Abandon vehicle in Flint MI 12/14/2023 After just one load, he went home and abandoned the vehicle, stopped answering the phone. Unprofessional, late on the first and only pick up he had. DO NOT HIRE EVER!

Not for hire. Late on every delivery. This person is on drugs.

The driver picked up the load and then decided to abandon the truck and didn't show up nor left

Time waster. Spent hours on the phone with him. Didn't board the plane twice

Driver has a beat down truck that breaks down all the time. Blames the whole world because he can not make gross due to his downtime from breakdowns and repair costs. Always have to pay for his repairs. In the end, he will quit with a huge balance for his repairs and make a claim with the labor department. Avoid this driver unless you want to be used.

He was so nice at the beginning, was telling his story, that company he worked for was bulshitting him. We believe, did the hiring process, and once he started working, started to complain and ask for a cash advance that we gave him, but it was not enough. we helped to pay his past due mortgage balance When his house was about to get auctioned, but then we decided to say goodbye since we had a hard time working with him, and he started lying about the company. Poor communication skills, paid for drug test and flight and at the end stopped answering. Waste of time and money.

Al took the truck to MO after he unplugged the ELD and abandoned it. No communication whatsoever. He just stopped working.

Very unprofessional driver, don't waste your time with him! He doesn't have good records but we gave him a chance. We arranged a flight, hotel, and everything else for him. The next day he started complaining that the amount for the luggage would be paid to him with the first paycheck for which he knows about it. After he heard that again he hung up the phone and stopped answering our calls. Checked out from the hotel and probably is looking for another company. He acted very disrespectfully toward our team. Also, his criminal records are awful, he has a DUI and DUAC which are not in the MVR so be careful with him.

Accident on second day driving with us. Doesn't follow instructions. Rude to dispatchers. Very bad communication. Bad with ELD. Fired after less than 2 weeks. Stay away! Sounds nice at first but he is trouble 24/7 !!

Liars making problem all the time was team driver with another guy we only had headaches changed couple of dispatchers as well

This man is a fraud. The company paid for his plane ticket to come to Orientation. When he got to Chicago, he stopped answering the phone. Waste of money and time. Don't hire him.

He started working for us and at the beginning everything was okay. Our policy is 3 weeks on the road 6 days home. However, when he went home he was not back in 6 days it was taking longer. First he was driving flatbed and after that he switched to dry van. We gave him a brand new 2023 food grade trailer. He was driving some time and went home again. He was not answering the calls and was not giving an update about his coming back. When our maintenance guy went on the parking lot to check the trucks and trailers he found out that the trailer is damaged. On the door there is a whole most probably the driver hit it when backing up and did not report it. Also, on the front of the trailer there is damage most probably he hit it while trying to cross under a bridge and again he did not report anything. He was suppose to come back but never did.

Bought a ticket for driver to fly to Greensboro, NC. He arrived to destination, got him a transportation to a truck, everything looked fine. He said he was tired, and wants to get loaded in the morning. Next morning we were not able to reach him. No answer via different phone numbers, or email. We were able to reach someone at his home, and were told that he is on his way to California right now with a load. So he just used our company for transportation and went to work somewhere else. Waste of time and money.

We booked him a flight, paid for the plane ticket and he canceled it twice only to fly in but never show up for orientation. Loss of money and time. We spent three weeks rescheduling due to his lies. Not recommending this driver.

Terminated. Stopped answering phone found found drunk in the truck in NC Empty bottles found in the truck. Truck recovery needed.

Terry Hicks has been with us for 2 and a half months and we didn't have a lot of problems with him. Last night he got bad news that he has emergency and that he has to go home right away and he didn't want to drive 2 hours to make the delivery. Today around 09:00am he called us and told us where he parked the truck and he can't make the delivery and he just left truck in Buffalo, NY 2 hours away from the delivery. We don't know what kind of emergency it was as he didn't tell us all we know is that he left truck without any explanation or promise that he will even return to bring the truck back, he just left it there. Make your own decision when it comes to this driver.

Paid him a ticket and a hotel, came and just stopped answering. After that we got response from previous company he abandoned vehicle. Stay away. After we said we will be reporting him here he answered:

He was complaining on 3 years old truck about alignment, we did the alignment he was still complaining now the truck pulling left right. After that he complaining about the truck not clean, we did detailed truck wash $350. Next he complained about the mattress that was changed as he wished. Complaining about a cabin air filter that we replaced. At the end he was not satisfied with contract paperwork. We lost 10 days and he didn't start after we fulfilled all his requests. Do not hire this guy! It's just wasting of time & money. He ended up turning off his phone and disappearing.

Waste of money and time with this guy, don't believe anything he says, because won't happen...

Underperformer from the start. Was given a second opportunity due to a lack of candidates and immediately failed. The load he was under had to be recovered by another driver. Johnathon eventually surfaced and returned the equipment.
