Motive

Stay away from this driver!!!! He abandoned the truck because per him he was having mental breakdowns and the truck made them worse.

After 3 months of work (leased Cascadia 2022) accepted a load, cancel it after that and abendoned equipment in Memphis TN, left it at some random parking and the equipment was towed, didn't even think about paying for the tow and return the equipment to Chicago. The truck and trailer left in terrible condition....

Do not recommend hiring this driver! She's a waste of time, she started the whole application process and we completed all her paper work then she just stops responding

He ABANDONED the truck!!! Was arguing with everyone the whole time, rude guy! STAY AWAY

Driver would go stop home with load and not respond for days. After talking him ion to delivering the load would go back home empty 200-300 miles and turn off hes phone. Last time also plug out the wire from GPS so we would not find the truck. Just after emailing several emails that we are reporting truck stolen he replay and gave back the truck to other driver that has been sent for repowering.

don't hire, waste of time, we wasted money on him for drug test and truck registration and he no longer answers the phone

He worked for us for 3 weeks. We terminated him after weed smell in the cabin. Now 3 months later we have 3 claims from him. He had 3 accidents he never told us about.....

DO NOT HIRE!!! Driver refused to answer our calls for over 2 days!! When we sent another driver to recover the truck he found him drugged out with other passengers(including a baby) which was not allowed plus drug paraphernalia was found inside the cabin. He should never be allowed to drive again. In the beginning he plays the part of a safe driver once he gets paid his true self shows.

Driver abandoned the truck in IOWA. Did not give back the keys, fuel cars. etc.

Logan Ross, with his first load as part of our company, was late 24h for a 300 total miles load. The following loads were also tight and was late for some of those as well. Also on one of the loads he went out of route 300 miles just to pass through home even though he never requested to go through his house. We do not recommend this driver.

Time and resource waster. Performed the drug test and disappeared on the orientation day.

Very arrogant individual. Will apply, take a drug test and then stop answering. He applies for so many companies that he can't keep track and then reapplies with you again not remembering that he spoke with you before.

The driver came to us to work as an owner operator. He immediately became suspicious because he was refueling a lot. in the end it turned out that he stole fuel and left our trailer and equipment in the middle of the road. avoid such people for hiring!

Driver abandoned our truck and trailer at an intersection with damages. It took a week to recover our equipment and LOFTY $6000 tow and storage bill. No communication with us whatsoever. Hire at your own risk!

Driver is always refusing to take a load unless its a certain destination that he wants even tho he agreed on forced dispatch, after all he stole our truck and took it as hostage for 6days

Unprofessional, unreliable. Dropped truck and trailer besides his house in MO on 2nd week with us. Carriers don't trust his lies!

This guy is such a waste of time! Spent $600 on ubers, hotel and other expenses, give him brand new equipment, and while we waited for drug test results he just decided to go home without any reason. He had some weird questions, we tough that he is just being cautious but actually he is just weird. Who knows what would happen on the road. Hire on your own risk!

The driver will come at you with the sweet talk on how he got screwed by another company, the guy sounds very genuine and we actually fell for it. BE AWARE! Constantly asking for money, disappears for days without contact, then again on how he lost service on his phone, or got robbed at gunpoint, etc. Was working for us for over 2 weeks, and the last thing he did was just amazing. Delivering freight at Kehe facility at 1 am, asked for a lumper fee of over 400 dollars, got unloaded, never paid a lumper or took the bills, he left with the money to a truck stop. Then he cashed the MoneyCode and disappeared for over 3 days, then someone robbed him and he couldn't contact anyone. We forced recovered the truck, and found a woman "friend" in the truck with him. This dude has some addictions and he believes that he can fool everyone with all his stories. Unstable and extremely dishonest.

We paid for 4 nights hotel, he finished the orientation and got into the truck, went to TS and send us message that he is flying home because of some important matter..
