  1. He and his co-driver Mohammad Naveed drove for us less than a week. Ended up dropping off loaded trailer at the yard at night and disappearing. On top of this, they behavior indicated may red flags that they are not serious drivers from the beginning; however, we still gave them a chance. Unless you want a headache – stay away from both of these drivers.
  2. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVER! He worked with us for a couple of months, and we noticed that his mood was changing pretty quickly. He started causing unnecessary problems to the dispatch and the whole team. Constantly teetering that he will leave the truck if we don't do something for him One day he said that someone hit him and he had an accident. When we checked the dash camera, we saw that he hit a tree. The truck was very badly damaged and we found marijuana inside. Don't waste your time with him!
  3. QUINTIN FORGED A FAKE REPAIR INVOICE AND TRIED TO TAKE MONEY FROM THE COMPANY. WHEN WE CAUGHT THA FAKE INVOICE, HE LEFT OUR EQUIPMENT UNDER A LOAD. HE VANDALIZED THE TRUCK INSIDE AND OUTSIDE & TOOK THE TRUCK SEAT WITH HIM.
  4. Cameron called us when he got thrown out of his previous truck and was sitting in a baseball park in Chicago with his dog on the bench without a dime in his pocket. We gave him a job and paid for a hotel so that he can start fresh and clean. He drove for two weeks, barely made any of pickups and deliveries on time and then abandoned our truck in California 2000 miles away. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T HIRE THIS DRIVER!
  5. Driver got loaded in Georgia Friday, August 25th and disappeared. We had to recover the truck from towing company it was filled with trash. Turns out he got arrested for sex offence. New driver even waited to meet with his brother to give back his stuff. When he got out he accused us of stealing his stuff, even though his brother could've picked up every thing he wanted. He was asking for his job back, but when I said that he can come back only if he agrees to pay for the towing and storage, he refused.
  6. Be careful with this guy, he abandoned our equipment in AR and stopped answering.
  7. To begin with driver was hard to work with, giving attitude to dispatchers and brokers to a point where several brokers asked not to use him on their freight. Driver picked and delivered loads with no regard to pick up or delivery schedules, was late on most of his deliveries resulting in fines. When confronted about it got aggressive saying we should be happy he's delivering the loads at all. We've tried several times to talk it over, but his attitude didn't change and we had no other option, but to part ways. At this point driver took our equipment hostage to "teach us a lesson". It took us more than a week and we had to press charges and only with the police involved we managed to get him out of the truck. Cost the company money to get the equipment back and several relationships with long time brokers and nerves not knowing what condition the equipment we will get back. All in all would highly recomend not to hire
  8. Got hired and started looking for another job same day, after a week dropped truck and loaded trailer in the middle of nowhere.
  9. Troy Dickerson was part of our company for a few months and we had a terrible communication with this driver, he rarely picked up the phone and has never sent clear paperwork, especially the temperature display on his reefer. He was a lease purchase driver and he refused a lot of loads, almost every single week he stayed empty for a day, due to the fact he was being stubborn and refused many good loads offered to him.
  10. Started to work, got his first load made accident in 2 miles, begged for 2nd chance, abandon truck in pensylvania after first delivery. Has no idea how to do logbook.
  11. Not taking care of the equipment, having flat tires all the time. Very irresponsible and rude person, not respecting anything or anyone. Lazy and demanding person. More liability than an asset to the company. Think twice before you think of hiring him.
  12. The driver came for orientation, signed documents and disappeared from the yard without any explanation.
  13. We hired this driver with almost no experience, gave him a chance to get the experience in flatbed business, Once he started making real money, got hooked on some bad habits, which we didnt know till it was too late( gambling, drinking ........ect) we gave him a brand new truck 2024 and new trailer , he started making excuses to go home sooner and not wanting to get back on the road, using our truck as privet transportation, damaged the truck and trailer inside out, and REFUSED TO BRING THE TRUCK AND TRAILER BACK,ABANDOND THE EQUIPMENT,LEFT THE TRUCK OPEN WITH KEYS IN THE IGNITION UN ATTENDED IN GA. We had to send a driver to recover it, and ended up with over 10K worth of repairs and loss of income. We urge you not to listen to his lies, playing victim. He is not by any measure fit to be a truck driver. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
  14. Strong solo I can't lie about it, but driver is with 0 on communication. He could go home whatever he likes and he is not responding. After long dealing with him he asked me for a cash advance because he cant go empty stomach on the road. I cashed app $500 because I knew this driver for a long time. But he still refused to go and just asked to come to pick for the truck up. What I can say about him... trash,,, ever he knew me for a long time and I was working and helping him like a friend. Sorry Eugene, but you deserve it all. I hope you wont find any good company to work in.
  15. Even though we saw the review, we decided to give him a chance because he sounded reasonable enough trough out the hiring process. After arriving in the office he became rude with the entire team. This driver has unhealthy mental behaviors - refused mandatory orientation for driver. He was not even hired, we asked him to leave the office.
  16. To keep it short and simple – you will lose money with this driver. He is very lazy, always late for any appointments and deliveries, and he is very slow. The driver wants to go home after every load and once he is at home, it takes him days if not weeks to leave. We would not hire him again.
  17. Worked for a week and did damage on two brand new trucks. 1) 06.10.2023 Forget to engage parking break at a truck stop and hit the trailer in front. Whole front end on truck was messed up plus the damage on the trailer he hit. 2) 06.17.2023, Hit a LOW metal bridge overpass at receiver, ripping of the cabin of the truck and damaging the reefer unit on the trailer.
  18. Driver went home and never returned. English is a problem with him.
  19. We kept the truck near his house for weeks on end paying for parking and all of his onboarding while waiting for him to be ready after an alleged family emergency, only a day before his start date he decides he’ll do some local work. Whether it’s his indecisiveness or lies - it makes no difference, he cost us thousands of dollars at the end of this ordeal.
  20. He drove for us with his wife maybe for 3 months, he came with a leased truck and a lot of private problems, without money he was asking all the time for a cash advance, but that was not the problem since one day his truck broke down and we offered him help to repair that truck and pay for that repair and he will pay off that how he is working in few payments and he agreed with that, but didn’t want to wait for his truck and he asked us can he drive one of our trucks and we rented our truck to him just to help him, and when his truck was repaired we paid for that almost 7000$ and we sent him to switch the trucks and he drove his truck for few more days and his registration expired and he couldn’t do registration on his truck because of some problems we don’t know what kind a problem (probably lease company can’t do it because of out of service) but he told us like that, so again we switched him to our truck and from that moment nightmare started. He was late for every pickup and delivery, complaining about everything, drove over the hours on the logbook, disconnected the ELD, on one delivery broke the ramp at the entrance of the company, and at the last load he picked up in NY state and drove towards TX, he stopped at his home in AL and didn’t want to answer on his phone, and after when he answered he threatened us, blackmailed for money, we asked him to deliver that load and we gonna send him back to Chicago and give him money from escrow but he didn’t care anymore and at the end, he left our truck completely open both doors, open hood and engine running on the truck stop with a load inside of the trailer. And on top of that he beat his wife inside our truck after that she sent us pictures. So one word about him HORRIBLE!!!! If you don’t need problems in the company stay away from him.
  21. He worked for us for 1 week and did not make a single delivery. Using the truck as his personal vehicle. Took out cash advances and kept asking for more money. And if we didn't give him money he would abandon the truck. Beware!
  22. abandoned truck, blackmailed the company by stealing EFS codes, forging a fake receipt, and stealing fuel also requesting money to deliver a load, in the end pissed on the driver seat.
