  2. Was supposed to come in for orientation, changed the ETA for him to spend time w/his grandchildren or w/e, we did that, had to redo another drug test (all of which is out of company funds, might I add). Long story short - driver goes MIA last minute, said someone called him, he thought he was coming in for orientation WITH US, but joined another company "by accident" (yeah seems very believable, I know) after questioning him a lil further he admits that he had done a drug test with them and everything and that he doesn't want to "go back and forth about this" with me.. Very unprofessional, dishonest, waste of time and money.
  3. He abandoned our truck in Ohio & left without notice
  4. Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB
  5. Went home and said that he has family emergency. Had to recover truck form FL. Left negative balance for company.
  6. Got him a flight ticket for orientation, never showed up or answered a call.
  7. Dissappeared one day before orientation. Wasted time and resources and is unreliable.
  8. Showed up, took a load, left running truck on truck stop, under load, near his home, and blocked company numbers. What kind of person is this? Don't hire this let's say person at any cost.
  9. This driver is a complete waste of time. He is doing drug tests with several companies simultaneously. And at the end he stops answering. Before he goes for a Drug test he will request a hundred of pictures of the trucks and will ask you the same questions every time.
  10. Served as an owner-operator, however, the separation from our company was notably contentious. Instead of fulfilling his obligations, he chose to abandon our trailer in an unsecured parking lot, refusing to proceed with its unloading. When we came to recover the trailer, it was discovered that he had deliberately severed the hoses and cables, inflicting significant damage upon us. Terrible driver and person!
  11. Driver worked with us for 2 weeks, didn't drive the miles, cussed out the dispatch team and threatened to leave the truck, in one word, very unprofessional. A month and a half after he was terminated from our company, out of the blue, he wrote his recruiter an awful text message, where he was cussing the recruiters family with the most degrading words. Don't hire this driver if you don't want problems!!!!
  12. Good driver, but don't use his brain a lot. Cant read. Listen to other drivers. Worked for us 5 weeks until made money. Went home. Abandoned a trk. 0 response. Stay away or keep him for 3-4 weeks and once a home time hits send him ti the terminal.
  13. Unreliable driver. We invest our time and efforts to bring him in our company, on phone with him constantly to assist him with any question he had, paid for drug test and flight ticket to come for orientation, for him to "miss" his flight and block our number. Don't waist your time on him, not worst of your time, money and energy.
  14. This driver is a waste of time and money. Acting very kindly at the beginning. After completing the Drug test and booking the flight he stopped answering. Just another unreliable driver in the trucking industry. Stay away
  15. Byron will waste LITERAL hours and hours of your time, will ask many questions only to ask them again the next day, will not show up for the orientation, will lie about his daughter having meningitis, and much more. On top of this, he's not the brightest crayon in the box, he lost track of his lies and mixed up all the info he gave to all of the companies he talked to at the time. What an excuse of a man. Stay away for your peace of mind.
