  1. The driver came to Chicago and started acting crazy, asking for an insane rate per mile only a brand new truck. and he doesn't have axperience
  2. waited for this driver for 2 weeks, paid for his hotel, and drug test, next morning he disappear, after many phone calls, texted us that he change his mind, don't waste your money and time on this guy!
  3. Poor Communication and abandon loaded truck in march 2023 with loaded reefer give me a call if you wanna confirm George 786 599 1932
  4. He started as a lease to purchase driver. On the beginning was ok, but after a while started to have difficulties with dispatch and with maintenance team. Even we sold the truck we were tracking the pm services for the unit, always had issues replacing the oil on time. He blew up the engine and he put the truck in a shop. Started driving another unit so he can work and fix his unit only after a while to stop answering phone calls, drove disconnected from the ELD. Probably never does pre trip and don't maintain the Equpment. DO NOT HIRE
  5. working for few weeks then turning phone off .Later texts that he has problems and cant work .One of those guys that as soon as he quits also loosing his voice and only text once in couple weeks .Had to recover truck from atlanta !!!!! do not hire if u dont want problems !!!!
  6. Driver abandoned the truck with no notice
  7. Be E.X.T.R.A. careful with this driver and his co-driver (Jean_Baptiste Perkenson) . They are the biggest waste of time and money!!! They sound legit on the phone. We approved their CDL and decided to hire them. They took the drug tests and spend 2 nights at the hotel and then took our company car to go to a different med stop to take the drug tests for another trucking company. We called the trucking company and they confirmed those two are sitting in their office right now and going through the orientation. Now we know why they didn’t want to be on the road after the first night. They lied to us saying that they are tired and need to spend one more night here in Chicago. Who knows how many other companies they went to for a job? We ended up firing them as soon as we found out this.
  8. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO HIRE THIS DRIVER. HE USED THE COMPANY TO GET A FLIGHT FROM ALABAMA TO CHICAGO FOR FREE.
  9. Warning to the trucking companies. At our expense we got this driver a flight ticket and paid for a night at a hotel for him. He came to work for us after we had been in contact for a few weeks. The next morning he just left the hotel with no trace, not answering our calls or messages.
  10. Started working and all was going well the first week, after that driver started to be very edgy even after spending more then one hour at shipper or receiver would call non-stop with asking for thousands in compensation, shouting profanities and threatening to abandon the equipment, driver eventually drove empty from Los Angeles to Chicago refusing loads and spending almost a week in Las Vegas NV not answering phone calls, equipment was returned damaged
  11. This driver has worked as an owner operator with a friendly agreement. However he was very difficult to work with since he would love refuse the loads, lack on communication and not come through with his outstanding balances with the company.
  12. Terminated- disobeying company safety policy, also he didn't want to drive by posted speed limits( He didn't want to drive below 75mph)
  13. BEAWARE! Driver bailed on us once, just stopped responding so we cancelled the ticket and everything else for orientation. He called again with some explanation what happened. So we decided to give him another chance. Our recruiter called him to ask if he's at the airport. Driver lied that he got held up at the airport and waiting for a new ticket , while answering phone calls from our other recruiters and saying, that he's looking for the job at the moment. Lost money on the ticket, not worth it, trust me.
  14. DO NOT HIRE HIM! AT FIRST HE WAS VERY NICE AND THEN HE WAS INVOLVED IN THEFT!!!!!!
  15. We hired James about two weeks ago for a local driving position. About 3 days into his first week, we discovered he was lying to us about performing his daily pre-trip inspections. He called me to inform me that the truck had the warning message to stop driving and also the coolant light was on. We then found out the coolant reservoir was next to empty and James was asking how to release the deer guard. So he was obviously not checking anything on the truck before his work day started. In the two weeks he worked for us, he backed into a pole and also was improperly parked on an on ramp and was hit by another truck. Please do not hire this driver as he is very unprofessional and doesn't pay attention to very common sense issues related to driving a semi-truck.
