Sever3
How can we figure out the best time to do fleet maintenance without messing up our operations?
Andy
You might want to look into predictive maintenance. It uses the data from the trucks’ telematics to tell when something’s going to need fixing before it actually breaks down. This way, you avoid big repairs and keep the trucks running smoothly without unexpected stops.
Yogy
And try to fit maintenance in when the trucks would be sitting anyway. Like, maybe do routine checks late at night or on weekends. It keeps them rolling during business hours without any hitches.
Damian
Definitely keep a good log on each truck. When you track everything well, you can plan better and avoid pulling trucks out all at once. Fleet management software can be a big help here—it’ll remind you when it’s time for each truck’s check-up.
