He left the truck on the road after he went home while owing us money does not cooperate

ABANDONING EQUIPMENT WITH LOAD , unprofessional driver . DO NOT WASTE TIME

The whole process went fine, ok communication, pass a drug test. We agreed to pay for the flight and drug test until he makes some money and pays it back, and after the plane landed not answer calls, just despaired.

Through the whole pre-employment process he was OK until we booked a flight for him and he did not show for the orientation. Couple of my colleagues were trying to reach him on the phone, he said he was busy and was hanging the phone all the time.

He abandoned truck and trailer, didn't respond on calls. He stole fuel with our EFS card. Don't hire him!!

Driver has an attitude and loves to yell and scream. We asked for documents he was telling my recruiter to " bit me you figure it out". Stay away he is a HEADACHE to deal with and we DQ him.

Finished hiring process, did drug test. Asked for plane ticket and wait for couple days stating his wife want him home longer. After those days end up working for other company for better pay.

This driver is completely arrogant and refuses to do randoms. Goes on his own terms, when he wants and refuses to be compliant in any way. Then will sit there and tell you he did what he was supposed to do "by law". When you tell him you will have to put it down as a refusal, he threatens to call DOT for harassment. Stay away from this driver, completely insubordinate and full of DOT threats.

Never picked up load, and no notification on what he is doing and returned truck from Florida, also very hard to talk and work with

Hard to communicate, always late to delivery . Left $10k damage on the truck and left. Stay away from this kind of driver.

This driver abandoned truck and trailer in a different state, leaving truck interior in a horrible condition, filthy to that point that it needed 2 deep cleanings. He was complaining about the pay, but didn't want to work.

Rude, hates women, no communication at all, always wants to talk to owners of company to tell them how to run it.

Be careful of this guy. Gets hired just to take the truck home and abandoned it. Will go through all the process to just to get and advance and quit.

At the start the driver was very interested in joining us. Did all the background checks and employment verifications. Did the drug screen. Agreed on the date he will be flying in. Bought him a ticket. 1hour before the flight stopped responding. Wasted ~450$ on hiring charges. Added me to ignore list.

Flew him out for Orientation. He couldn't provide an accurate employment history, turned out he abandoned the truck at one of his previous employers. Applied at another company in the area, after telling me he felt like he got the VIP treatment there and getting hired by them, he inexplicably got on a plane and flew back home without ever starting the job. Bad experience and a waste of time for everyone. Kept telling everyone stories how he was looking for a second chance, and to find his company to retire with.. Blew all his chances.

RETURNED THE TRUCK WITH NO TWO WEEK NOTICE NEVER REPORTED DOT ISPECTION HE GOT SPEEDING, TRUCK AND TRAILER IN BAD CONDITION DID NOT MAITENANCE WHATSOEVER TRUCK NEED A SERIOUS DETAIL, VERY LAZY DRIVER ALWAYS GOING HOME WITH EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. LEFT THE BALANCE IN NEGATIVE 10K, WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN.

Abandoned a Truck in CA. Truck and trailer had multiple damages.

Avoid this driver! She came to drive as a team with her son. She stated her son has over a year of experience when he actually had one month of experience. She is all nice when she applies for a job, but when she started working, she is rude, wants to argue, and hangs up the phone often. She is not fluent in English. You might have slightly misunderstandings if you do not speak Spanish. They do not drive as a true team. They are late for appointments when you book them team load. She calculates the miles and sends the miles she needs paid, but added about 1000 miles over what we have from GPS the last week she worked. She asked for home time for 2 days, we run her to FL for home time, and they just left the truck there and stopped answering the phone.

We hired this driver as a company driver on percentage. He worked for 2 weeks and the worst 2 weeks ever. 2nd load he was on he failed to see he has the wrong load and wrong destination. always demanding that every load even back hauls need to be $4 per mile or more. we called him to come to the office he took off with the truck towards his house in Dayton OH then disconnected gps eld and told us he will tell us where truck is parked or left once he finds a new job. we caught him by trailer gps and fired him on the side of the highway after chasing him 120 miles from office
