Tylor
My recent experience with Navajo Express involved them placing a freight guard report After placing the freight guard, Navajo Express unexpectedly demanded that I handle the load for free, stating they would only remove the report upon completion of the shipment without compensation. This demand felt unjust and exploitative, as it implied using the freight guard report as leverage for free services. Such behavior is concerning and reflects poorly on Navajo Express's commitment to fair and ethical business practices. It raises questions about their respect for industry standards and their willingness to negotiate in good faith. Navigating this issue with Navajo Express was challenging and required extensive communication to resolve. Their approach left me feeling frustrated and wary of future engagements with them.
