Motive

DRIVER filled out application - he was very rude and because he didn't have any verifiable experience WAS UPSET WITH US - HE THEN PROCEEDED TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW ABOUT US.......I THINK WE DODGED A BULLET WITH THIS ONE........all perspective employers BEWARE of this person......not an honorable person!

The driver Benjamin kept our truck for 3 months in FL, meanwhile he did not answer our calls, stole fuel, stole 4 tires, the tablet that we gave him for the logbook.

Difficult and demanding personality. All loads should be perfect, if not loaded within an hour or so, threatening to leave, even if detentions and extras paid. Worked for 5 weeks with us, couple weeks for previous company.

This driver is a CON he stole a bunch of fuel from me. Tried to say fuel line was leaking brought truck back and not a drop of anything. He will keep lying to try to justify himself. Would not recommend this guy to anyone.

Only worked for few months. Got a brand new truck with 0 miles on it, after few months managing to get 5 violations in one DOT inspection, 4 OOS!! Including half deflated tires, worn air hoses etc!! When asked why never pay attention on simple things that you have to do every PTI answer is "its not my job" and hangs up. 1,000 miles drives 3 days, in few months 2 dispatchers were "bad" because they ask him to give updates. Hard to get any updates from this guy!! Be Aware! And does not care about truck, simply he think his job is only driving. Late on most deliveries always finds reason to fight back, always some one else's fault, or simply likes to hung up. Terminated and would never hire back.

Driver went trough the hiring process, was hired, but stopped all communication right after. Still soliciting job offers in trucking groups on FB.

Sends all the documents, promises to come, ask for truck reservation and in the end doesn't show up, blocking calls and suddenly appears again. Lies about drug testing.

Another cuban dictator. Very demanding person. Kept all original bills in hostage.

- in 2 weeks of work 2 times drove truck unauthorized and without telling anybody - being late to pu, slow driver, difficult to get things done with, abuse of personal conveyance mode, drove with disconnected ELD, for days at a time doesn't respond to phone or messages, very demanding with constant new requests - Two dispatchers tried to work with him, no success, he plays the "smart guy" all the time, like he has been played around and not otherwise - asked him to return equipment and leave, after he dropped off his stuff home, went to del and then drove 250 mi to his home without explanation, he disconnected truck GPS/ELD, said he feels bad (sick) and started negotiating how he will return the truck and what his check will be like, after 1 week he arrived with a load from GA to IL, so we paid rent for the truck and other bills another week just for him to chill out, keep equipment hostage and negotiate what he will get

Slow driver, misses appointments. If you ask to take a different trailer he asks for extra $ because it is extra work ???? No experience with log books or electronics at all. He kept disconnecting ELD and said that the log book is not working (???)

Got DUI while driving. Beware!
