Late for almost every load, no communication. Want's to get money, but don't want to work. Being late and then asking for detentions. More sleeping then driving. Got him to the office to speak with us about his poor performance, he showed up looking hangovered and smelling alcohol. Got fired.

Accident that cost us $11678.91. Yes we paid cash so our insurance won't go up. Late on pick ups and deliveries. Driving to truck stops 50 miles other direction to spend the night there. Delivery is at 0700 and he is showing up on the yard at 0930. Beware. Driver got licence for 3 months, we provided 3 weeks training and no progress. Logbooks horrible. I do not recommend hiring individual.

Rejected to do alcohol and drug test post accident, horrible with ELD, unplugs and etc. Flipped the truck 2/16/2021, and left telling he rejects to do any drug tests. DO NOT HIRE

He called us regarding driver's position, was polite, provided all information, took drug test, filled application, gave approval to check him on Clearinghouse and simply vanished, no call answers, no text message answers. Not reliable, lier and man without honor.

Waste of time, she needs a travel agent not a job....picking her destinations like owner op. Dishonest, changing companies every 2 weeks. Looks all nice when she arrives, 180 turn soon as she sits in the truck. Lot of arguing and issues, no work. Stay away

He drove New Mack 2019, new Trailer. Never answer on our calls, just sometimes text to dispatch about new load or salary info. If he got new load info and he likes this load, he will drive. If not, he just ignores without any explanation and not pick up the next load. He had speeding over 15 ml/h. KeepTrucking showed lot of speeding. He was fired after second ingnoration to pick up next load . He ignored oil change, He is living in "His own country". Haitian guy, HIGHLY DO NOT recommend !!!

Frank Chavez is mentally sick. First trip IL-CA, arrived to CA and called fleet manager crying he is afraid to drive-panicking. Then started to drive with 75 miles per hr in CA(speed gps recorded). Company had to call state trooper to have this dangerous person of the road and out of our truck.

This guy never happy and if something in his head he always call dispatch 10 times and no matter were he is at i need go home. He gets home Knoxville, TN,never departs on time, hard to get him out. Harrasing dispatch and office workers about everything. Hard to work with. Runs miles but if the wait is involved in getting the load, he will blow all phones.

Nothing but trouble. You will forget about your easy life with her. She is a " mechanic ))" and if she decided that something need to be changed on the truck she will f...k your brain out. Did damage to the trailer, f..ked up complete dolly on the trailer for 5K and quit. Good luck

Bad communication with the dispatch and safety department. Five logbook violations in 30 days .Disobey company policy.

AVOID !!!!! Disrespectful, never answers his phone, late all the time, slow, lazy, refuses loads. Worked only for 6 days. Complete disaster as a driver. Did I mentioned DISRESPECTFUL.

He's from Yuma, AZ. Talks a great talk but once he's in the truck he's a constant pain in the ass. Always freaking out when there's an issue at shipper/receiver. Always threatening that he'll leave your tuck right there and now. Issues with child support and CDL suspensions. Ended up bringing the truck for oil change and disparaged without notice. We tried really hard to make things work for him. Even kept him only on the West Coast so he can go by the house more often. Nothing helped..

Txted me at 11pm regarding driving position, send me his drivers license and asking right away for some cash to feed his 7 year old daughter. He responds every time I have an add Florida, responds from different number with different story

Waste of time , promising a lot, but can't handle anything... better keep your truck parked instead of hiring this guy.

Always late for pick ups or deliveries. Sleeps 20 hrs, need to call police to wake him up. Abandoned truck, trailer and cargo.Messed up truck. Steals fuel. Requests EFS checks for fuel and wash out, never submits the receipts. lies constantly. Random drug test - no show. Will be reported to clearing house. DO NOT HIRE.

Driver applied in our company and was clearly explained company procedures regarding safety, which include free inspection of the equipment prior to starting. Not only he arrived 5h late for the orientation urging us to just be on the road, but when was presented with the list of stuff he needs to fix, he just ran away explaining that we are scam?, then later apologized, next day his wife post a review that we are scam and charged him thousands of dollars, when that was addressed he just hang up the phone;.Obvious mood swings issues, I am glad that we are left "only" with the bad review, who knows how would the employment go.

Not that anyone can hire this so called person, because his licence is suspended, but just in case here is a heads up. Drove for us for a week, and then we had to let him go because of his Clearinghouse report being updated to "DRIVER PROHIBITED" because he had refused to drug test for another company. It is our company policy that for drivers that get terminated like this, we need to process everything and make sure we are not liable for their mistakes before we process their pay. Since then, driver has been abusive, making over 300 phone calls per day harassing and tormenting the office staff, and most recently has started to call brokers and customers in an effort to undermine us and to tear down our relationships with our customers. He is highly unstable, and takes his personal frustrations for his failings out on other people without regard of anyone else. In the one week he has been with us, he easily falls under the top 3 worst employees we have ever had.
