  1. The driver is an absolute disaster! He came to IL on Sunday. Did a Drug test and orientation on Monday. He had to wait a couple of minutes in front of the building for the drug test and out of nowhere he started calling us unprofessional because he had to wait 4 minutes until the Lyft arrives. After that he wanted an apology for making him wait. We received his Drug test on Tuesday afternoon and he was completely ready to start driving. However, the truck he had chosen had a small issue and decided to wait for the truck to be fixed instead of choosing between another 10 truck we have. On Thursday he was dispatched with a load - DEDICATED LOAD WITH IMPORTANT BROKER, and wanted us to add 38 empty miles on the paycheck for this week so he can get for those 38 miles next week. After we explained to him a lot of time that the paychecks are made on Wednesday and he can just request a cash advance whenever he needs it he decided to head back to the yard and leave the equipment! After we told him that we cannot provide him a flight ticket to go home because we already spent $800 on him, he threatened us that he is going to go home with the equipment. After that our colleagues from the shop tried to take the keys from him but he locked himself in the truck and we got the police involved! Crying and complaining all the time! Absolutely 100% unreliable driver! Another "professional driver" on the road who knows nothing but complaining. Hire at your own risk!

  3. Dropped a truck without any warning OAMB
  4. Unprofessional, rude, arrogant, mean. The worst driver I ever encounter! We've started the hiring process with him 2 times and he never showed up. First time he disappeared when we were supposed to schedule the orientation. Second time he called with the same excuse "family issues" , however, we were in a position that we needed drivers so we gave him another chance. We discussed everything again, pull his records again, scheduled the orientation and purchased the ticket. The company policy is that every Lease driver pays for their flight ticket, not all at once but from multiple paychecks. He was fine with that at first. Few hours before departure he started texting that he is not okay with paying for the ticket. I explained him that's the company policy and after all the drama he agreed to come. At the end it turned out that he just wanted to use us for the ticket He never showed up for orientation and never picked up the phone again. Don't waste your time with this one! Total waste of time and money!! The ticket was 400$ which we lost, with all the other expenses during the process!! DO NOT HIRE!
  5. Truck abandonment, extortion. Awful driver, and even a worse human. DO NOT HIRE
  6. Great and reliable driver, never had an issue with him.
  7. DO NOT HIRE !!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE !!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! Left truck and loaded refer trailer in a parking lot close to his house , took permit book fuel card tablet everything (just because). He doest care about hours / safety /truck trailer. Fighting with everyone. Good luck with this one if you decide to give it a try !!!!!! I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR REHIRE !!!!!
  8. just stay away from this person he is not willing to work just using trucks for his needs had bad attitude to the office staff does not understand how HOS rules work at all did not report that he had a DOT Inspection
  9. This driver has mental issues which he has to work on. He speaks nicely and police, however, he is like a 3 year old, nothing makes sense to him. The most basic tasks like taking a picture of something or sending a text message is next level for him. He has spent 2 weeks in GA based on lies he'll be leaving the next day, the next day same thing. I think he's not fully "there"... Returned a truck and trailer with a top of a trailer damaged (went under the bridge). He says "I saw a bridge but I thought I didn't hit it, but maybe I did, anyways, can I get my escrow back?" $7k in damages...
  10. Got into an accident by himself looking at his phone or falling asleep
  11. We spend money for his flight ticket to IL, for his Drug test and hotel room, after he just didn't fly. Don't trust him that he is a good driver, no he is not at all, a lier and irresponsible.
  12. This woman is sick. Stole truck, disconnected eld, broke seal and took a s*** on the freight inside. Police found her. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. DO NOT HIRE HER. SUE ELLEN GARNER GEORGIA CDL 038169641
  13. Owner Operator that supposed to start with our company but after hiring process was done he disappeared for a month, then he showed up again but we refused him to waste our time again.
  14. Beware of this driver!!! Upon checking his MVR which was clean and no other records we decided to hire this driver. We purchased Dusty his plane ticket from Mississippi to Chicago and uber him from airport to the truck. When he arrived he had absolutely zero stuff with him (not even a backpack) and asked to get first load passing his house so he can get his stuff for the truck. Truck was issued to the driver around 4pm and he was instructed to wait for the morning to complete all the paperwork and to be dispatched for a load. Driver asked if he could go to truck stop and get a shower, which we approved but told him he must come back to office right after. After completing his training he took off to truck stop where he instantly topped of the fuel tanks got himself $200 cash advance, and started to head south. When we tried to reach him over the phone we got the message "Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again". We tried to reach him for couple hours unsuccessfully before we had call police. By the time report was made and state troopers were contacted to pull him over he was already 300 miles south of Chicago. Once he was pulled over and out of the truck our tuck got towed. His explanation to the trooper was "I was heading home from Chicago to Mississippi to pickup my bedding because we allowed him to do so". So please be careful because driver preaches about clear communication and how important is to be open and upfront about everything but minute he got int the truck all that went out the window. In the end we don't know if his plan was to drive 700 miles home overnight and tell us to come pick up the truck because he change his mind, or take the truck somewhere and rip it apart.
  15. In the past two months, this driver has been involved in two major accidents. In the first month, there was a total loss of both the trailer and the truck, and in the following month, there was a total loss of the truck. Our recommendation is not to hire this driver.
