  1. Driver worked for couple of weeks, before starting lied on his application. Might seem like a smart, polite guy at first, but that is only when he's talking with the upper management. Cursed out his dispatcher and threatened to steal and sell the load he was running becouse the shipper took a little longer to unload. Wouln't recommend this driver unless you like the headache and risk of holding the load hostage.
  2. Failure to report additional damage to front end of 2023 KW company truck, failure to give proper 2 weeks’ notice, failure/refusal to follow instructions when asked to move truck, many load refusals and load cancellations, feeling of entitlement, lack of communication and professionalism.
  3. He worked pretty good for about 4 months, than issues started: - he had a load to deliver and pu after going through his home, and he disappeared for a few days, not responding to text or calls - then he appeared and said he had issues with his son - so we gave him the benefit of the doubt - after about 2 weeks after this he disappeared again and his wife texted us that he is in hospital with OCD, first we believed him, but in a few days we found out he just went home, and abandoned loaded truck. We sent another driver to recover it, and deliver the load. He said he quit because our truck was braking down, in fact he had a leaking water hose that we told him to fix at the Petro, and he said he fixed it, when he didn't, we had to add 6 gallons of coolant before driving the truck from where he left it. After us he worked with another company, there he did a similar trick, stopped in CT in a junk yard and requested his last check before he would bring the truck - they called the police and police found they had a arrest warrant for him so they arrested him and that company sent another driver to recover the truck.
  4. Abandoned loaded equipment in South Holland IL. After recovering his truck, a crack pipe was found under his bed. Does not understand HOS rules, constantly wasting time for showers, 3 lunches per day, unnecessary stops, moving the truck around during his 34hr restart, therefore never completing it. Stay away from this guy.
  5. Devin Hubbell uses carriers for their paid orientation programs, and that’s all you will get from him. After speaking with him, and after seeing his multiple pages of past employment history, we took a chance in hiring him. After we paid for travel, a week paid salary, lodging and food during a weeklong orientation, Devin pulled 3 loads for us on 11/18 KY-MN, 11/21 MN-IL and 11/22 IL-WI. When we tried to dispatch him for the 4th load the Friday after Thanksgiving, he refused. He said he was dizzy with a headache and didn’t feel safe driving. The load was dispatched at 9 AM to be picked up by 10 PM, less than 10 miles from his home. He did not need to leave out with that load until the following Monday. He just needed to pick up the load at some point and go home for the weekend to rest, paid. He refused. When we requested a doctor’s note, he refused that too and then brought back the truck the next day and quit with a text message that read “Sorry for the short notice, but I quit in the truck and trailer is back at your guises parking lot down in Rockdale il at your guises reserved parking areas. The keys are in the department under the bunk on the driver side. The truck is locked up.” Since he left, we have received multiple requests for VOE’s approximately every 2 weeks from various carriers. We advise using caution when considering hiring this applicant. He’s not worth the cost of recruiting and hiring.
  6. Extremely rude and disrespectful to dispatch and the HR Staff. This driver abandoned a 2022 Freightliner with a 53' trailer in Chesterfield VA. The key was in the ignition and the doors left unlocked. Upon recovery, all documents for the truck are missing. The fuel card is missing. Tyler is unresponsive.
  7. This is the most disrespectful, deceiving, and unstable driver that we have had to deal with in a long time. For your sake and the company's sake DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS DRIVER! After only working for us for two weeks. He managed to destroy broker relationships, abandon the truck, damage our property, cuss out our staff, and hit another vehicle all within a two-week time frame. He will come off as an innocent and hard-working individual, who will feed you nonsense stories about how good of an owner-op he was and how he owned his own company. But beware, this guy is nothing but trouble. He ended up stealing our vehicle and deadheading over 800 miles to his home, to which he then proceeded to try to strong-arm us into paying him to return our vehicle. Even after police intervention and attempted negotiations between us, he proceed to abandon the truck at a shipper with the doors locked and the truck still running. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT LET THIS MAN INTO YOUR VEHICLE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT 1000%!!!
  8. Driver chooses his own lane, says where he wants to go and you won't change his mind
  9. Owner operator with terrible attitude. Disrespectful. Did not submit the correct bill of lading for a load that resulted in a $65k claim that is under investigation. According to the owner operator agreement, the claim deductible is $2500.00 - this amount has been deducted from his last pay which resulted in him harassing and threatening the owner of the company with DOT/FMCSA, local gangs etc. After he has been fired and told that he is no longer allowed to drive under our MC/DOT and has to remove the company decals from his vehicle, he booked a load under the company MC# using a false name.
