Robert Hicks seemed promising during the interview process. He was really persistent during that process, and checked in regularly while waiting for his drug test results. They came back negative, so we chose a start date, and helped him book a flight. On the morning of his flight he called me to complain that airport security wouldn't let him take a bag of tools on the plane. When I asked why he couldn't check the bag he said because he didn't want them to get damaged. So he decided he was just going to leave and look elsewhere, and leave us with a non-refundable plane ticket.

This individual has a history of egregious misconduct, including driving under the influence and theft. Abandon trailer and stole truck. This lack of accountability and responsiveness raises serious doubts about their reliability and suitability for any position of responsibility. I strongly advise against considering this individual for employment. Their history of irresponsible actions demonstrates a clear pattern of behavior that should not be overlooked or underestimated.

Stay Away from this driver! Completely waste of money and time. When he showed up on orientation he was not interested or excited at all. Driver was hired for Amazon and after he took his first load he was robbed on his first stop.....coincidence?!....very doubt. After we forced him to call to police he vanished on the next day.

Driver has applied several times to our company. *We go midwest to westcoast OR and WA *says he won't chain up *won't drive in the dark it sounds like we are not a good fit, he goes to our business web page and writes "Fuck you" in the comments.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVER! He worked for a month. He didn't show up to his last pick up and drove 1000 miles empty to home. No communication at all. At the end he came up with some pathetic excuses. The brokers do not want to work with us because of him. Think twice before hiring

Abandoned truck at home in Pearl,MS for no reason after working for a few months. Always asking for cash advances and loans. Not reliable.

Driver started on our lease to purchase, then went on to put another person to drive for him without us knowing, and his driver was prohibited from working. So all in all, really bad experience.

Dropped a truck with a loaded trailer, no notice. Did not complain about anything, got a good paycheck and just left. Never got any word from him as to why he left

Abandoned the truck and parked in on private property so we would not be able to recover it without trespassing. He shot out the passenger side window with his pistol, stole the chains, camera's, fluids, and all equipment he was issued. We had to get the local sheriff's department involved ( turns out they know him on a first name basis and were amazed that he was able to pass the pre-employment drug test). The truck was destroyed on the inside, and to top things off he gave my recovery driver a .45 caliber bullet and told him that was for the owner. Watch out for this guy, not sure how he still has a valid CDL.

Started, took the first load, and then didn't hear form him for 3 days. He was found drunk by the police in his truck. Stay away.

Came hire for interview. We addressed the issues found in the previous reviews and decided to pass on him. PSP shows multiple violations during inspections, even the accident that is not posted on his MVR, CDL suspended in Michigan in 2021. Hire on your own risk!

Complete waste of time and money! He missed his first flight but he came into the office to complete the orientation and didn't want to sign part of the paperwork which was for the safety on the road, DOT inspections, and the ELD. We explained to him that if he was planning on driving normally and doing his job, he shouldn't be worried about it. He said okay but in the end, he gave the documents without sign and started explaining that this was too stressful for him to be in such control and left the office. Everything was basic procedures on the road that every driver should comply with, think twice before hiring him!
