He came for the orientation, asked millions of questions before he signed the paperwork and hold our safety lady till 6pm in the office. We paid for the hotel and bought him the lunch so the day after he just texted I'm not taking this job, please fly me home! Be careful with drivers like this one!

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRIVER. Have been dealing with him for 3 weeks until he start with us and after that he started with his preferences. Paid him the hotel for the weekend and once everything was ready he just quit after we booked him a load. Rude, unprofessional, he wants someone to babysit him all the time! At the end he didn't even said the reason for quitting on his first day. Constantly dealing for higher pay even though he has unfinished SAP Program. Do not waste your time and money on such driver.

Got him flight tickets, came for orientation, finally on the last day decided not to work there. Basically left the office. DO NOT TRUST HIM!

Sounded good on the phone but as soon as he came to the office he flipped. Refused to do any sort of training or orientation. Said that he would only do a drug test and demanded the truck keys. Total disregard for safety procedures and company policies. We later found out that he's been going in and out of other companies' orientations for the past 4 days. Waste of time...

DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER - HE HAS BEEN VERY RUDE TO STAFF AFTER WE CLEARED HIM TO START, PAID FOR HIS MVR & DT, HE DECIDED NOT TO SHOW UP AT ORIENTATION. STARTED SENDING MESSAGES USING DISCRIMINATORY STATEMENTS & PROFANITY AGIANST WOMEN "THEY CHANGE MOOD DEPENDING ON HORMONES AND PUSSY CONDITION" HE SAID; HE REFUSED TO WORK WITH ANY FEMALE OFFICE STAFF DEMANDING TO WORK WITH MALE SATFF ONLY.

Have left a lot of unreported damage. Looks like he have some navigational issues about finding places.

The driver managed to crash our truck into a parked car at the yard while making a delivery. One week later, he and his co-driver abandoned our truck. He does not speak any English. We would never rehire him.

Abandoned the truck in the yard after orientation completed. Acts like he knows everything. Disappeared at the end of the day, turned off his phone. Do not hire or invest your time in this joker.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER This driver is terrible, very bad communication , not following company policy , making decisions on his own , contacting brokers without company knowledge , AND DID NOT REPORT SIRIOUS DOT INSPECTION

Driver is slow, doesn’t know how to drive a truck (multiple accidents), doesn’t know how to use equipment properly. Constantly lying about what really happened when she messed something up.

Showed up for orientation (a day late) went through the whole process, demanded a brand new truck knowing what we had available ahead of time, finally said he would take the truck we had available but wanted somethings fixed we paid for a hotel for him for the night, he went to a different hotel and vanished for a few days then called and said he was going to a different company and demanded that we pay for the hotel he staid in even though we paid for another room and had vanished. Needless to say we went our separate ways.

One of the most unstable people (not only drivers) we have ever come across

The same experience happened to us. After Owner Operator realized that she was stealing fuel, and fired the trailer breaks, she turned off her phone, ELD, and tracking device from the truck. We reported the stolen truck and loaded trailer to state police in 4 states. We found it after 36 HR on the side of the road, in a residential area with a lot of things missing from the truck, including ELD, company binder, tracking device, leaf blower, power inverter...

Jacob was a VERY slow driver spending more time at truck stations than being out on the road. He would regularly show up late to the shippers, ALWAYS ask for cash advances (ever since the first week of being with us), say he has to go home because his mom is in the hospital and to top it off he never gave us a 2 week notice and abandoned the truck. I recommend avoiding this driver!!

Do not hire this driver. Not following safety requirements, driving without log books. Driver stole tires from a truck and replaced with old ones. Bad experience with this driver.

the worst person in the book. We ended up not hiring him because he called me on Friday saying that he left his current company because they were not giving him enough miles, I went over everything with him and he agreed and said he wanted a job but he needs a hotel because he was supposedly in Chicago. He had a good MVR and PSP so i scheduled him to take a drug test, which he did the next day which was Saturday, and yeah not to mention that he wouldn't answer the phone he would always ask to text. So Monday comes around and the results for the drug test were in so I call him to let him know that we can have him come in for orientation but of course he doesn't answer but instead writes me a text to send him a letterhead explaining what position, the pay and what kind of truck he'll be driving so that he can send it to his "financial advisor" to review if the position is good for him. So I call him again and this time he picked up and I asked him what exactly he needs since I explained everything over the phone and he agreed to accept the position on Friday which is the reason why we even booked and PAID for his hotel stay, but instead he gets agitated and tells me that this is the right way and that everyone knows that there needs to be a written document for the position to be reviewed. So I told him how come he didn't mention anything on Friday before we booked him a hotel and paid for him to spend three nights and he responds by saying just email me the letterhead because he wouldn't be surprised that we were fraud company. WOW! yet he's the one that took our money for the drug test and the hotel stay. This guy doesn't deserve not even one star. He is a scammer and fraud

,doing damage on the truck and trailer. Driving like crazy. Speeding, rude with brokers and shippers , Don’t pay Attention on the tires. Driving till all 4 tires gone. Stay away.

Worked for us. Absolutely would not recommend. Does not know how to work with eld, always late for pick up and delivery is not collaborating with dispatch. Communication big 0. after WE HIRED WE RECEIVED BAD voe answers as well!
