Booked load with them for the second time. Arrived at shipper early for appointment. Another truck checked in at the same time. Given incorrect pickup number and called for correct one. Spoke to other driver and he was told to wait on pickup number as well. Waited until 45 minutes after pickup time and still no pickup number. The other driver was given a number and proceeded to get loaded. Was told that they " were waiting on customer to send over the pickup number because they only sent one before"
Second time working with this broker and took losses both times bc of problems with their "customer". Will not work with again
