Gave us 2 weeks notice and 2 days later left the truck and trailer on our yard with load without telling anyone and we lost customer because of that.

DRIVER PICKED UP A LOAD IN LOS ANGELES AND DEADHEADED OUT OF THE ROUTE 500MILES TO GET HOME AND ABANDON THE TRUCK. DRIVER REFUSED TO COOPERATE AND RETURN EQUIPMENT OR DELIVER THE LOAD. DO NOT HIRE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RECOVER YOUR EQUIPMENT, NON RELIABLE PERSON!

Driver Eric Harper has worked for our company for 14 months. We always pay our driver's on time and every penny they earn. Eric was constantly complaining "he has no money". In 14 months he has made $83273.51 He always had a negative attitude. Many broker's have called our company and complained to our dispatcher's about his attitude and rudeness. On 01/11/2023 Eric delivered a load at 7AM in Laredo, TX and afterwards requested a day off. We sent him the next load information on 01/11/2023 PM for the pick up 01/12/2023 at 7:30AM and he confirmed it. The load was from Laredo, TX to Chandler, AZ. Eric lives in Casa Grande, AZ and instead of picking up the load and bringing the equipment home, he deliberately did not pick it up, abandoned our truck and trailer at the Pilot in Laredo, TX. He did not give us two weeks notice, did not turn in any of his paperwork which is against company policy he signed. He made our company buy parts for the truck and he said he will replace them himself, but our driver who came to pick up the truck found out none of them were replaced. Basically he bought the parts for our money and took it with him when he quit. He also stole the snow socks our company purchased. The truck steer tires were one of them at 81 PSI and the other one at 90 PSI which ruined them while running them at that pressure. Would never rehire him again, ever.

Went thought all the process 2 times. Was on the drug test 2 times. Was scheduled for the orientation 2 times. And never show up, never started. Very irresponsible!

He drove himself to NC and just left the truck there. Refusing the load cause he was telling us all time that he needs to pick up the stuff at home. Don't waste your time.

We bought him a ticket and paid for the drug test. When he started with us, on the first trip he stopped answering the phone and then abandoned the truck. DO NOT HIRE!

Always late. Takes days off in middle of the run. Detour 400 miles while on the load for personal reasons. Got into accident too. Beware!

Abandoned truck in MN. Seems like a nice guy at first over the phone, but God forbit you send him home to MN - that's it. Mother died, father died, brother died, then dead mother got sick, then dead mother had an insult and so on, you get the idea... finally abandoned truck in MN after 5 empty promises to return a truck.

Communication issues, did not answer phone calls, abandoned the truck in IA.

BE AWARE! With this guy, problems started from the first week. First strange thing was that he was fueling with cash as he say and asked for reimbursements even though we have fuel cards for that. Then out of nowhere he called us saying, that now he needs to take care of his kid and can't return our equipment. Then changed his mind few times and eventually just stopped picking up the phone. He also stole our tablet from the truck. Do not recommend. Always problems , unpredictable

Bipolar with serious mental issues. Threats on daily basis, he finished abounding the truck in IL. He literally make shit everywhere he could, we found warms in the truck. He destroyed all our interior and there was couple of serious body damages on our brand new 2022 Freightliner truck. BE AWARE! DO NOT GIVE HIM CHANCE! MENTALY UNSTABLE!

Same issue as the previous review. Don't waste your time. Stays up all night complaining of "noises" and doesn't want to drive during the day because he's tired. He also cut and damaged a bunch of wires inside the truck. I guess he was trying to stop the clicking sound in his head?!

Can not comment how he is driving, but DO NOT buy him flight or travel. Did application, drug test. We bought flight ticket and then it started - forgot what company he was coming to, start changing flight dates. So if he is a good driver, let him come to you.

This guy claims to know how to drIve a truck but upon conducting a road test he does not know how to drive and jumped out of the truck while leaving the truck started rolling into a busy street and almost caused a disaster. He also seems to be under some type of heavy drug because he started twitching and scratching uncontrollably. If you want a CRACKHEAD DRIVING A TRUCK THIS IS THE DRIVER FOR YOU.

Update on my previous comment. After around 50 days of not being able to recover the truck he just left it on the middle of the road without all tires, rims, fuel, in awful shape and destroyed interior. Truck was then towed by police towing. Total damage exceeded $10.000

Same thing happened to us, same number, we're dealing with a crazy person, you can find him on facebook under the name of John Neading, crazy psycho.

Worst possible driver to have! Always late on pu and del. Doesnt know hot use ELD, failed weight station 3/3 times. Never checked weight on the CAT scale. Also, got into crash where it was his fault. Would not recommend him at all. Also, took our track to go home even tho we told him he cant use our track as personal transportation vehicle, and then returned it couple days after. BE AWERE!!!

Skip this guy... He tells lies about how he owns his own trucks but it's not good for him, then he asked for some cash up front we got him a flight he showed up to do the paperwork and said he will come back tomorrow to pick up the truck. That was 10 days ago.

This driver was pushing constantly to work for us, passed the full process of recruitment, he bought a plane ticket as well when suddenly changed his mind on the day of the flight stating will not start driving with no justification. Not reliable at all, stay away from him.
