STAY AWAY!!! Very lazy, always late. Many accidents, hits peoples property, gota video that was the reason of termination. Family emergencies all the time, advances all the time as well. Didn't want to return us truck , after many calls, we send him advance and he return the truck. Damage more than 5000$ on truck and trailer. If you want to avoid this issues, stay away!

JUST DON'T - STAY AWAY and save yourself problems. AGAIN, JUST DON'T GET INTO IT AND THANK ME LATER

Only 3 weeks work, returned damaged truck and trailer. Did not reported trailer damage until truck was returned. Very irresponsible, delivery appt dont exist for him, every load late by day or more. Issues with shippers and receivers, anger issues!!!!!

He tried to rape safety. Assult all people in the company. We was baging him to send us a clean scan of inspection for 3 days. Don't hire him cause he will not drive and he will be late.

very sneaky, apply to our company 3 times, aways disappear somewhere, last time he applies ask us to pay for his hotel, which we didn't pay, then next morning he said he will be ready at 9:15 am, never came to orientation than after 4:00 pm called he said somebody offered him to move his truck for extra money(even he maid appointment with us, seems he didn't care)from the way he talks you can say that this guy jumps from one company to another!!! unreliable person!

Driver asked me to book him a flight to Chicago, wanted to start immediately. After I booked him a flight he stopped picking up the phone, then few minutes later he would send me a text message that he got everything and ready to come on board. His flight was reschedule by Airline due to weather condition, so instead of coming in the afternoon he would come at night same day. He confirmed with me that he is coming in the evening, we booked him a hotel and send reservation. Then I was waiting for him to call me from the airport to get him an Uber and looks like he blocked my number. I called him from a different phone number and he picked up saying something about phone issues and that he is at the Airport right now, waiting for a new flight because he missed this one. Long story short, of course he didn't show up and just blocked my phone number, but if you changed your mind it's fine I get it, I asked him couple of times and he assured me that he is coming 100%. So I was waiting for him till midnight instead of having sweet dreams already :D If he would apply just don't waste your money for his flight, 50 years old guy acting like a child.

Dont waist your time or money. He will bail with no responses and calls back after a few weeks asking for job back.

everything was set up drug test, etc. Was too much promising and then disappeared. Didn't show up. Tried to contact reschedule ignoring. Wouldn't trust him again.

DO NOT HIRE! Disrespectful, rude. Lied about delivery, pickup, getting back to work from home time. We found that he was stealing fuel. When dispatched toward home terminal, he abandoned truck.

worked 1 month always late, then brought truck empty(he had a load to pick up)from Minnesota to chicago and left without notices!!!

Had constant communication with her as well as her husband and then once it came down to orientation, they ghosted us completely

-We had to repo the equipment after, actually with the first load -He was more interested in getting cash from fuel and company that in driving -giving false updates -pathological liar

Always late to pick ups and deliveries, creating histories, staying at home for weeks. Absolutely not a hard runner. Every week demand for $500 cash advances. Stole companies fuel cards, plates.

This driver and the owner of his truck are a disaster . It took Charles more than a week to make it to IL from TX due to 3 truck break downs. Once he started the communication issues started. He would NEVER pick up his phone, we had to go through the truck owner in order for him to talk to us. No responds to our text messages, no proper knowledge of ELD, or how to use a fuel card (it's not that hard btw). Supposedly a family member died, Charles went home and took our trailer with. Now both him and the owner Stephen Jones are refusing to bring our trailer back to IL. I would highly recommend to stay away from these two.

Bad DOT inspection, didn't give 2 weeks notice, truck abandoned in Shreverport LA, not a single word from driver. Authorities involved...

He started working with us like a lease operator , after 10 days and hundred questions in the meantime for all of us, he decided to move forward without notice, without consultations. He's obliged for 2 weeks notice by contract. I would never consider this driver again.

DRIVER UNRELIABLE, POOR COMMUNICATION WITH DISPATCH, CALLED POLICE TELLING THEM HE IS TOO TIRED TO DRIVE AND POLICE HEARD THREATS. POLICE CAME TO TERMINAL TO DO WELLNESS CHECK ON OUR COMPANY BECAUSE OF IT. GUY SEEMS A LITTLE OFF WANTS MORE MILES BUT CLAIMS HE IS OVERTIRED AND OVERWORKED.

Driver was terminated for refusing to go for random drug test. Got upset, refused to leave truck. Tried to take company's car to go home to AL. We had to call cops to remove driver and his belongings. Damaged truck interior, broken parts on dashboard. Spilled chemicals all over the truck. Poured coolant to both fuel tanks and DEF system. Thousands $ of damages.

Abandoned truck for 3 companies, he will do it again and again.

We were in contact with the driver for weeks, he was supposed to get his own truck and failed to do so, so we promised him a truck waiting for him. We bought him a plane ticket to Chicago and he never boarded the plane. Lied that he will be going on the next flight which he never did. Very unpleasant experience with him!

After termination, the driver is manipulating the office staff, stocking the management, threatening, being rude and dangerous.

This person was approved, too. When it came time to arrival stories started of funeral ,personal problems and so on. Do not waste money on checking him..
