Be aware this driver is just a terrible person always late super disgusting attitude ,damaged trailer we decided to give him another chance , a week later was driving in Tx after he got loaded he claimed that someone broke the seal and stole car tires so we had a claim we tried to send him back to the yard and then in a road rage did an accident , asked for cash advances and drove the truck and trailer home , does not answer any phone calls driving a truck like his personal car speeding and just trying to damage our equipment. DO NOT HIRE if you do you are risking a lot!

Paid for a ticket ($477.22) he said he would really appreciate it because he really needs a job. Missed the flight (unexpected doctors appointment). Then ignored me when I moved the flight to the upcoming day. In total this guy cost me over $500 (drug tests, flight ticket etc.) Guy is a waste of time, money and energy. Unreliable. Do not hire! During recent office visit, Fleet Manager inspected unit and found open containers of alcohol inside. The driver is currently active in the SAP program.

We don't usually write reviews even if the driver messes things up or abandons equipment But If you would like to have a time of your life hire this driver he's the best driver in Is the whole wide world You'll have unforgettable experience He truly is one In a million .

Rolando Fragoso was a company driver driver in the company but he acted like he owns everybody and everything. Never listed to any instructions, called brokers multiple times to make appt that makes him happy behind dispatch back. When he was on HOT loads it was hard to reach him, didn't answer his phone in timely manner. Safety was not his best side either. Lot of tickets in past, but we hired him because when he needs something he can be such a sweet talker and make it in his favor. Be careful with him, his attiitude is something that will make you regret hiring him.

Terrible driver, doesn't pick up his phone, doesn't respond to any of text messages, This one is a player. Doesn't have respect for anyone, missed a drug test appointment 4 times, doesn't show up if he promise he will. Do not book him a flight under any circumstances because you will lose your money. If he shows up, he will probably leave your equipment in the middle of nowhere. Friendly advice, do not hire him EVER!

Who ever reading this be careful and cautious with this person Jean Nixon Nelson. First of all he came up with a story that his father died in a car accident in Haiti and wanted to abandon the truck in Florida. Next morning we got a verification of employment for him - in another words he lied to us regarding his father and applied with another company without being honest or giving two weeks notice. We barely begged him to return us our truck at the terminal. Think twice before you hire him. He did all of this because he was charged for the half of a invoice for the door he hit while backing up. Unbelievable what kind of people exist in this industry.

Abandoned the truck, belligerent to customers and dispatch, cussed out a customer, damaged truck when abandoning the truck in an unauthorized location. We offered to get him a ride home, if he brought the truck back, and told dispatch to suck his "D#$@".

DO NOT TRUST HIM! Since our first call he was keep changing the airports and dates of when he wanted to come for orientation. We gave him a chance and got him flight tickets + paid for taxi to get to the airport. He was communicating very well with us until the flight departed. After that, he disappeared. Basically used us for a free ticket.

He kept requesting more than we offered but we accommodated that. He kept delaying his start date for various reasons although he said he wanted to start asap. He kept calling during and outside of working hours restlessly but would never pick up the phone when we called. We didn't pick up the phone one early Monday morning outside of working hours, we got multiple texts in his language insulting everyone on a racial basis. Avoid!

Abandoned truck in Irving, TX. Did damage to a shipper and costed the company a lot of money. No rehire under any circumstances.

Please stay away from this dangerous guy. He was lying about CDL experience, no employment verification can be done. The "best"part of all, he stole company's truck & disappeared. Filling police report to recover the truck.

This driver is rude and unprofessional during the whole application process and the processing timeline, we had him booked to come in and then there was some rude texts that were sent to our CEO and his wife and one of our dispatchers. Highly would not recommend hiring this person.

BEWARE!! Tried to pull fuel card scams, PrePass tolls were used by someone other than him, all the while claiming he is in the army reserve and how everyone should be helping him because of that. Such a disgrace to the actually honorable veterans. Constantly asked for cash advances and/or used the fuel card allowances to the max. Will also most likely need to recover the equipment as this is still ongoing - while he is apparently away on drill training, but wanted to warn everyone else if he is out there pulling more scams.

This driver is very difficult to work with. Do not consider him for employment. The driver abandon the trailer, stole eight tires with all rims and put tires that are unusable, also stole $2000 worth of fuel. I would not recommend having such a driver in your company

Did not show up on a flight two times, company paid for the ticket. He was lying and messing around, such a waste of time.

This driver us very rude and unreliable. He didn't haul a single load. He refused most of them and the ones he accepted he never showed up for the pick up or was late and was not answering the phone. We wasted 3 days trying to get him to pick up a load. He is very rude to dispatchers and unprofessional. Wasted our time and money. Definitely don't recommend hiring him!!!

He was a pain to communicate with, late to deliveries, wasn't able to manage the time. Picked up his load and then decided to drop the truck and trailer at the truck stop, never answered the phone after that.

This driver called us when he was in Chicago and submit an application. He ask about hotels and uber because he had no money. Everything with him was okay but after he come to the office started to negotiate our offer and blame the recruiter that she was lying to him. Disrespectful behavior! Waste of money!
