Here’s a straightforward plan:

1.Learn about trucking, get familiar with what CDL drivers do and the rules they need to follow.

2.Build recruiting skills, work on how to talk well, write clear job posts, and figure out if someone is the right fit for a job.

3.You don’t always need a college degree, but courses in human resources or business can be useful.

4. Get comfortable with Tech, learn to use software that helps manage job applications and connects with potential candidates.

And in my opinion, the easiest and most important step is to start in HR or recruiting. Try to get a job in human resources or general recruiting to learn the ropes.
