Our company conducts random drug tests quarterly. It’s a strict policy, but it really helps ensure that everyone on the road is in the right state of mind. We’ve found that it keeps drivers more accountable and aware of their actions, knowing they could be tested at any time.

We do random tests too, usually twice a year. At first, some drivers were nervous about it, but over time it’s just become part of the routine. It’s helped create a safer work environment and we’ve seen a decrease in substance-related issues.

In my experience, random drug tests are essential. Our company uses a third-party service to ensure everything is fair and unbiased. We’ve had a few positive tests over the years, but dealing with them quickly and professionally has reinforced our commitment to safety. It’s tough but necessary for the safety of everyone on the road.
