I’ve tried the usual job boards, ads, etc. but it’s not hitting the mark. Any fresh ideas or strategies that have worked for you would be really helpful! Cheers! Also, consider creating some engaging content that highlights the benefits of driving for your company stuff like sign-on bonuses, route preferences, and equipment upgrades can catch a driver’s eye. lamax Posted July 26 Share Posted July 26 It might sound old-school, but have you tried attending or even hosting local trucking events or job fairs? Getting face-to-face with potential hires can make a big difference. Also, referrals from current employees could be another gold mine. Offer incentives to your team for bringing in new hires!
