Quit under dispatch. Made up an excuse that his lock is broken and he will return when it's fixed. Some time later he wanted to come back, wasted company's money, did drugtest and never showed up to start. Will want a lot from you and will complain, just be ready.

NO knowledge about logbook, stolen fuel, left the truck very disgasting , full of trash and dog hair, he may have some personal issues , not pay attention to what you telling him... Complains everyday and will teach you the rules how to run the company...

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with the driver: 1. Does not know how to use Log book. 2. Rejects 90% of the loads. 3. Always lying 4. Really bad driver, totally unprofessional and inefficient. 5. TURNS OUT HE WAS CHARGED TWICE WITH SELLING DRUGS. 6. AT THE END HE STOLE OUR TRUCK, AND ABANDONED IT.

Jordan Joa, decided not to continue working for us as an independent contractor. Under our contract, a security deposit was withheld from him, which will be returned to him after 60 days from the date of a signed termination agreement. Jordan Joa, asked his 10 friends to make a negative review and dropped our rating a little bit. I don't recommend hiring him. We spent 1 week training him for a flatbed, but he made only 1 load and decided that it was not for him. We invested in his education, accommodation, and flight ticket. Young and unreliable person, afraid of a hair drug test.

We were looking to hire this driver. He did the drug test, the truck was ready for him. We bought a plane ticket for him to get to the truck and he just disappeared on us, was not answering the phone. I would not recommend this driver, he is not reliable.

Left without notice picked up loaded trailer for a shipper and left it at the yard without talk to someone Think twice before hiring this person. He worked with us for les then 2 months

Harvey was one of the worst, always complaining about loads, getting into conflict with shippers and receivers, speeding fines were also very common, after finding excuse for being late on 80% of loads he finally went for home time and abandoned truck, equipment was damaged and extremely dirty..

Extremely lazy person, not really interested in working used the equipment for personal use without permission, took money from the fuel card, end up terminated by owing a lot of money to the company

Typical crack head, never answers phone calls being super rude with everyone with brokers as well, hit the bridge made damage of $17K on the truck and abounded truck after he is fired.

Abbandoned the truck in Louisiana, also doesnt follow orders always late for deliveries and pickups , very bad driver dont waste your time with him .

One of the worst drivers I have ever seen in my twenty years in the business!!! He was really nice untill he started driving. He has absolutly no respect for dispatchers/customers/brokers. Starts cursing at anyone who tries to call him. He drove his entire life and he knows everything.... He worked for us for a couple of monts and only delivered one load on time. We had to let him go after the second recless driving report from random people over the road. Getting him out of the truck wasn't easy as well as 6 officers and 4 patrol cars were needet to get him out of our truck.

The driver was quite picky during the hiring process but of course we wanted to make sure that he gets all the answers to his questions and went out of our way meet all of his requirements. We booked a flight to bring him to the orientation and a few minutes before he was supposed to land he called telling us that he tested positive for Covid and needs to postpone his arrival. A week later he called and said he is ready to join our company. We re-booked his flight and everything was ready for him. He boarded the aircraft but never showed up at our office. Called him multiple times to book him an Uber, never responded nor replied to the text messages

The driver was nice and responsive during the process, completed everything in 3 days. First he applied for Lease purchase, the day before the orientation changed his mind - said he will be Company driver. When he arrived he wanted to switch to Lease again. Requested higher pay which was approved, but he was still not satisfied and asked us to purchase him a ticket to go home. Spent 2 days waiting on him to decide what he wants, other than the flights we payed for a hotel room for him - childish behavior after he arrived in the office - completely different person. Waste of time and money!

The driver is not reliable, came to the office, and started arguing about the payment even though we agree on something else. So he just wasted our time and money.

Bad guy to work with. Lying , never picking the phone, calling the brokers and asking better pay. left the truck on the street in the projects after a week of work. Wouldn't recommend to no one.

Driver came as company driver and switch to lease to purchase. Very bed communication with dispatch no updates. 10 days out 7 days home, very lazy. asking cash advance every week. He doesn't want to return the truck. He spent money for the fuel and doesn't want to pay back. HEADACHE.

Don't know nothing about driving. Don't know how to use the GPS or map. Refusing the loads, want only West coast to East coast loads. Worst attitude. Don't hire him!!!

Left thew truck on a weight station told the the axle is moving, had a dot inspection done nothing was wrong. His wife will call you and complain that this truck is not good so he can quit

Waste of time, not serious at all. Will tell you he is interested and will come and then just out of the blue stops responding. Did everything up until time to schedule means of transportation to come in for orientation. Waste of money and more importantly time. DO NOT HIRE!!

Poor driving performance, left us loaded trailer in Gary, IN. Fueled one tank to someone at truck stop in Gary...

WORST DRIVER EVER ! I would not recommend hiring this driver under no circumstance , as said in previous comment , he will only cause you headaches and a lot of problems. Holding load and company equipment , blackmailing company and brokers for more money . Not following any instructions and violation company policy.
