WASTE OF TIME!! BOOKED FLIGHT AND NEVER SHOWED UP AND STOPPED ANSWERING

NO CALL NO SHOW ABANDONED TRUCK AND BIG LIAR

Everything went smoothly in the first few days until we scheduled the orientation. Called him an Uber because lives close to our office. After the orientation asked if he can go home to pick up his belongings (not sure why he didn't take anything with him in the first place) we agreed and he went home. Disappeared on us, didn't respond to calls or msg. To make matters worse, he called after 2 days with an explanation that had a family emergency and now is available. We agreed to come back. He showed and before taking the truck said that needs to eat and then will be back. NEVER CAME BACK!! We canceled two loads because of him, the first and the second time. Unresponsive, irresponsible, rude, unreliable!! DO NOT waste your time with him. HIRE at your own risk!

I hired James on 2023 new Western Star as OTR driver and bought flight tickets from Columbus SC for Monday 05/08/2023 8:27 pm flight. Morning time confirmed that everything is ok and bought extra luggage for him. 1hr before the flight tried to reach him, and called but no answer texted and he text me back " Going through tsa" After that no reply. Wasted flight money and luggage fee plus time. Not reliable person

The driver is refusing loads and all of a sudden doesn't want to go 80% of USA states

Driver abandoned the equipment multiple times, lies to office staff regularly, any time his wife calls he will take his truck home 300+ miles out of route even while under dispatch and with customer freight. Refuses to follow instructions, refuses loads, makes up wild stories, worst performing driver in our fleet. Not eligible for rehire.

This driver is a complete waste of time and money. He started with us and completed two loads, didn't stop complaining about everything, and was rude and disrespectful to our team. Think twice before you hire him!

this driver says he has 5 years of experience and failed simple driving test failed at PTI he wanted to add washer fluid in to antifreeze also didnt know where to check oil level and be careful he gets angry for wasting his time and broke my trucks cabin suspension air intake valve (most likely some friend recommended unlikely he figure out himself)

Late on EVERY SINGLE LOAD for 6 months. Goes home and magically has 2 or 3 bad tires right as he's dispatched a load to leave. Dispatched to terminal to discuss performance issues and he abandoned the truck and loaded trailer in a U-Haul parking lot 550 miles from terminal and 400 miles from receiver. No phone call, no response to texts. Just sent a voice memo to his dispatcher letting him know that he left the truck and trailer because he felt like he was dispatched to the yard to be fired. Update: Driver is now calling and threatening payroll that if he doesn't get paid all his money he will call the DOT and report us for "telling him to use PC". He was sent a settlement detailing the cost of equipment recovery and freight delivery which shows he now owes us money but he says that it's not his responsibility. Total nightmare. Good thing it was a large brokerage and they weren't able to leave a freightguard report like they threatened to do.

Driver is not predictible. Worked here for about 2 months, many times got lost or drove opposite direction where he had to. Caused accident & left. I would never hire him.

Lazy driver. Very bad at communication, it takes him whole day to answer. Book a flight for him and he missed it. Postponing everything for days.

He is always unplugging ELD running all miles without a log book always fighting with dispatchers he returned the truck with no warning or notice and found Cocaine and weed in his truck would not recommend to hire

One of the worst drivers ever, we read the bad reviews here on CDL Scan about Valentin before we hired him and we also did a pre employment verification and the previous trucking company that he worked for warned me NOT to hire him because he did not communicate with them, was aggressive, yelled at everyone, complaining, late at the pick up and delivery and lying a lot just about anything, I did not listed and here I write this review, he did the exact same thing with us, we made a big mistake working with him :( Avoid al all the cost, you better stay with a truck in your yard instead of having to deal with him, as soon as you will hire him your life will become miserable.

Steven Piton, drove for our company for 5 weeks. He requested home time in Orlando FL, but he parked the truck in Miami FL at an unsafe location and abandoned the truck. He turned off the phone and never called back. We had to fly out a driver from Chicago IL to recover the truck. We recommend avoiding and not hiring this driver.

Driver left damaged truck on the yard and never came back. Beware $10K+ damage. Hire on your own risk. Looking for another job now!

Abandoned our truck

disconected e log and came back 700 miles empty to our yard claiming his truck had issues.No communication !!! one of those who thinks he can go to another company every couple weeks and do whatever he wants .1!!!!!He came back a week later asking to give another chance and took 150 advance .Went straight to joliet casino after pick up and abandoned truck there !!!!!!

Worked for a week. Did 3 loads. Abandoned a truck and trailer. Asking for 2000$ to bring it back.

This is a BAD driver. Lied to the company about truck ‘shutting down’ because he was not able to drive under the influence. Owner offered to pick up the truck and he responded‘it’s fine now’. Never delivered load. Posted owners and recruiters pictures all over the Facebook. Harassment. Be aware. Do not hire this driver. He is from El Paso Texas.

He lost his mind, totally out of control. He is talking about God all the time, threatening to everyone... We are sharing some of the many text messages that we are receiving from him.

Gave him chance twice, he left without telling anything. Just wasted time and money.
