From the very beginning this driver and his partner didn't know what they want to drive. Completely waste of time and money.

NOT FOR hire. Abandoned loaded trailer. The guy is psiho.

Professional liar, wasted my whole 3 days. Communicates terribly, vanishes for a while. He literally begged me to hire him, I purchased a flight. I asked him to confirm if he can fly, he confirmed. I booked his flight 2 mins after that, he immediately called saying he has family emergency. $390 is wasted. He is not reliable at all.

We've started and finished the hiring process with this driver 3 times. He never started working. Disappears before orientation. Unreliable, unprofessional and total waste of time and money.

Demario joined us in late November, facing an accident two weeks into his tenure, which was not his fault. Despite the untoward incident resulting in significant damage to the truck, our organization promptly took proactive measures to assist him by facilitating the provision of a rental truck to ensure continuity in his professional endeavors. Subsequently, Mr. Choice made the personal decision to return to his residence in December and didn't answer our calls. However, upon reaching out to him, we encountered challenges in maintaining open communication channels. Not only did he refrain from responding to our calls, but he also retained possession of a trailer he had rented from our company, neglecting the agreed-upon monthly rental payments. Despite our dispatcher's efforts to coordinate loads, a series of cancellations ensued due to various reasons provided by Mr. Choice, including lateness for pickups and requests for alternative assignments. Given the aforementioned challenges, we were left with no recourse but to request Mr. Choice to return all equipment to our yard in accordance with the stipulations outlined in his contractual agreement. In a concerted effort to support his immediate financial needs, we booked a load going close just to help him to have money for the diesel. He dropped the equipment with the trailer loaded and refused to make the delivery. Because of that now we're in a bad relationship with the broker and got a 411 report.

Unserious and unreliable. The hiring process with him is taking 2 months because every time he is changing his mind and something is happening. Not answering the phone for days. Great philosopher though.

The driver is not conscientious, after the first load, the problems started immediately, he does not want to use ELd correctly or ignores DOT requirements, he demanded to make him a fake co-driver or he will not work. Stopped answering phone calls, dropped truck at MS, didn't threaten tablet or trucker GPS, looks like they were stolen. We sent another driver to bring the truck to IL. The wrong person as an OTR truck driver

Avoid this lying driver, completely untrustworthy, will waste your precious time and money. The driver without honor and knowledge, disrespectfully simply ignores and does not pick up the phone if it is not convenient for him. Do not trust his lying words.

came to the company paid for tickets, said that he doesn't like the offer and left paid $450 for his ticket :) Would not take him.

We spoke with him on the phone, he was ready to come ASAP. Took the drug test and we called him we have the results and when he's ready to come. At first, he said it would be after a few days because he had to take care of some personal stuff. He said he; 'd come Monday, February 19th. We purchased the ticket for him, and after that when we tried to call him again he avoided our phone calls and text messages. We asked him in case something changes to let us know so we don't lose money with him. I guess you can't trust anyone anymore. Don't lose money on him.

Worked for a few weeks and dropped the truck in Laredo TX

Driver abandoned his truck in MA. Upon hiring he claimed to be okay with driving in that area since he lives there. Without any warning or communication he abandoned the truck while on a load and went home.

Complete psycho, did logbook violations on purpose, not answering phone, late on loads, guy seemed off but we gave him a chance (huge mistake).... brought him back to yard terminated, he refused to give bol's, drove truck around yard, jumped from the truck... we called police, hw when showed bruzess told we pushed him from truck... not even mention cursewords and threats..... stay away lunatic.

The driver is an alcoholic and was caught at the weight station with 12% alcohol in him on 02/2024. He also has a drug driving violation at 12/2023. His CDL is suspended forever.

One of the worst drivers we ever had. Delivering loads "when he feels like it"....drove 1-2 loads a week. Always with disconnected ELD. Doesn't care about ANY rules or procedures. And, of course, abandoned trailer in Indiana and truck in Florida at his home. Disconnected phone for days, didn't want to talk to anyone. He should never driver again. Do not hire!!!

20 years experience and doesn't know how to navigate. In the 6 weeks he was here, he cause over $1,000 in truck damages, and abandoned the truck causing us additional expenses and headaches. The condition he left the truck in, speaks for itself.

Usually late to pick ups and drop offs. Asked to book a load, and drove by the shipper without any notice. Not answering the phone and abandoned the truck. EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. Would not recommend to hire.

Always late to the appointments, hard to talk to, drove 700 empty miles and dropped the truck near his home. Animals are cleaner than this guy left feces on the truck seats, DISGUSTING.

Please do not hire this guy. Picked up a load for us in Aberdeen ID that required a reefer on new years weekend 2024. On Monday when we contacted him for an update we received no response and we saw on the GPS that the truck is parked in Omaha, NE truckstop when it was supposed to be at the delivery in MD already on the previous day. He sent us a BS text that he "sprained his knee" and left the reefer/truck/keys/bols inside the truck and that he left the truck due to his sprained knee. Reefer was left without fuel and the whole load received a claim, by the time we got someone out there it was too late. Also he never sprained his knee, we received a call from his next company about employment verification the following day and was told that he started with them Monday morning! There is no explanation or excuse for his behavior, the least he could have done is deliver the load and then quit! Also he had the nerve to ask us for his paycheck the following Friday! Also beware he goes by the name of "Lorenzo" when on his license it shows "Lorenza". Once we recovered the truck it was nearly impossible to stay and drive it as the truck was filled with mountains of trash and the smell was unbearable.
