A very dangerous and inadequate driver, he has real problems with his head and psyche! On his own mind! He got a lot of tickets and fines because of this he was fired!

Driver was in possession of Marijuana while on duty with his passenger. Driver was let go and we were willing to help him with a rental car to go home which he agreed on but then next day he stole a truck and deadheaded back home with his phone turned off. Would never rehire! Stay away from this guy, only issues!

His big problem is safety and maintenance. He will drive the equipment until tires will blow out, out of normal pressure, and will surprise you every single month with new damage to the equipment, sometimes minor sometimes too bad to continue driving. Is a hard worker but not a safe driver. Don't expect a clean truck back after termination.

Unreliable. Only problems. Poor communication. Equipment abandonment. If you need headache, thats the right driver to hire.

Time waster. We were in contact for so long, I helped him out with truck paperwork and he was supposed to come to Chicago to work with us. He did come and then he started lying he is having issues with his truck and he was at a "dealership" but when he sent a location he was obviously at another company. He applied once in March, got approved and then again in June. I wasted time and money on him twice for nothing. He is a sweet talker though and very polite but that's all he is.

Devante has 2 previous handheld violations while driving a commercial vehicle, along with speeding and inability to control vehicle. Since his last violation happened 2 years ago. We decided to give him a chance. After driving for us for 2 week's, Devante took 1 week off. He returned and demanded more mental health day's. Decided to bring Devante back to the office to talk to him face-to-face. On his way back to the office, we received a call from another driver stating that Devante was on his cell phone while driving and almost hit another truck. We called Devante to get his side of the story. He didn't deny the fact that he was using his cell phone. He said, "what else am I supposed to do when I'm in the truck all by myself". He was always late for his pick-up and deliveries. At the end, he decided to abandon his truck and trailer with a load. Once we recovered his truck, we noticed the smell of marijuana in the truck. I don't recommend him.

Horrible experience Either texts nonstop or goes completely silent for days Constantly late to pickups and deliveries Phone would go straight to voicemail for days Claimed he had service issues So we provided him with a cellphone from us and we never heard from him again after his load back to chicago was done so technically he stole our phone and fuel card Do not hire not worth the headache at all

She prefers to be called Karmen. Had red flags from the start - during orientation was asked to provide past employment information which she refused to at first, saying she doesn't want us contacting them because they were unsupportive of her lifestyle, which makes no difference to us as we only care about your driving experience as a driver, not looking for a life story. After driving for a month, arrived at the terminal on Friday asking for a new truck because her current one was having an issue - not a problem, we'll switch you out. Arranged a different truck to be brought to her so she could transfer her belongings, but she said she was not feeling too good and will be going to a hospital. Tried to check up on her over the weekend to make sure she's alright, but didn't respond to text messages or phone calls throughout the weekend, no call no show on Monday. The truck was emptied out.

Victoria speaks very intelligently but doesn't retain any information from second to second. Long story short - she arrived on a Tuesday at 8:00 a.m, we couldn't get her in the truck to do a pick up until late Wednesday because she had personal issues, she was suppose to drive 1000 miles but decided to shut down the truck after driving 1.5 hours. On Thursday morning had to have a discussion with her about the importance of customer service and following directions she apologized and got on the road. Within 10 mins she called her dispatcher to say she had to stop and get a GPS.........finally had to bring her back to the terminal to let her go. A lot of time and money wasted on a person who doesn't follow directions, has no intention on making pick up or deliveries on time and is totally more concerned about the way she looks instead of the way she performs. She had a sleeper but insisted on getting hotels.......then it's impossible to get her out of the hotel.....BEWARE

Complete scammer. Will take drug test then ask for money. Makes excuse after excuse to delay start date while asking for more money. Stay away.

This driver was very annoying during hiring procedures, kept asking about flying over without getting everything done, had to reschedule his pre employment drug tests a couple times and then when he finally got everything done and flew to IL , he filled out all his paperwork and disappeared! Waste of so much time and money. NOT reliable and talking a lot of BS while trying to get hired. He kept saying he really needs the job and making up excuses why he can't get something done here and now and then comes and disappears.

We booked him a flight to come work for us and he never showed for the flight. He is not reliable.

Same thing happened with us. He got paid for arrival expenses plus cash advance. After 3 loads dropped a truck and disappeared.

The driver is very messy, does not take care of equipment whatsoever. The only thing he does well is running a lot of mileage. Definitely will not recommend anyone to hire him.

Try to avoid this guy, pretends to be professional and reliable at the beginning, but as time goes by his mental or emotional issues starts to become visible. He starts being late for pickups and deliveries, any time company employees have to speak with him it turns in to a major issue. Prone to fits of rage, very uncooperative and down right rude. We as company have active monitoring of driving performances for all of our drivers via dash cam and speed monitoring, and I must say his driving is borderline reckless on a daily bases. After multiple close collision events, constant speeding and more than a few missed appointments we decided to terminate his employment. We have notified him and give him option to finish current load, and we would be open to getting him load toward our terminal where he can return equipment, get paid and find another employer... despite that HE DECIDED TO ABANDON OUR EQUIPMENT EN ROUT AND JUST LEAVE. Absolutely unprofessional and reckless behavior!!!

Worked for us 2 years. More or less everything was ok. We lend him money all the time. Treated him good, like a normal human being. Gave him a brand new truck. All of a sudden he left the truck at our yard and stopped answering calls. Called emergency contact they hung up too. Got a message from Wayne to stop bugging his emergency contact. Owes us $2500. Our 2020 Volvo is infested with bed bugs, full of garbage and cigarettes. Have to spend over $1000 in clean-up. Is that how you treat the employer who has fed you and your family for the past 2 years? No dignity to even pick up the phone and say why he quit.

Liar! Says wants to start asap but then had to reschedule the flight 3 times and it was such a waste, as every time he had a different excuse. Said he is on the way to the airport and then would never make it to his flight. Biggest waste of money of all times! Pretends to be nice but then he doesn't do anything about it because he is not the one that paid for it.

Abandoned the truck after 1 week with company.

We made a deal for advent and he had some kind of health issues or excuses. Consideration for this guy never again.

Super reckless driver, hit the low bridge tried to hide an accident. Kidnapped truck, refused to return it until we threaten we'll call the police.

Unprofessional driver, left the truck in an abandoned parking lot ; Damaged a car at the delivery site and never advised the safety representative nor any company representative and run away, abandoned the truck in a random parking lot and never responded to our emails nor phone calls. Stay away from him!

Do not hire this scam bag he will promise that he is coming, and the either not picking up the phone or his family members are dying

This driver and his co-driver held our trailer and cargo hostage and would not deliver the load. The 2 then took the trailer to Texas where they abandon the trailer and cargo where our company had to pay a driver to bobtail to Texas to recover the trailer and cargo.
