Very very BIG attitude for no reason, not nice with brokers or dispatchers, make sure when you hire him you will go true all company requirements, better get stated all requirements and let him sign for every one, not taking care of equipment!!!

very aggressive driver have very bad attitude fight with two dispatchers and he drive from fort Wayne IN ALLWAY to Montgomery AL empty disconnected the cables for gps and dont try to deal with guy

didn't go for drug test 3 times asked him to pay the drug test by himself and here the oddisey starts. He was threatening and harrasing me and my company. This guy should be banned from commercial driving

I would not hire this driver, he comes to the office, starts showing attitude about everything, gets in trouble first day in the hotel, he stated only driving 8-5 pm, can't do 2 stops load after we about to assign him a truck, he started to act like crazy, mentally unstable, we dedicated to buying him a ticket back home, you will regret hiring him.

We booked a plain ticket for him, he never showed up. Waste of time and money

First time he was a company driver. He returned the truck for the eyes check. After 2 weeks keeping my truck parked he told me he will not come back because of surgery and I tough that's true... After few months he told me he bought the truck and he want to be an owner operator. He forced dispatchers to book the loads he send. Usually he is looking for he highest rate on the board no matter where the load is going. His wish was to go to Idaho. There he was insisting to get 3$ per mile, and you guys know that's mission impossible. He was sitting there 3 days and then he decided to leave my trailer at the truck stop and bobtail home. Vary bad and rough person. Do not hire him, you will regret it.

This guy was prohibited in clearinghouse, begging for a new chance .I gave him a chance helping with SAP program ,money for food ,for plane .etc He worked like 3 weeks ,every day asking for money saying he is hungry ,needing money for child support,to pay rent ,to pay for electricity ,etc. I helped him as much as i could an finally he abandoned my truck and trailer loaded next to his house. So be aware not worth it

3 times tried to run cars off the road, one time got arrested for assault on the highway. Attacked women with the hummer. Always lies, never on time. Unsafe driver, he thinks its ok to run someone off the road just because he have no space or get boxed in on 70mph. Logbook - always using PC, terrible driver

impossible to understand his needs .Twice a week towing or truck damages.no matter where he gets empty if he wants he will go home empty .crazy crazy crazy had to recover truck from ditch abandoned on side of road

David Marsinko is one big big liar. He took two drug test with us promised that he will come kept our truck then suddenly not coming! The day he took the drug test with us he said that he just went for another drug screen for another company. As well he has more then 7companies changed in his carrier. Just one big no to such a drivers!!!

Nice guy over the phone, very communicative, up until it came time to take his drug test and schedule his flight. We had made two efforts to hire him. First time he ghosted us because he had a death in the family. Second time no reasoning as we couldn't get ahold of him. Not even a, "Sorry, I changed my mind!"

Good at first, then got in to an accident and refused to write the statement. Abandoned the truck and trailer in Hattiesburg, MS , and lost all contact.

He canceled the plane ticket at the last minute and never answered the phone again, we were in touch every day and 3 hours before the flight he said he is going to the airport. Avoid this person.

Bailed on the deal after taking money for the transportation. Was already in the company, but took super long time home, delayed a start few times and finally didn't come at all. While driving he was too slow, not on time and definitely I would avoid hiring him

Do NOT hire or work with this individual. he LIES, Falsifies Logbook, greedy, etc.

We decided to give this guy a chance despite all bad previous employment reviews. He has a clean record but horrible company reviews. They all said the same, this guy argues with customers and is nothing but trouble. After a week with us, he did the same , threatened to shoot everybody and the police was called by customer. He is banned from the customer for life. The broker put us on a DNU list because of him
