Do not hire, completely not understanding what he is doing. He had beer load, just because we don't have enough dry vans , we use reefer as a dry van. He froze beer on -10 degrees and after full load exploded inside the trailer, he askes dispatcher what he did wrong. Dispatcher made sure to send him rate confirmation with the instructions on the load and also talked to him , but he is completely on his mind. After full load was rejected, driver was scheduled to recycle the product at special facility. Instead of doing that he abandoned trailer and rejected to give us details on the location. Called dispatch with his poor opinion about him and texted a lot of unprofessional wording. So in the end of the day, ABANDONED LOAD WITH THE TRAILER, CLAIM FOR $50K, BAD RELATIONSHIP WITH BROKER, just by hiring this special driver. Plus driver rejected to provide his full job history, was lying with new companies, when i figured out he didn't work in any of them. Doesn't know how to do log book, always late because he overslept. When we got in his truck, inside it smelled like weed, so he did use drugs in the truck. I would never hire him again if i would know this. DO NOT HIRE!!

No communication with dispatch or safety, does not answer the phone, late to every single P/U and DEL, no updates on loads. Drives the way he wants to and does not listen brokers or dispatch. Dropped a truck with a load and disappeared. 2 weeks only working. Bad driver.

Irresponsible.

After just two weeks of employment this person cost me $2,800.00. First she ran out of fuel stating the fuel gauge didn't work after it was replaced at a Volvo Dealership a few days prior. Instead of topping off daily as I requested until alleged inoperable fuel gauge was repaired... she let it run out of fuel.. Second week.... with five containers of DEF in the truck... she let the DEF run out which caused major issues with the regen system. That cost me another $2,000.00. In week three, she goes home and makes up excuses for the following month at home. Additionally, she somehow got a ticket for being overweight charged to the company. Not quite sure how I'm supposed to run out there and scale the load for her. That was another $700.00. Ultimately, she never returned the truck and I had to get it back from NC on my own.

Waste of time and money with this guy. Plus he is taking drugs , be careful .

Do not work with him . big drama boy . First we change few time for him to do grug test and after he pass drug test dissapear for few days ... without reason . We provide him flight to Chicago and bz he arrive in a evening we booked for him hotel . So after he arrive and been used the hotel in a next day he complete dissapear ... left mess in a room .. broke few stuff ...probably have a party ... so we lost our time and money ...do not even try to work with him .

Jackknife, abandoned the truck and loaded trailer. Didn't pickup phone, didn't speak to the company. Had unauthorized passenger and pet. He let the trailer on the road, went to a truck stop, rented a u-haul took out his stuff and left. We had to get a driver to pickup the abandoned truck, to get locksmith to unlock the truck, and to restart the battery. Don't hire this guy ever !!!

Abandoned truck & trailer in San Antonio... This person is not normal and should not be trusted. Will file a report with the DOT as well. Driver was caught doing some erratic moves thru out the night on the GPS, next morning missed 0600 delivery and didn't answer phone until almost Noon. When called out on his actions he quit, after we sent him home the first week to get his personal items. Truly waste of time and trust.

We paid transportation for this driver to our terminal and hotel , during the 1st 15-20 minutes or orientation he just got up said he was going to the bathroom but ended up taking his things walking out. we call him says he will be right back and then phone is disconeccted. Waste of time and money. Also info on application was half fake or not true

late on loads all the time didn't wanna return the truck he went home with the truck in AL

Just when you think you've seen the worst in the industry someone somehow manages to raise the bar. I don't know what this guy smokes but he managed to do this. Don't even know where to start. Maybe the worst driver I've seen so far. Good luck guys.

She dropped the truck in VA due to "injury". We received employment verification few days later.

After 2 weeks in company this driver hit a tree with trailer when he was trying to get coffee in Starbucks. About this damage on trailer he said "Sh*t happens". Week later when he had his home time at Florida he abandoned truck and didn't want to return it back to Illinois. Not recommend, good luck

Stay away from this guy. Asking for cash advances almost every day. Supposed to deliver the load, instead he did a thousand miles detour thru home. Delivery day, he was still home so we have to recover his load. While we were looking for another load for him, he took a cash advance and abandoned the truck. He doe's what ever he wants and thinks it's totally ok.

TEDDY WENT THROUGH WHOLE APPLICATION AND HIRING PROCESS, ONCE IT CAME TIME TO COME ON, STOLE RENTAL USED IT FOR 2000 MILES OF DRIVING OVER THE WEEKEND, THEN RETURNED BACK TO PLACE HE PICKED UP. UTILIZED CAR FOR USE OTHER THEN TO TRAVEL UP FOR ORIENTATION. BLOCKED OUR NUMBERS AND EMAILS AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO US. USUALLY WE DO NOT DO RENTAL CARS BUT FLIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING OUT AND IN THIS CASE WE WENT WITH RENTAL TO HAVE HIM COME AND BRING ALL HIS BELONGINGS. THIS GUY OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T WANT A JOB THAT BAD TO TAKE ADVANTAGE.

Psychopath. Has CDL for 8 moths and thinks he knows more than everybody else. Pretty much you are hiring the boss, not the driver for your company. Won't take any advise, its his way or the highway. Called dispatcher the bitch, tried to fight the owner of the company ( very bad idea), stole the bills, tablet, toll pass, everything. Had to call cops to remove this "boss" from the truck. Threaten everybody with FBI and so on, maybe he is related to Peter Bokowsky

One of the worst experiences ever. Lazy, always sleeping at truck stop. Gonna tell you he can run as a team, work 24/7. But he is sleeping like 15 hours in a truck stop and always complaining. He told me he worked in 3 different companies in a period of 3 months. If you want to have a headache go ahead. Small update he also stole fuel cards and tablet.

Be careful when hiring this driver . Driver agreed with all company requirements , so we bought a flight ticket since driver located in AR and the company's office was in Chicago. We found a ticket from Little Rock is about 2 hours from his city and driver agreed. Day before departure, driver said that he have no opportunity to get to the Little Rock airport . We canceled ticket and found him another ticket from his city (but the flight was 4 times longer), he said that he will try to find a way to get to Little Rock. After a few hours, he said that he would be able to get to Little Rock and we again bought him a ticket on a plane from Little Rock. Finally, on the day of departure the driver stopped answering phone calls and simply did not get on the plane.

Was suppose to start work on 09/22/2020 Purchased him a plane ticket and he never showed called or texted me after that. Houdini... Be careful if you decide to hire him and are covering his transportation cost to your facility..

Driver did an accident. During time of work was late on every load. Dropped a truck and left for good. Save your dispatcher nerves.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Every load late 2-3 days, E - Log disconnected all the time Using the truck for leaving with his wife like a hotel!!! Not answer the phone, only when he need something!!!!!!!!!

Stealing fuel and tires, canceling loads, owing money, bad communication,disobeying company policy, forged a receipt for lumper fee and took the money.

Scheduled drug test and rent a car for him to pick it up, did the drug test, got the car, and then vanished, did not answered phone calls or texts.
