid minutes.
He will never work past 4-5 PM, if he has to stay past 5 he'll complain that he won't get home on time, that he'll be late to work etc. He doesn't work Fridays. Never does earlier than 7 AM deliveries. Yet with all of the issues, he still complains that he's not making enough money.
His final straw in the haystack was on his last day - he was dispatched to deliver a load at 7:30 AM, at 10:20 AM he responds saying that he can't work because he's not making enough money, so until he gets a raise he will not drive.
Has been terminated and is not welcome back on board.
