Stole company loaded truck police was involved

Hal West worked as lease to own for our company from December 2023. He picked load on 01.10.24 and drove to Memphis, TN by 01.11.2024. He removed GPS devices from both Truck & Trailer and stopped answering his phone. On 01.12.2024 he purchased fuel near Dallas, TX and from that point we he was asking ransom of $2500.00 in order for him to give us location of truck & trailer. He was acting that he is mentally ill and that he can't remember where he parked truck but if we send him money then he can remember. He has either changed phone number or turned it off as neither Police, his wife or us can reach him. We have reported stolen truck trailer and load! Unfortunately there are people like him in this world so be careful!

Went through the process and disappeared just before orientation. Then appeared again saying he was ready to go. Unreliable and lying.

Agreed and complete all the hiring process before disappearing. Untrustworthy.

Had a lot of issues with this truck driver—poor communication, never answering the phone, constant tardiness, and the abandonment of the truck 1000 miles away from the terminal. Strongly advise against any future collaborations due to unreliability and lack of professionalism.

Do not hire this drive , he run away from our yard with our truck. We have to call police to stop this driver to drive back to Florida.

be careful, this driver appeared to be nice, but when he started to work, he started to make demands and demanded fictitious sums of money, he didn't wait until he got the load, he drove from Texas to Tennessee without the company's permission, because he arbitrarily decided to quit his job and leave the truck at his house. The driver threatened, lied and presented his fabricated versions. he's just looking for easy money, not earned money.

Couldn't accept this driver due to poor PSP/background review. He can't accept rejection. Very rude.

He applied several times throughout the years with us. We spent money going through process of employment and he never showed up.

Driver went for the home time and later informed us about family emergency situation. Lied to us that will come back to work, but he did not returned. He left the truck and the trailer in his town and did not returned it to the company.

He is an unreliable driver who lies a lot and doesn’t care about equipment at all or the safety of the company, He doesn’t know what PTI means, is always late for pickup or delivery with stupid excuses, doesn’t answer on the phone only if he needs something, responding on message only with “OK” or “yes” or “NO”. He was stilling the fuel from us and selling to other drivers at the truck stop, using drugs, failed a drug test, and is now on the SAP program for next 5 years. He made a big accident (involving 4 cars ) and one smaller accident hit the DOT vehicle at the shoulder. Made a lot of damages on the truck and trailer and left the company, working all the time behind your back to make something bad to you or anyone in the company. Stay away from this driver, if you don’t need problems in the company.

A time waster and unthrustworthy.

SAP driver. Driver came to the company and though he was here to finish his SAP program. Drove for a 6days. Dropped the trk at his place, because its normal lol. Well he dont understand that it might take longer time to finish the SAP process. Please make sure you know his name before hiring him. If you need more information please DM me. Stay safe guys!

He refused to bring his truck back to the shop and abandoned it. Unreliable, not coachable and bad performance. Avoid this driver.

Even though the driver is changing companies every month we decided to give him a chance. The day when he needed to land to Chicago 2 hours before flight he started to ask if he will make for sure 2k even though we where already in hiring process for 2 weeks and he was informed on everything then he said I want to run only texas to florida even though he knew that is all 48 states and at least 2 weeks on the road. So he decided at 3 am in the morning 2 hours before departure to manipulate so of course I told him that Im canceling the plane ticket and he is not eligible for rehire

You do not want to hire this driver, just do not. Not worth your risk. He will hold your equipment hostage, demand for money. He intentionally set reefer to wrong temp, damaged the pallet. Damaged our equipment, threatened our employees, harassed them.

This driver did a lot of damage, when he was fired, he peed all over in the truck. Also he's on medication. Do not hire.

she used a route not designated for trucks and went into ditch made damages over 10,000, after that went to St. Louis and from there did not answer calls and took the truck to Florida for personal reasons and just left it there. You can not trust her...

Called us crying some other company lied to him and didn't hire. No money, no food. Paid Uber to bring him to the office. And told him to leave after 2 minutes. Very rude and unprofessional. Aggressive, arrogant. Very bad attitude.