  10. Started driving, and in the first hour started to complain about how radio was bad, and etc, missed the pick up because he could not find a door to enter the facility, turned around and left without any info, and left the truck on the truck stop. Never heard from him after.
  11. At the beginning work went fine however few weeks down the road driver started exhibiting strange behavior, would lie about arriving to shipper, cancel his loads, disappear for the entire day only to appear to next as if nothing happened, after returning to the yard he was incoherent, acting violently towards our personnel, was found to be under to influence of unknown substance.
  12. Quit under a load. Property Damage.
  13. No notice driver picked up at shipper made it more than halfway to receiver and decided to turn around and off at a yard and left
  14. NICHOLAS MASTER BELL abondoned an loaded truck. Worked for 2 weeks for a walk away lease program. Both weeks grossed around 5k. Was in negative and start thretening to the owner if he would not pay him money he will smash the truck down. Get a load on Friday and went loaded to GA. Still has a truck and dont care about truck abondament. He mentioned to me on Friday what he has some different company where to go in Chicago, IL. Be carefull guys.
  15. This driver held a loaded truck as hostage. He came up with this idea out of the blue. And the end result was that we had to recover our equipment which costed the company dearly, not to mention what kind of mess he left after leaving. Unstable driver, lives in his own world and accuses everybody of stealing from him because of his past experience with other companies, according to him. This driver is a ticking bomb if you hire him, definitely would not hire a guy like him ever again.
  16. Hostage our truck for 13 days. He quoted and took truck with him. He was sitting in motel 6 for that time avoiding conversations. Costly recovery. Avoid and beware. Individual has some mental issues.
  17. Not a good fit, always complaining, worked for a week, disconnected gps and drove around. Not worth the time. Stay away
  18. Just using for free travel. Ticket bought and used by him, but he never showed up for orientation. Save some money, stay away from this shady guy
  19. SADLY SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS FISHER MAN, WAS VERY HIGH HOPES ABOUT HIM, BUT HE IS JUST A LIAR, THAT HE CAN DO THOSE MILES, WAS RUDE WITH EVERYBODY, AND THEN WENT HOME, BLOCKED EVERYONE AND ABANDONED THE TRUCK
  20. This Driver is an appropriate person, sending some random pictures and cursing for no reason, also have crazy numbers of violations and suspensions. Wouldn't recommend Hire this creep
  21. At first he seemed like a nice guy over the phone and when we met him in the office, after that all the problems just fell on us. None of the loads that were assigned to him, were made on time, either it was strict DCs or regular facillity's, got stuck with him three times in places like Sams club, Dollar general, very unresponsive, impossible to catch him on the phone, replies to messages only when he needs something, all in all, just a huge money loss for our company. When he decided to quit the job(only he knew about it), he asked for a couple days off, and headed home, we turned off his fuel and EFS cards, at the end of the day he was already asking about why they're off and that he wanted to fuel up for the future, when he came back, he got to a fuel station, probably paid for fuel for another guys there, and took cash instead, also took the EFS, and then left the truck 700 miles away from its origin. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
  22. Eric is a scammer. He will make you believe that you are getting an awesome driver by hiring him; however, in reality you’d be getting a liability, a liar and a huge headache. He drove only one week for us. After the first couple of loads he stopped responding and disappeared for almost a week until payday. He threatened the company with legal actions if we even dare to think not to release his paycheck. He later said he was too sick to pick up the phone but miraculously got cured on his payday. He abandoned the truck and disappeared again.
  23. Driver went home for a few days, agreed to get in contact a few days later and disappeared. We attempted numerous ways to get in contact to find out what is going on and where he left our equipment - there was total ignorance. Then reached out to his emergency contact that we provided, he finally reached back out via text acting insulted that we had no right to contact him. Still would not release any information where our equipment is held.
  24. Abandoned truck and trailer together with a load. Was asked where's the BOL for the load and stopped answering.
  25. Worked for the company for 4months. Problems from the get go. Drivers 2000 miles a week, complains that it's too much for him. Complains about the money he gets, but doesn't want to drive at all. Today he has dropped out truck SC and sent us a lot of profanities, a lot of F words and B words. Also said he will file a suit.. Not sure for what.. Stay away from him, unstable.
