Driver did 1 load and left. Weird guy, put a lot shit at social media on company after. Don't recommend this guy to anyone. Just wasted time and money.

very unreliable and unprofessional driver, asks to start working as soon as possible, then delays arrival, makes up various stories, does not answer calls, in two words, avoid him!

Just like the other comment. Went though the entire hiring process, didn't lockl my phone in, kep on calling apparently to a different company and once confronted said he has chosen another company when was supposed to arive the very next day. Useless.

DROVE 300 MILES WITH FLAT TIRE ON THE REEFER TRAILER. ENDUP IN SHOP WITH $4K FOR REPAIRS. GOT REPAIRED AND DROVE 550 MILES EMPTY HOME WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. IGNORED OUR CALLS WE HAD TO FLY DRIVER TO RECOVER OUR EQUIPMENT. HE REMOVED THE POWER INVERTER AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF BODY DAMAGES OF THE TRUCK AND THE TRAILER.

Waste of time and money, don't believe what he says , because will not happen... This guy is a joke...

Stealing fuel threatening employees calling drivers speaking against company calling brokers just stay away!!!!

Driver came to the company, got the truck, refused to drive, because he needed some time to adjust? That took him two days. Left the truck and all his stuff inside and started calling all the companies in Chicago saying he can start ASAP. Accidentally called one of our recruiters. Would never recommend, wasted almost $1000 on plane tickets, UBER and other stuff. DO NOT HIRE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

This driver was leasing a truck with us and after 2 or 3 weeks decided to purchase his own truck (mind you he would Nickle and Dime us for everything else) and shortly after the truck he bought broke down, sure enough according to him he had no money to pay for the repair so he asked us to pay for him. This is all coming from a guy who didn't even want to pay as little as for a windshield fluid. We covered some of the costs but that wasn't enough because as soon as he realized that he actually would need to pay it all back, he abandoned his own truck and our loaded trailer, we found someone to recover the load because he stopped responding to our calls and messages. Don't waste your time and DO NOT HIRE

The driver go for home time and told us that he is quitting. Abandoned our equipment in TX.

Andre Thomas was dispatched with a load with a 2pm pick up in the Chicago IL area, he decided to avoid going towards the shipper, took a reroute in an opposite direction from the shipper, did not pick up the phone and parked the truck. All of this happened with his first load as part of our company. We highly recommend not hiring this driver!

When he took the first load to drive for us, he went in the wrong direction, damaged the brand new trailer and so loaded refused to continue driving because he had a dream of dying in a truck accident, not even to park the truck in the parking lot. We highly do not recommend this driver!

He worked nearly 6 months for us. Just few days ago we discovered that his fuel card was compromised and several other drivers that are not part of our organization in various locations was adding fuel to their tanks ($42.328.73 in fuel transactions charges). We never thought that he could be involved until all of the sudden he asked for home time and the load that was pre-planed he did not show for pickup. We told him to leave our equipment at TS and find his way home. Few minutes after he agreed on load to rerun us the equipment and that load was canceled too because he changed his mind.. He texted us that is taking rental car and removing his belongings from the truck. We checked Samsara (ELD) truck was sitting in same spot but trailer was moving. The guy removed the tracking device and stole our equipment. We filed a police report, he got stopped by police office and asked to park the truck on near TS followed by police escort. This is a first class criminal, do not give him a chance, we just learned now that he is suspect for other criminal activities and are pending charges against him.

Slow and unreliable, sounds better than he is. Abandoned truck and trailer besides his house in MO. Would not recommend to hire.

do not hire !!!I told him he has 1 bad review and i will give him a chance !!!He got loaded and called right after and told us his mother died ,asked to stay home for 3 days .After 3 days he called us said he is ready .We found a load and after he answered a phone he said he is quiting.He took 250 advance and didnt go anywhere .abanodoned truck in nebraska !!!!

Abounded a truck and trailer

He is constantly driving empty to home without dispatch or safety authorization making 500 empty miles on 2 occasions in just one week. He is arguing with everybody and refuse to listen he is saying that whatever is told to him he will do the oposite He picked up a load that was 2 miles away pick up and he went in opposite direction to home 250 miles. He refuse to drive to the delivery and keeps the truck in middle of nowhere Save yourself and your equipment, do not take this so called driver in consideration

Very bad experience with Longnecker. He led us to believe he was all ready to go after we processed him in - we spent $90 for his Drug Screen and $357 for his plane ticket (he confirmed he would make his early morning flight). He intentionally missed his flight (didn't notify anybody) so we had to pay the bill and then rudely told us he was no longer interested in the job. Beware of him.

We booked Eric a $400 dollar flight and he canceled then told us he will start in 3 weeks. This guy is a waste of time and money! Don't hire!

Absolute nightmare of a driver. Started working with us, got brand new Volvo and brand new trailer. After three weeks, started arguing with dispatch, yelling menacing threats to the accounting department, started demanding unreasonable things whilst he deliberately parked our loaded equipment illegally and made sure it was towed away. Towing company called us, while he was still making demands, to come and take our equipment. Towing and storage bill ended up being $6,200.00 and we had to organize recovery. DO NOT HIRE

A very frivolous person to work with .Every time we pay for his plane ticket three times when he is on vacation to return to work., announces that he is going on vacation for a couple of days and will stay for three weeks.That is one of the reasons why we terminated this driver

I have nothing good to say about this driver. He blackmailed us when he had the tour money with him. He went the extra mile unnecessarily. A driver without work habits. He has no knowledge of trucks or trailers, not even the basics.

DRIVER GET 2022 TRUCK PICK UP THE LOAD, GET EFS CODE FOR FUEL AND DROP THE TRUCK WITH THE LOAD. CASH OUT CHECK AND GONE.

He drives as a Team with Alesha Madison (DOB 01-01-1992). They abandoned the truck/trailer. Poor communication when they are on the road.

When the driver decided to leave us, he put in a two week notice, no problem at all with us. Then he decided to take the equipment hostage, and will not return the equipment. It is beyond his two weeks, and he left the truck in OK and has not responded back to anyone, despite the numerous attempts. Avoid at all costs.
