Second one is to verify the levels of essential fluids, including engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
Ensure all lights, including headlights, brake lights, and turn signals, are functioning correctly.

Well I would add to inspect the brake pads, rotors, and lines for any signs of wear or damage.
Test the battery voltage and clean any corrosion on the terminals.
I also think it's very important to check for any signs of wear, cracks, or leaks in the belts and hoses.

I can top up with not so crucial but important ones as well 😄 Air Filter: Examine the air filter and replace it if it's dirty.
Ensure the wiper blades are in good condition and the washer system is functioning properly. Clear visibility is essential for safe driving.
Check that the emergency kit is stocked with essentials like a first-aid kit, and basic tools
