  1. Took a load as hostage. Blackmailing and asking for advances. Abounded the truck with loaded reefer trailer.
  2. Never started with us, but we arranged her transportation to do orientation as a company driver and then started: whole orientation she was sharing her ability to read people energy, lives, from handshakes she knew who is professional who's not. And finally when finished orientation 1p.m. she said that she is not sure if she wants to start with us (constantly on the phone), then when she changed her mind to work with us, she didn't want to go on the road same day. We made a decision for her- we didn't want to continue with such unreliable person. Imagine her trying to figure out he energy of every load her dispatcher would assign! We explained this in friendly way as we respect every person believes and disbelieves, but can't work if this interferes with our direct responsibilities. After separation we were attached on FB with all kind of comments about snakes etc. Avoid her!
  3. He was our driver for one month. He took some time off to go home in OH but instead, he drove 700 miles to IA and left the trailer there for some reason and the trailer got towed away. Then he took the truck and just drove around a few days without answering our calls, even though we said to him to return the truck and trailer. Stay away from this guy he is not a very stable person. In the end, we were forced to call the cops.
  4. If you want to loose the authority of your company, take this women to work. Very dangerous person, first week driving with some strange guy as a team, then told us that he is drinking a lot and abuse her. Parked a brand new truck with brand new trailer at non parking zone and just went to the hotel for sleeping. Towing company took it to their yard and charged our company 5000$. When we said that it s her fault she stopped answering our phone calls and messages and just stole our truck and used for herself illegal. After that send us message that she is more powerful person than White House and we will have a problems with her and she need more money etc. Please be very careful with this person, she have problem with her mind.
  5. Lots of excuses, a guy who works few weeks but then takes off a week or two. Tried few times, tried to close eyes on everything, when market was good, you can still make money even with his extended vacations, but when market is down - you will only loose money with him. English zero, only via google translator or friend.
  6. at the begining he seems like a nice guy, but he has menthal problems, after a while he started not working only sitting in the truck stop and asking for cash advance all the time, left truck in terrible condition, damaged, nasty , thretening us with DOT , IRS, reporting.
  7. Truck abandonment in Harris County, TX
  8. Very irresponsible driver, cannot follow ELD and GPS instructions. After every load he made dramatic scenario where he has to go home. Complained about every single thing, even the things that are required to do by FMCSA, like random drug test and pre employment drug test. Would not recommend him.
  9. Abandoned equipment , completely destroyed , violation pet policy . Interior of truck completely destroyed , do not hire
  10. Quitting without notice and violating company policy , extending home time without communication with the company. Would not recommend bad communication
  11. Not the brightest person, no experience.
  12. Went home and was making excuses for few days, then just said that we need to go and get our truck from Houston, TX.
  13. AVOID! Every single week has to be at home some emergencies just keep popping. Making no more the 1000 miles/week not to mention tat also late not even to delivery but to the pick up as well. Give him second chance after conversation that we are about to fire him offered a raise if he will start driving and make those miles. Didn't help after the conversation he just went home.
  14. ABANDONED TRUCK AND TRAILER. Hold the truck for a week. Worked for couple of weeks always late for pick up and delivery arguing with dispatch every day, changed 3 dispatcher and same story. Stay away
  15. Indecisive lady who wasted my time and money. Disappeared after the drug test
  16. Doesn't do pre-trip inspections, got out-of-service. Not worth the trouble and can't do the basics of the job even. If you don't care about your safety score, he is your guy. Otherwise, stay clear.
  17. Honestly not worth wasting your time, the guy is weird. He doesn't drive anywhere but OK. We had to have him come back not even a week after he left, he doesn't follow instructions well.
  18. not bad as a driver, but once he goes home forget about hearing from him for a week, phone turned off. This time went home, left truck in some parking lot, and blocked all of the office numbers, been home for two weeks with no communication, so now we consider truck as abandoned.
  19. He was leasing a truck from a company from Chicago, IL, and was driving in a team with Xavier Lucas, his friend. When they called, said they do not earn enough money and want to go back to driving as company drivers as a team. We checked all of their records. Alexander was polite over the phone and was very responsive, both had good records so we decided to hire them. They wanted the brand new Volvo 860 that we had. No problem. They returned the truck they were leasing to the previous company, took our truck, and asked dispatch to get them to FL because they have a funeral on Saturday. We got them one load from IL to FL and they abandoned the truck there. Alexander kept on answering the phone for a while and was telling us different reasons to delay the comeback on the road. After 2 weeks they sent us info on where the truck and key are. It seems like they just needed a truck to get back home and earn some money on the way there. We paid for the hotel in Chicago and all miles they had.
  20. DO NOT HIRE !!! RUDE, NOT RESPONSIVE, ALWAYS LATE
  21. Left without the notice, and refused to return equipment to home terminal. We had to send someone to recover truck and trailer from his home town.
  22. Biggest waste of time ever, did the drug test, came to the town, and decided to go with another company after days of negotiating.
  23. Jarrett is very unreliable driver. He was very enthusiastic in the beginning and was acting like dependable driver, but that was not the case. Shortly after he started he was trying to avoid driving as much as he can. The comunication was very difficult with him and he would pick up the phone when he wanted to. At the end he abndoned the truck Baltimore MD without any information.
  24. All around great driver, would recommend
  25. He asked for a 2000$ loan the first week of working in the company, luckily we had suspicions because After delivering in NJ he called and said he is taking a week off, soon TA there called us to move the truck cause he blocked the Diesel pump and he said he already left the NJ and can not do it. Next week, while he was "off" we received a confirmation for a load we never booked, and the broker called and asked do we have a dispatcher named Emanuel Zarate. We tried explaining that he can not book loads under our MC on his own and to see when is he going to start driving again, he said he is not gonna drive and he is not giving us the truck keys back
