Unreliable drive. He applied with us twice. The first time he came for the orientation and let the next day. Alright, things happen, we understand. We gave him another chance, and this time he started acting up after we received the drug test results. Never came. Hire at your own risk

talks very good however driving performance is terrible, he is always late, and sometimes days on end, he decided to take his entire family in the truck(his wife and two kids) without permission. became aggressive and unstable after the termination

FYI,Driver has multiple violations such as erratic lane change, unlawful use of wireless device ,serious commercial disqualification, etc. He sounded good, we bought ticket for him , in advance for Monday, on Sunday night he notified that he has to go to doctor for prescription and asked to change ticket for Tuesday, ticket was changed and driver ghosted.

Applied 2 times requested a lot of to be made and when eventually everything set up he disappeared. He applied again 6 months later and same story. Not worthy wasting your time.

Want's to make money and to be home in NC, didn't worked well. Generally good guy.

Mr. hall is simply someone who has no business being in this business. Always late for appointments, always complaining even for minuscule issues. and finally, he took our truck to go home for some "home time" and just abandoned it in Dallas,TX. BAD HIRE.

The driver is a complete waste of time and money. First we booked him a ticket to IL, he missed the ticket, stopped answering. He rescheduled the ticket and never got on the flight. Then he came to IL with another company and started working with us. At the end he did like 2 loads with us, requested cash advance 3 times and was acting disrespectfully towards the dispatch, complaining on the miles. He wanted to go 200 miles empty to his hometown area to pick up his stuff. Think twice before hiring him!

Very unprofessional with bad attitude, abandoned equipment.

Abandoned truck and trailer for no reason in Florida. Complains about every single load he does, no dispatcher wanted to work with him.

Please terminate. Equipment returned to the yard. Looked for every excuse not to work. Refused to go East. Complained about the condition of his equipment, was provided with a new unit, and still could not perform. Not eligible for rehire. 5/5/2023 - 6/20/2023

He is an SAP driver, so we decided to give him a chance he completed the RTD test with us after that postponed his arrival 4 times. We booked him a flight and schedule everything for him and 3 hours after we send him the flight he texted us that can't take the job. Very unprofessional and unserious person.

After driving for ten days, he did not contact the company regarding payment. Instead, held a load hostage and refused to deliver it until he received a paycheck. The payment schedule was clearly explained to him, in person, before began driving and he agreed to those terms.

Liar who abandoned the truck. Before hiring we explained him company policy over the phone. He agreed to everything. When he arrived - started to complain immediately. Did not want to pay for insurance, did not want to pay for escrow. After two weeks on a road he went home because his "wife died" . He was telling us he will start in couple weeks. After couple weeks he said he is coming back to work. We took a load for him - and he never picked up a phone. Had to cancel the load. As the result - truck was abandoned on the truck stop. We had to spend a lot of money to bring the equipment back to our office.

This driver was employed with us for over 6 months, and was constantly complaining about the loads he got, being late, not responding to messages, going MIA for no reason. He was given multiple chances because he always had some sob story or a good reason why he just had to do things that way. The last time he was late for a load, he was called into the office and was told he will be let go with his next mistake, no matter what happened, and this is the last chance he's getting prior to termination. A day later he was stopped for speeding and was caught in possession of amphetamine and alcohol. He did not report it to the office, he actually reached out to our dispatchers and told them he had a sudden death in a family, and he would have to go home immediately. We only found out about the inspection a couple of days later while checking the FMCSA Portal. Nothing but trouble with this guy.

Very poor communication with this driver ,all day with no answer dispatch calls moved the truck to another location without company permission and didn't answer the phone calls all day .

CARLOS DAMEGED TRUCK AND A TRAILER FEW TIMES! Don't know how to use his phone, logbook... Always a problem with him!

Pretty aggressive guy. A lot of swearing over the phone, impatient but will drive ok while in the company. Was mad for making 2500$ a week on average as an company driver on a horrible market when a lot of other companies going out of the business. Hit the windshield and broke it from the inside and than said "something felt from the sky". Waited to get home for a week of brake so he could give two weeks notice (9 days of notice) before he left the company. Truck returned with couple of lights not working and wheel seal on steering. Charge big escrow if hiring.

Playing games. Zero inspections on the report for the past 10 years of trucking "over the road" like he said. Refused to provide previous employers names. I say be careful when hiring. I wouldn't do it.

Attention!!Sick person, DON'T HIRE HIM! He Threatens to leave truck on truck stop and wanted damage load and wanted to change temperature in reefer ! This guy extremely stupid and mentally unbalanced!

Companies be ware, he has his own company with several trucks, he will go to Memphis where he lives and use the fuel cards to fill the trucks, then also if he has issues with a part like blown tire, he will replace it and ask for payment. He will lie to get fuel cards unlocked. His company is out of service, but trucks are still rolling not sure if locally or not. Thief is an understatement for this piece of shit. Also removed the gps for the truck so it would not be tracked.

Big player and actor. Called me that he is already at orientation with a company but will escape from there to come working for us. We provided him with everything and a hotel so the next morning he can text that he needs to leave and will not start. He screwed like that the company that he camed from Stay away
