aggressive driver,damaged truck and abandoned late on deliveries and dont know how to use logbook

disconnected gps, stole truck and trailer

Seems nice at first, but after we hired him to work for us as a company driver everything started. Firstly he was complaining about the truck all the time he was asking for a brand new truck after a couple of weeks he started complaining about the dispatcher about the loads. Terrible driver, he complains about everything, and at the end he abandoned the truck with the load.

Don't hire this driver, the dispatcher got the load to go home, to get his stuff. He got home and we tried to reach him but didn't answer his phone, then he texted he can't get cash advance from the fuel card and we told him, you have to do it over the phone with the helpline but first you have to do couple loads to get cash advance, but he said, he is not gonna drive until he gets cash advance. The dispatcher told him just do one load make delivery tomorrow and we'll get you your cash advance and he said if he won't get it, he won't drive. So guys don't hire this driver, he will abend your truck. He is the scammer!

Not competent to drive, not competent to recognize maintenance issue, irresponsive and unreliable driver. Not worth hiring.

We brought him from Georgia to IL to drive for us and never started. Complained about everything and didn't want to sign paperwork such as W9 . Unprofessional ! Do not waste your time with him

Very unprofessional, lazy person. He should start few months ago but he disappeared, 2 weeks ago he text me. After that he did the drug test ,I bought him a plane ticket and he didn't fly. Don't waste your time. No more chance for such drivers.

Driver was running good first week and at the end of second week decide to drove 200 miles by his own , without answering anybody with eld switched off.Next day he blocked everybody tried to call him , left the trailer 5 miles away of the truck without any king pin lock or glad hand lock , then drove to the hotel bob tail and left the truck with kill switch on so we can't track it. We spend a lot of money to recover our equipment and whole day to work on this case. Seems to be a good guy , but things went wrong. Beware

I he contacted me for job, and we agreed about percentage, application, clearing house, etc. He kept telling me this week , next , or I will let you know. Once, when I asked directly what's up, he texted me I found another company.

The driver has lost control, cannot pick up a trailer, constantly exceeds the speed limit, and almost overturned the truck twice. Drove into a residential area, tried to climb down the hill, paid $15,000 for towing, damaged someone else's trailer on a pickup, tore off pillars in trailer, dangerous driver.

Did the drug test in January, never answered the phone after that. Called back 3 months later. We decided to give him another chance, got him a plane ticket, he never made it, said he had a long night. Answers his phone when he pleases., waste of time.

This driver refusing to go for drug test ,abondened our truck and loaded trailer driving illlegally without company permission ,and disconnected ELD ,we have all evidences .

Stay aware, lier, all time making a damage, arguing and making intentional conflict

Terminated on the fifth day of working with us, while he was holding the truck and load hostage, Mr. Graham caused more problems in five days of employment then any other employee we ever had. Was late for every pick up and drop appointment he had, and after 2 loads that he did, he drove our truck 180 miles deadhead to home with a loaded trailer and demanded that we pay him additional 200$ or he will not secure the truck and trailer, and will leave it at the nearest truck stop. After trying everything possible to reason him, we sent a driver to recover the truck that was in front of his home in Valdosta GA. Once the driver arrived we were shocked to find out that the trailer is not with the truck and the keys were not there as well. Once Sanantonio was told that we have no other option then to call the police, he drove the truck at 1am back to the trailer which was left on Pilot truck stop which later had to be towed. Numerous threats and communication problems from day one. I suggest you stay away from him, he will cause a lot of trouble.

Driver lied to get paid release ,quit under a load

THIEF - DO NOT HIRE. Driver went from truck to truck checking for unlocked units to take whatever he please from them. Caught on camera in a gated secured lot. When confronted with police he claims that's what he did at previous company and that its okay. The TV, Laptop, DVD Player, Charges he stole from our other driver were returned, but god knows what else he would end up stealing if not caught. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, DO NOT HIRE.

Left truck unattended, said he is gonna be at home for 3 days, instead he flew back to his country without telling us, had to send a driver, fuel cap was open, water inside the tank damaged the right side headlights.

Overall a safe driver, but her behavior is terrible. She always wants to find a way to drive more than supposed to and I have told her multiple times that I won't let that happen. VERY argumentative. Complained the AC of the truck doesn't work, we contacted a dealership, ordered the parts and she was supposed to bring the truck back so we can fix the AC. She was down in TX saying she is EXTREMELY hot, I looked up the temp and it was in the 50s, but then she sent me a photo from the truck at 73F. I started looking for a hotel for the night and she called me less than 30 sec after her message swearing at me.

STAY AWAY!! Driver used us for a plane ticket only and then decided to stop answering the calls and we never found out what happened. Just stay away to avoid this huge problems. As well we received very bad previous employment verification answer with multiple accident. Terrible person
