We decided to replace all the tires on our trucks before a particularly long and harsh winter. One of our drivers was caught in a major snowstorm, but thanks to the new tires, he had much better traction and was able to make it through safely without delays. That decision saved the trip and kept our delivery on schedule.

Once we opted to switch to synthetic oil for all our trucks. Initially, it seemed like an extra cost, but we noticed a significant improvement in engine performance and fuel efficiency. One of our drivers managed to reduce his fuel stops on a cross-country trip, which not only saved time but also reduced fuel expenses. 🙂

Unfortunately, not all decisions work out well. Few month ago decided to delay a recommended transmission service to save on costs. During a long haul, one of our trucks broke down in a remote area due to transmission failure. The driver was stuck for hours, and the repair ended up being far more expensive and time-consuming than the original service would have been. It taught us the hard way that postponing maintenance can lead to bigger issues.
