This guy always wants impossible things. Never happy with anything. Constant complaints. Does not work hard enough to justify all the bs he brings to your company

Had to let him go because every week he has some kind of issues - either a load shift, another week an accident, then out of service, then another accident. Last few months - around 20,000 in damages plus all other stuff like violations etc. He had a divorce recently, and I believe that why. Had to let him go. Pictures are from last time we tow truck to the shop condition. You decide if it's worth it.

Driver quit and left truck and trailer in FL. We had to send another driver to recover both.

Lazy, lier, make excuses to go home, keep asking for advance money. Threating to kill, to report. Waste of time.

Our company gave this man so much. We helped him with the sale/purchase of his trucks so he could continue to be an owner op, we kept him running during this pandemic, and gave him countless brakes in our service shop to help him. And what does he do to repay us? He uses our MC# and tags to pull loads for another company behind our backs. He thought we were stupid and wouldn't be able to figure it out, and when confronted about it begged us to stay on our team. I wouldn't hire this guy if he offered to pull loads for free.

Jacob made some beginners mistakes and try to hide that from company, do not take good care of the truck and trailer, sloppy generally :)

This driver will go out his way to try and ruin your company if you don't fold to his demands of pay. He abandoned our truck and deliberately got a loaded trailer towed.

He abandoned load, run on the airport and told us when he was in plane that he is quit ,also he left the marijuana at the truck. Do not ask for the home time, just go home. He is on SAP program, avoid him.

Gave this guy a chance on Friday. He told he will come on Monday. On Monday he said he is on the way to company and he will come in 2 hours. 4 hours passed he is still not a the company. Tried to text him/ call him. Disappeared. Waste of time.

7 months experience, doesn't know anything about trucking , however he has non stop requirements. Looking for a job all the time. Not worth it.

Guys' read it couple times if you did not get it from first one: Do not hire this "gentlemen". "Hard worker".... Accusing all his dispatch for discrimination for nothing and at the end abandoned a truck an left our company with huge huge loses. Guys be careful. Stay safe!

Driver abandoned truck and trailer in SC and when we called him to ask where is the equipment his wife told us not to call her husband anymore.

Waste of time. Talking very nice at the beginning. We bought a ticket for him. Changed his flight for three times. At last time called me at the middle of the night and start saying what he did that on purpose he just paying the games. Stay safe!
