This driver abandoned a trailer in MO, then left the truck 50 miles from our location without any notification. Pay was always an issue with this driver as well. In addition, once the truck was recovered, it was extremely dirty and there was unreported damage to the front of the vehicle.

Driver returned truck with a lot of damages that he never reported. Would not recommend, do not hire.

Very poor performance, struggled with HOS rules, refusing loads all the time for no apparent reason, very rude to dispatch and also customers.

Is very unreliable from day one they were complaining. Abandoned truck before leaving the truck made damages to tire and letting oil out stay away from this driver!!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER. Drug addict, stole the truck and loaded trailer, and parked it in the middle of the ghetto, blocked all companies phone numbers, ignores any messages or calls from anyone and blocks it right away.

This guy is weird. He wanted flatbed, we gave him one with the whole equipment. He supposedly had an experience, but then couldn't lift the tarps. We gave him a dry van, he did 1 load, said trucking is not for him and brought the truck bacl

RUN AWAY!!! Shifted loads, got violations , harassed safety with the knife !!! Made an accident TRUCK TOTAL LOSS...never informed anyone until towing company contact us. Just disappeared.

Waste of time. We paid for his drug test and plane ticket. Never showed up. Didn't even let us know that he cant make it. Day of flight wouldn't answer on texts or phone calls.

HORRIBLE driver, a nightmare... got speeding violations and abandoned the truck in houston. left the truck messed up, and with his urine and feces in 100f weather.... cdl from laredo , lives in houston

Arrested for DUI while in Truck

This guy is a piece of work. You can go nuts working with him. We hired him only because he was a good friend of the owner-operator of the truck he was driving, he assured us everything was going to be alright. Well, the first load got us an Overweight violation, then he lost his wallet, then he started unplugging the ELD device. There was always something. Long story short, in the last 2 weeks, he is gotten 2 traffic tickets (one of them was served to the company by mail), inspection with no seatbelt while driving a CMV- during DOT week, which of course he did not inform us. Almost hit 3 cars because he was on his phone, and the last drop was that he almost ran over the same car 3 times in Alabama. We first were called by a witness who provided us with a video, then the owner of the car also contacted us. If you ever have to hire him, don't do it! I am Begging you.

Biggest challenge for this driver is finding pick up and delivery places. Company provided GPS, still getting lost almost every time. Came back to the yard, refused to take another load and just disappeared. Equipment not damaged. All company belongings left in the truck.

Truck abandonment!

We was waiting for this guy , sent him to do drug test, spent $80, he confirmed he was there but then he's gone. Just texted me next day he didn't do drug test and don't want work. Not serious guy, playing around.

Repeatedly violated HOS rules, very irresponsible. Did not properly care about the truck, no real PTI were done. On the top of that he disconnected his ELD device so can not track the truck location and was driving to an unknown destination. Should not be eligible for hire.

Driver extremely unprofessional , did not made any pick or delivery on time , had several complaints on him being reckless on the road do not hire

Mental problems, he is there with his body but his mind is never there, some kind of depression, he needs help.

Mr. Vilaphong is very detailed when it comes to sending pictures of the BOLs and trying to be on time for deliveries and pickups, however Mr. Vilaphong does not care about company's safety and he has caused 2 bad inspections to our company and decided to leave our company because of the fines and warnings he received due to these bad inspections. Mr. Vilaphong has decided not to honor us 2 weeks notice but has demanded from us to cancel the loads we have scheduled for him and to get him load back to our yard to return the truck. Not reliable but at least nice and polite person.

Nickie is very nice lady and very polite but unfortunately she is not reliable driver and we would not hire her back because of the drama it comes with her. We do wish her all the best and hopefully she ll be able to get together. She can not driver big trucks

Do not hire

Not reliable, not honest, not responsive. Does not answer the phone, giving excuses all the time, hard to understand.

First load routed home and abandoned truck at truck stop. Not worth the time, energy.

Spent over $400 getting him started and he left on the second day, saying we'll write off the money as an expense anyways. Not a serious person. Don't waste any money on him in advance.

Bad communication. Driving with ELD disconnected. Disregarding company policy. Did not send PODs after multiple reminders. Abandoned truck and trailer 300 miles from the yard, had to file a police report.