  16. This guy Will tell you that he hates his current company, that he makes $1,300 a week and that he feels he should be making more. Gave him a chance, he has been texting me since 5:50am about coming to our company for orientation. It's 3pm and now says he is staying with the company he is in. Do not waste your resources on this driver. He wasted drug test money and hours of work from our office.
  17. It was very difficult working with this driver. He was always late to pickups and deliveries.Complained about everything and went as far as threatening to kill the dispatch team. In the end, left the truck in the middle of nowhere without delivering the load. Stay away from this driver!
  18. Kevin Corbin started working at my company on September 3 2022. On September 21 2022 got loaded in Capitol Heights MD with a load going to Riverville VA and went to the Pilot truck stop. For 3 days he hasn't replied to any of the phone calls or text messages, I asked the Pilot operator to check on him after 2 days and he told to the operator he has been sick. He was about 100 miles from the delivery. After 3 days he took off from the Pilot and started driving loaded with 44000lbs load, not to the delivery which is 24/7 first come first serve 100miles away but home to Wagner SC which is over 400 miles. He hasn't answered the phone and I was able to communicate just with his wife Petra who was able to reach Kevin. On September 28 I was able to reach him and he told me he was sick and that I can come to pick up the truck because he doesn't want to bring it back to the yard in Illinois and come back on his own. After I promised him that I will help him out with transportation to get home he promised me that he will deliver the load Monday, October 3rd, but Monday he hasn't started and to my message " What is your ETA to the receiver" He replied that he changes his mind and that the paperwork in the truck and I can get it from his yard and the trailer with the load I need to know that is parked at the grocery store in Aiken SC. Just put yourself in a situation when your driver with a brand new 2023 truck ( he picked a truck with 1000 miles on the truck) and a trailer with a load do that to you. After going back and forth on the text messages he asked me to start from all over and I told ok let's start all over. Wednesday, October 5 load has been delivered. On November 17 2022 he went home with the intention to start on November 21 and to make a couple of runs before Thanksgiving. On November 21 he called and asked if he can stay home till after thanksgiving Friday. I said yes sure no problem. We agree that he will start on Friday, November 25, but on Friday he texted that still busy and will start sure on Saturday, November 26 we sent him all info on the new load and he confirmed that received and that all was good. On Saturday he supposes to pick up the load by 1 pm but his phone is off and his wife told me that he is somewhere helping his friend 60 miles away and is not sure when he will be back because she can't reach him. We were forced to cancel the load last minute and the broker was super mad about that. The next day on Sunday phone was still off and his wife told me that don't know what to say........ On December 1st ( almost a week) I tried to call him but was no answer. He called me later in the evening and told me that he is waiting for the glasses and he will pass his medical on Friday and will start on December 3rd Saturday, but again the phone is off cannot reach him. I called on December 6th but no answer. On December 6th he called me and told me he will start Friday, December 9 or Saturday, December 10 at the latest. Since December 10th his phone is off and I can't reach him, today is December 19th and no luck getting in touch with him. On top of that, we have constant issues with him delivering us POD, out of 3 pages getting just one, or very blurry. In my opinion, he is too old for technologies like PDF scanning and emailing it. Planning to fly myself after Christmas on December 27th to get back the truck and to find the trailer. If I knew what he is up to never ever hired him.
  19. Lazy driver. In one week only delivered only 1 load and had 2 accidents. Rejected loads, has bad comunication with everyone. Damaged trailer and truck then droped the truck in the midle of nowhere. Leave company with -10000 after all accidents. After working for 2 days asked for vacation. Lazy driver - don't waste your time with him.
  20. Abandoned truck and trailer loaded. Did not leave the tablet nor the BOL's
  21. Left the truck in Houston, TX...
  22. Unreliable, abandoned loaded trailer in Gary, IN. Bad with eld, even worse with communication. AVOID!
  23. find dropped truck stole all tires
  24. do not hire,he stole the truck and trailer, destroyed the gps,
  25. She abandoned equipment with loaded trailer not too far from her house. Had to fly to pick up equipment, and do a deliver almost 1k miles, reason because she decided to go home while the load was heading from California to Minnesota, yet she managed to go to Alabama causing major friction between our company and the broker. Luckily, they were understanding.
